But I was wondering if I would get the same results if I do 1.5 in the morning, then 1.5 afterschool, because I don't have enough time in the morning.
And I'm WALKING, because I can't jog. Let alone run LOL.

WOW, you definitely have the same problem as me!!!
I can't stop eating when I'm studying or when I'm stressed out. Does anyone know how to "combat" this habit???!!!
I want to lose like 20-25 lbs by January... Let's motivate each other. It's gonna be REAL tough! But let's put some effort!

Coffee suppresses my appetite pretty well when I'm stressed out and studying. Also, hard candy.

Brush your teeth ! It will keep you from eating anything since it will taste yucky with the toothpaste flavour in you mouth
Hey, has anyone tried DDR for excercise? (DDR = Dance Dance Revoulution). Itīs a videogame that you control with a mat and you feets.. I havenīt tried it but Iīm thinking of it.

Maybe I'll try hard candy, cause I don't drink coffee LOL. Thanks for the suggestion.

Haha, well, you should switch toothpaste then
It could work eating a lot of mint pills
Cool
But the game sounds so good (and healthy
I just want to get in a better shape then I am now. I tried going to the gym and running, swimming and all that.. and I enjoyed it. But itīs so expensive for me: the bus to the swimming hall + the high prices there. The Gym - Bus + gymcard. And now itīs too cold to run outside.
I live so far away from everything

first of all, im not fat. just to point it out. i dont think i can really lose that much weight in two weeks, considering that its harder to lose weight if you're closer to average than obese, am i right? so this is my really extreme idea. go for it, dont go for it. just tell me if it'll work:
my every day routine will be an hour of yoga and a run on the tredmill (for however long i can go without dying, which varies from day to day [at least 2 miles]). that would be my exercise. for my diet, i'd be completely cutting out carbs, which would include bread, pasta, crackers, rice, etc. and i'd obviously cut out sweets and fast foods. everything i eat is going to be home made, unfortunately, otherwise i dont think i would be able to get by. my diets going to include a lot of veggies, few fruits, and lean meats (fish, chicken) and other proteins (soy beans). eggs and chedder cheese would probably go in with my diet also. is this good? dont say i wont be able to do this. because im determined to do it!!
how much of a change should i expect from this? i mean, only for two weeks. and yes, i know. thanksgiving is going to give it all abck to me. but it'll be okay for the beginning, hopefully.

What else should I be doing to lose weight?
I don't know what to do because 1 scale at home says 208, the other scale at home says 220, 1 scale at school says 205, the other scale at school says 224, and the scale at the doctors office says 217...so I'm just a bit confused.
I've gone down 2 pant sizes...but that was over summer so I'm kind of lost on what to do....please help >_>

Hm, I should try the mint "pills" (you mean, candy?)
Yeah, you need to get lots of stuff for DDR, also, you need to get a great dance mat. I don't think the dance mat will work well on the carpet, it should be on the hardfloor. But, you gotta get the "firm" dance mat. Otherwise it'll move around as you jump. Hm, seems you like to dance, huh? Oh, have you tried Turbo Jam? I haven't yet, but thinking to try it, cause it moves your whole body, and a great exercise (similar to DDR, I guess?)

I think you can do it. I believe losing weight is a matter or determination, everything is possible if you have that determination (which, I think I don't ave STRONG determination yet
Recently I started a jogging class and we are up to 2 miles a day now but it is only twice a week.
