Summer's coming where i live..anybody know the best way to lose fat around the lower stomach area and around the waist..
many exercise programs have been listed.. which one is the most effective for the areas i want to work out.?.
People have said simple cycling and crunches would help..
I dont really want to lose weight, but i just want to slim down.. haha but i guess thats not really possible without losing weight
I'm kinda outta shape due to constant sitting and studying for the past two months..bad idea..

I wonder how's everyone's progress? Please share... I was going fine the beginning week of Nov. (lose like 4 lbs) and then second week, bummer, too happy that I lost and I gained it all back! T.T

200cals on the walking type thing with the handles that move
200cals on another type of bike
100cals on rowing machine
then i did 50 outside thigh thingies haha

5'5" 130lbs (i gained 10 in a month and a half!!!)
i really want to get down to 110 or 115. somewhere in between there.
i dont know why, but for some reason others dont see what i see. i look like the girls at my school who weigh less than i do but im just not as fit as them or something. but either way, i restrict myself from swimming and doing anything that involves skin-showing now because of my recent weight gain (stress, school, BINGE!!!).
will someone tell me whether this is a good plan and how long it would take me to reach my goal with this diet?
DIET-
no junk/fast food or candy. healthy foods. restriction from carbs. lots of water!
ex. breakfast; yogurt, fruit, orange juice. lunch; chicken salad, fruit, water, cheese. dinner; cooked vegetables, grilled chicken, tea. snacks; like soybeans or fruit, carrots, whatever.
EXERCISE-
note: i work at a gym so i have easy access to all the equipment. but i just recently started, so i havent used them yet.
i would do an hour of yoga every day (whether it be ock joo hyun or the gym's yoga).
... run/walk up to 3 miles every day (the miles will become higher as i go along).
... i might try my moms korean hula hoop thing every other day for 30 minutes. does it work?
another thing, diet is going to be the hardest part for me. i dont know what to cook or eat. any good ideas?

I would know I ran about that much and my calfs went from a diameter of 4 inches to 2.
It was amazing o.o
what about riding bike and stuff? like more than the 3 miles?
wow how long did it take your calves to become so thin?
l is for lindsey: i found that ock ju hyun;s yoga didnt work on me. what you want is weight loss but what yoga only does is toning, that should come after you've lost the weight. just head to the gym and work out for about an hour or so. but dont over exert yourself. if you lose weight too fast you'll just get stretch marks.

oh and when I went to china for the summer I lost 1kg dont know in lb even though I went out for dinner every day. I guess asian food in general is better. I ate chinese korean and japanese every day but I did go to kfc and mcdonald a lot to. at least once a week.(shopping every day helped too^^) but also my skin looked a lot better.

I lost 3 lbs from exercising..
Do you guys know that it's best to exercise at least half an hour a day?
But its better to do 1 hour of cardio?
So I do one hour everyday...7 hours of cardio a week!!
