Also, I heard that Tai Chi is good for the spirit....
And...i'm majorly short... (not even 5 feet) and that's sad. I'm 100 lbs and I'm not that fat, but there are areas on my body that need a good slimming down... (sigh)....what to do, oh what to do?!

great, my grandpa just asked me if i gained weight and that i should be careful. and the thing is, my grandpa wouldn't say it to offend me. he said it because hes really concerned with his and his family's health. my total motivation right there.
Aww, that's sweet
Good luck~

Better yet, bring your mp3 player and you're good to go.
I've actually decided to go the gym for the first time since Summer.
Fighting !! ^^)
Come on, we need those thanksgiving pounds to scoooot!
I need to re-motivate myself and control my cravings
on a daily basis now. I can do this !

but when we find someone whose weirdness
is compatible with ours, we join up in mutaul

I marked each day on the calendar with a check mark if I went to work out. SWEET.
I think I got my motivation...and I will keep going. No giving up!
But I need to cut down now on my diet...now seeing how much effort goes into working out. Any suggestions? I want to eat korean food but sometimes it takes time to prepare...any ideas? Korean food is so good for you.
OH! And motivation for EVERYONE! My one week straight of working out (no breaks in the week) made me feel and look different already! My mom and grandma observed haha I mean it's not like significant but I think my legs look a little different. Anyway, just saying...try to go through one week straight, and experience the benefits =)
you'll seriously feel different. stay strong mentally~
I feel like an ad, but i'm telling the truth!

at least you have a gym membership. it's soo expensive and i'm not even 18 yet >_<
dont be scared to go to the gym by yourself. a lot of people do. i would go by myself if i had a membership.
dont worry about other people looking at you. the people there are worrying about themselves and trying to lose weight and to get in shape.
wahhh !! I exercised everyday of this week! I'm so proud of myself! hahaha look at me talk about myself..

omg..that's amazing!!! congrats!! haha
i use to have motivation..but it went down the drain. i'm trying to get it back but i dont know where to look for it. its..somewhere
i think i'm going to do the same thing. mark my calendar to see if i worked out.
another alternative to korean food is brown rice and miso soup. you can also try eating tofu too. and eat spicy things if you can handle them.

I used to have like 2.5 hrs of tennis when it was tennis season but now there's no more tennis and I feel fat XD.
I cannot do these things:
Swimming - Eczema and chlorine do not mix
Pilates/Yoga - XD I can't do the moves.. and I have a very very weak neck XD.
Jumping Jacks << For cardio but.. haha.. let's say it builds calf muscles really well and I have huuge calves.
Running - << I think I can do that.. I just have to slowly build up.. like I'd run for 5 minutes and my arms go numb.. I don't think that's normal XD..
o.O I must be really really unfit >_<.
Swimming/Pilates/Yoga - are like the best things for what I want.. which is to tone overall and not gain muscles in specific areas.. such as calves.. and it's great for losing overall weight.. but I seriously can't do those exercises... @__@ I feel like I'm giving myself excuses >o<.
Oh yeah.. tennis is known as a game you MUST play with a partner.. everyone in tennis kind of dwindled off after the season is over so I can't find a partner.. it's also getting cold and rainy outside so.. courts = wet.

I'm usually at a 107-109
But the 1st half of the summer I was super lazy so I didnt do anything but sleep. I didnt gain a lot of weight but you can tell that I was not "fit". I was close to a 6 pack but lost it all
Anyways so then over the summer I went swimming my friends and ppl were saying I look fat in a bikini. I cried...sooo bad because no one ever told me that. SO..I decided to do something about it and get my 4 pack back!
I ran a mile or two everyday ( i got super dark) and then swim season started for me. And then I gained back my "fit" body
Swimming and Running is the best way..well for me. And eat healthy...I havent ate fast food for like 8-9 months. I try to avoid it xD And all I eat are like salads and stuff xD
here's my diet plan
exercise for 30 minutes:
10 mins: Do some type of Cardio
10 mins: Ab work outs!!
10 mins: lift weights!
thats all
hmm
NO NO's
1. fast food
i cant resist haagen dazs so yeah xD AHHAH!!
i hope this helps
