I don't think there is a difference when it comes to fat loss..do whichever you feel like first.
You should check this site out though..and anyone else who is serious about exercise
It's called HIIT - High intensity interval training
http://www.musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp
I've read good reviews.
It's basically just switching from a regular to high intensity mode back and forth for a certain amount of minutes when doing any cardiovascular activity such as running, biking....instead of keeping at a steady pace.
"In research, HIIT has been shown to burn adipose tissue more effectively than low-intensity exerciseup to 50% more efficiently!3 In other words, HIIT speeds up your metabolism and keeps it revved up for some time after your workout. The bottom line is HIIT training burns a greater number of total calories than low-intensity training, and more calories burned equals more fat lost. What I'm suggesting is you forget about the "calories burned" readout on the stairstepper or Lifecycle; if you practice HIIT training, the majority of calories burned will come after your workout!"
I recently read up on it and will try it out. I don't think it's a scam or anything of the sort

i used to eat it a lot, but i got hungry pretty fast.
i would eat it then drink water and it makes me full for like 3 hours!
enough time to eat again
DON'T DO LACROSSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it'll make your thighs big and bulky! TRUST ME!!!
i suggest track because of the running but then i like tennis better
one of those basically has equal running but tennis gives u arm muscles so yea...

Lacrosse yo!
You have some arm action and some footwork...
So it's like tennis and track combined!
