I was wondering if anyone can suggest a daily diet for me to lose weight? I'm planning to cut out on fast food and junk food...so yeah, need a diet that you guys could suggest to me?
But I think you'd need to take in the fact that I'll be eatting half a small bowl of rice daily...cos it's like family dinner. lol
I'm going grocery shopping on Tuesday, so yeah...

well what i used to do was eat just three meals a day, and all the meals have to be healthy for breakfast have some bread for grain, lunch just normal? and erm eat ur normal dinner just be careful of the portions. and like have a snack or two in between but they should be veggies and fruits. and drink lots of water, so you dont look bloated. and make sure you exercise at least 30min each day, and you'll see improvements. i did that and i lost three pounds in like a week.

I weighed myself this morning and I was so happy lol.
What I is only play DDR for about half an hour in the morning, and just eat less.

It's alright to eat heaps if I stay under my 1200 cal intake right?
uhh thats unhealthy. you should try to eat balanced meals, and treat yourself to chocolate once in a while.
i think i posted in this thread a few weeks ago. since my last post i have lost 4-6 pounds. i have stopped eating snacks when i get home from work. also, instead of taking the bus all the way to work, i walk 10 minutes.
so, out of my 20 lb goal before summer, i have lost 4 pounds. 20-4=16 more pounds to go
my mother sent me a pilates video in the mail in the last care package that she sent to me. also, my new phone is also an mp3 player and i plan on walking to work the entire way when its daytime. hopefully, ill be able to shed a few pounds that way.

Is that alright to eat everyday if I like control the size and calorie intake?

i used to eat 300 cals a day (woah extremely bad i know because i was desperate) but now that i don't need to rush i'm eating around 1300-1600 a day, which is already a lot for me. makes me feel extremely fat. haha. but i drink 3 cups of milk, eat 5-10 prunes and 2 bananas everyday day. plus veggies and fruits.
anyways, so my questions is..
is there a difference between 1600 calories of FAT/FRIEND/JUNK food and 1600 calories of FRUITS/VEGGIES? or do they have the same effect on your body since it's the same amount of calories?

OMG IT'S SO FREAKISHLYYYY HEARD!
I exercise every single day, and try to stay low on calorie intake.
I pretty much failed in the eating part, but I have been exercising everyday day since the end of December.
I'm seeing no results, and to top it off my legs got bigger. My calves are massive now...
I've been doing turbo jam as exercise...the cardio party 1
I need advice please!
What can I do to make my calves thinner looking?
I really don't care about the weight, only the inches. I'm 5'3 115lbs

ppl say that if you like, starve yourself and eat something unhealthy you'll gain everything that you lost right?
wel the past two weeks ive been eating really healthy, like whole wheat grains, fruits and veggies. But today i decided to get some chinese food T.T does this mean that i will gain back everything i lost?

if you want to eat choc everyday then eat a square of dark choc.
milk choc has so much fat in it that even if u cut your daily calorie intake, the amount of fat going into your body will inhibit any weight loss which could be occurring. but if you love milk that much then once a week, max.

chinese food has never been classed as "unhealthy". its just a little oiler i suppose.
as long as you didnt/havent been eat(ing) junk and you still exercise its fine.
you cant completely cut out the things you like in life, thats just depressing.
calf raises.
stand at the bottom step of the staircase.
hold onto the banister and slowly raise yourself up and lower yourself down.
it helps to tone.
junk food has tonnes of stuff which aren't good for you, ie all those additives, sugars, salts and fats. so even if you eat a little junk, it'd take up a whole junk of your calorie intake.
healthy food ie greens don't have all that crap. plus we dont have an enzyme which can break down fibre so it just passes straight though us.
healthy is always better than junk any day.

At first I thought getting to my goal by summer was pretty easy.

Skipping is the way to go. Instead of making the muscles bulky, skipping lengthens the muscles in ur legs...so try skipping maybe? I'm not much help but skipping can get you fit too..LOL
Oh, try a variation of exercises...like yoga or swimming.
GOOD LUCK!!
