1. but I go up & down 50 times (it's really hard. the first time I could barely do 10!)
sprint up, fast jog down.
i realized if you sprint as fast as you can, you'd see results faster

Erm, thats sounds quite easy to me, I done it before and I usually run down the stairs anyways LOL seriously. Works better with low-calorie diet eh? I'll see about that but I think my diet is low enough xD
Blah, today I missed breakfast because I refused to get up at 7am. I'm so lazy! lmao.

Yeah, I agree, the hardest part is always the first few days/first week
Like last month, I learnt to do push ups and I'm so proud I can do them now ^^ I never used to be able to do them, lmao! Now I'm just hoping to lose some leg fat and get ready for spring/summer

Yea,my friend who is underweight, she's got a really tiny waist and I don't even want to estimate what her waist might be... >_<
It's mostly the emo guys that I saw who are skinnier than teenage girls... lol it's really sad I know...in Hong Kong, it's the total opposite, the guys are like, fatter than the girls but the girls are underweight. =\ So wrong.
na, a 25in waist is like a size8.
the emo guys are scary. if you never got to see their heads, wow their bodies are so feminine, you'd never know.
I run up & down the stairs 50 times (50 flights) and I saw results in 2 DAYS. You burn 510 calories by just doing the stairs exercise for 30 minutes whereas you only burn around 400 calories when you jog for an HOUR so it's a really fast & effective exercise.
just out of interest, are your stairs made out of wood?
won't they begin to creak after numerous times of running up and down?

i'm just really excited. i'm not dead tired. it wasn't hard to do. if i keep doing it almost everyday & eat properly, everything should hopefully fall into place.
oh, and catchy upbeat songs THAT I LOVE on my ipod helped too. i was looking forward to listening to music, so that motivated me to run as well. i can't wait until my cycling class starts.

Lol, I'm a size 10, how nice O_O But most people are size 10 in UK, lmao, fat country =X
I got a friend who's probably a size 4 >_< she is so skinny but she hasn't actually got a butt, isn't that like, erm, disturbing? Anyways..
geruhjima, wow, congrats on your first day in the gym, you are so going to lose some weight after like a week or two ^^ I'm pretty sure of that
Grr, tomorrow I must wake early and eat breakfast. Must must must. Actually, do some stretches and walking before that. That means to sleep early tonight, lol!

BUT with any exercise program, make sure you drink lots and LOTS of water! Your body loses a ton of it while you excercise, so it is important to replenish. Plus, water is always zero calories, so it never hurts to drink it, even while on the strictest diet.
PLUS, did you know that most people today often confuse thirst with hunger? If you drink more water, even if you don't think that you are thirsty, you'll discover that you eat less because there is less room in your stomach for food. After a while, you'll be able to recognize that indeed cravings you have are usually for a drink as opposed to a snack, because that is the way our bodies should be functioning. Yay!

Yeah, I knew it differed from each other, hehe ^^ Just confusing really lol.
Hm, I think after food shopping tonight, I'll keep to my promises. Going to buy yummy and healthy food. I have grown to enjoy healthy foods in fact, and I have been keeping on a low-calorie diet ^^ Erm...not actually done much exercise but surely will later in the week. Next week there's no school which means more time to keep fit ^^ Yay!

I also bought this lunchbox so I can actually take sandwiches to school, fast food is killing me and i don't want to be ill again >.<!
So this is basically my daily plan:
- Wake up 7am
- Brush teeth, wash face, get dressed.
- Do stretches for the stomach, go fast walking outside
- Come back home at 7.45am, eat healthy full breakfast
- Go to school
- At school break, fruit 'n' fibre cereal bar
- At lunch, packed lunch consisting of sandwich, juice drink and Mcvities Penguin bar
- Come home, dinner with family, typical chinese food
- At night, if I'm hungry, then of course, a small dinner but I doubt it
What do you think? And of course, I'll do exercise...but still haven't quite planned all that out.

7th period 1:15 - pb & j (good thing my teacher dont care if we eat during his class) ^0^

Its true when they say working out releases enorphins becuz i can FEEL it when i exercise!
That accomplished feeling feels magical...it really does.
I also made a system for myself like I put my workouts on flashcards and my goal is to
obtain 15 flashcards by the week and if I do I reward myself with something sweet like
maybe a caramel Frap from Starbucks
What u guys think? SOunds good?

lunch: chicken cesar salad (lettuce, italian cesar dressing - lowfat, croutons, fat-free cheese, grilled chicken)
exercise: 30-minute cardio run on the treadmill (burned 241 fat calories), one lap (equivalent of a lap around a high school track) with highest-level of incline at 3.5 MPH (burned an additional 47 fat calories)
total calories burned ... 288 fat calories
yeah, the YMCA was closed again today because of the blizzard, so i was exercising on my treadmill. the roads are horrible, my city is on a level 3 snow emergency (only emergency vehicles are allowed on the road), and yet i STILL have to go into work and "sell clothes". yeah. oh well, i can make some money, pick up a chicken cesar salad at mcdonald's for my lunch (only about 250 calories i think), and burn some extra calories FOLDING CLOTHES!! WOOOO!! XDD hahaha yeah.
sighhhhh i can't believe i have to go to work in this weather ._________.
on a happy, exercise note: i've noticed that my legs feel slightly firmer.. maybe it's just my imagination though. and at night, i find myself craving a run and looking forward to running the next day. i guess my body is craving endorphines...?
