liquids: diet coke, fat-free skim milk, LOTS of water ♥
exercise: 3 mile 60-minute cardio run!!
total calories burned ... 502 fat caloriestoday was probably my best day yet! i did the 30-minute cardio run on my treadmill this morning before school (it's getting easier.. :] my endurance and stamina are improving so quickly) and the same thing after school. when combined, this equals a 3-mile run, 60 minutes of cardio, and 502 fat calories burned. WOOOOO!!
also, i signed myself up for the cycling class with my aunt.

it's going to be on tuesdays and thursdays at 5:15AM. i don't really mind about the time.. i just need to get to bed earlier on those days. and since the class is 45 minutes = ends at 6AM, i have time to go home and get ready for school. this means no showering at the Y. XDD MORE YAY!

nope! i'm not sure if it works for anyone else but for me i could totally see my thighs getting thinner (the gap in between my legs getting bigger and bigger) ^^
besides, it was said that doing stairs is the easiest way to get LEAN not build muscles ^^
i am really intrigued by this. i may start doing the stairs workout soon. o___o i really want to get my thighs lean.

Whats the most healthist spread to put on a bagel because I hate eating it just plain like that? I know cream cheese and butter is way too fattening but those are the only spreads I know and jam.
you can still put cream cheese/butter/jam on your bagels. just make sure the spreads are low-fat, fat-free, sugar-free, etc.. lowfat bagels help too.
for example instead of butter, get fat-free margarine.
