currently:
hight:5 feet 7inches
weight: 175... T^T
goal weight: 130-135... so i have to lose around 40.. OMGosh.. O_O
REason: to be able to play Baskteball with my boyfriend without needing to stop every 10 min... haha.. i use to play in my highschool team but since college... i stopped and gained alot of weight. sometimes it sucks having a bf who is great at every sport... i mean its great to watch.. but sucks when i play with him and his friends. And also to be healthy!!!!!
Time: i think i'm going to give my self 8 months. so i would have to lose at least 5 pounds each month. (i rememebr i lost 15 in a month and 2 weeks last summer because i was so bored doing nothing at home... so i worked out and found that i lost alot... but as soon as i came back to school i gained it right back. poo school!!!! and bad eatting habits)
Method: Exercise exercise!!!EXERCISE!!! at least 30 min on the tradmill everyday... thats only about 2.5miles. (my goal always been to be able to run an hour without stopping... i got to 45 min over summer... so if i start again i think i can hopefully get there ^^)Also another 30 min of cardio. and Yoga everyday in the morning( i love doing yoga.. but been lazy = =)
I think this is a great thing here. we get to support and commit to something with each other^^. FIGHTING~!!!
also.. Blue shoe your stomach seem to have gotten way toner~! looking great!! ^^b

No, not at all. They are good to snack on at night time, cos at least it's essential for your body and won't turn anything into fat, lol. It's the best food to eat actually, if it's too late to eat anything else.
DAY SIX
Breakfast - Egg and ham sandwich.
Snack - Cornetto ice cream.
Lunch - Went out with family to eat dimsum
Tonight - I don't know, maybe just have soup, I feel too full at the moment.
Liquids - Milk tea [only have on weekends], Chinese tea,
Exercise - Went fast walking around a BIG park of 1000m [?]...I'm not sure how big it is, around that much anyways. It was a very nice day, after 25 minutes, we went shopping for some daily skincare products, lol. Going to exercise some more tonight.
Comments - I don't think it's much of a veggie day today, but it's not much of a meat day either....more of a steamy day, LOL. But oh well, that'll only ever be like once every 3 months of going out to eat dimsum. Probably not every 3 months, but 6!

Everyday I exercise and every week I weigh myself. I know its not good to weigh yourself all the time but after I got home from exercising I weighed myself and I was 143. I was really happy but I ate lunch and went back up to 149. Is that normal?

yeah. think about it.. when you eat, the food sits in your stomach & digestive system until you get it out of there (if you know what i mean).. and the food you eat does weigh an amount. so it will affect what the scale says. this is why you should only weigh yourself in the morning on an empty stomach.

My weight is always 90lbs no matter how much I eat, but some people are like you. Don't worry about. Also, remember, not to weight yourself. I stop, because though I look more toned, I weight more than my before flabby self. It's discouraging, so I just eat right and exercise and have faith that it works, lol.
Thanks everybody for the compliment. Can't wait to be able to be comfortable in a bikinni. I'm not done w/ the day yet, at work right now. Will post my day progress when I'm about to leave work.

Does that mean I ate 6 lbs. of food? And is your real weight how much you weigh on an empty stomach? I don't know why but I really hate to start out at 149 lbs. then exercise for like 4 hours to lose 6 lbs. and gain it all back by eating one meal. Sorry if I'm so paranoid...

Are you sure you ate 6lbs of food? I thought people only pack on 1 or 2 pounds after a meal?
Don't worry, I feel like that at times, today, I seem to weight heavier, but on other days, you'll feel lighter again, lol, you can only really trust that you've lost weight when you see the results yourself in the mirror

Urgggg, yeah, I'm 23, so urgggg, but I have always been chubby. I hate how my best friend is so beautiful by her own right w/ high metabolism, so jealous.
I'm done w/ my day, still at work though, but finished dinner.
Anyway, today, I ate 4 times today, my schedules are weird.
10:30 - breakfast, small cup of plain noodle
1:00 - small cup of rice + veggies
2:30 - 30 min of work out, run, lift weight and crunches as usual
3:30 - lunch, just bigger than the 1:00 portion but has bit of chicken and 2 bite of pork
7:00 - dinner, small cup of rice + veggies (very tiny), I'm doing the reverse diet thingy.
snacks: two tiny cookies, 5 pretzel pocky thing
I wonder if my day is too much calories, oh yeah, plan to jump rope and crunches at about 11:00-12:00 before I hit the bed, and weight lifting somewhere at 9:00-11:00 while i watch movies.
Oh yeah, just got my braces tighten, I'm thinking of going on soup diet for 1 or 2 days. So sick w/ the pain and trying to chew. Is hot and soul soup ok?

Breakfast - Bowl of Cereal with milk, half egg and ham sandwich [couldn't finish the sandwich off, was full already.]
Lunch - Half bowl of rice with ?
Dinner - Have no idea, maybe just have soup, since it's going to be a carb day.
Snacks - None yet.
Liquids - Milk, Milk tea, and of course water later throughout the day.
Exercise - Plan to go out and walk after having my sandwich, I'll only feel stupid if I walk for an hour around my area, lol so I'll only walk for 30 minutes. Workout tonight.
Comments - Decided to have a big breakfast today, cos my stomach seems to always start to feel hungry, whilst im in Chinese class, and that's horribly disturbing, lol. So hopefully, that will keep me full till lunch comes at 4pm-ish. I don't think there's much in my house to eat as a healthy thing for dinner, and I don't want noodles, so maybe going to search for other recipes? On the other hand, I have been thinking that maybe I can lose majority of the weight I want to lose in Hong Kong, since I'll be there for a month. Reason being is that I've done it before, and lost 21lbs, but then I gained some of it back during these 2 years, gained about 7-9lbs.
Goals for tomorrow - Go out walking after eating at home, maybe even visit a friend and hang out together at the park? Blah, whatever keeps me out of the house. Ask a friend if she can go to the leisure centre with me for gym.

It's not so much that I like exercising in my neighborhood, actually I don't like it, cos my area is quite rough, and I seldom go out on my own, that's why I want to ask a friend to come with me to the leisure centre that's on my street. I know it must sound really silly that I won't go there on my own, but I dunno, I just can't. >.<
My family are always busy and my friends, they're not exercise-sort-of people, they're lazy without being fat
Jump roping at home...my house is quite untidy, and I do have jump ropes at home, and there is room to do it, but I'm so scared to knock the lightbulb out or something, LOL.
Maybe I should buy a hula hoop, I used to have one until my dad broke it
