Anyone wanna be my diet buddy? I need motivation.
Right now, I`m about 5`2 and 116 pounds. I have excess fat here and there and I really wanna get rid of it.
Plus I`m about 13 or so but I still haven`t lost the baby fat around my face. :/
I wanna go down to 105 pounds at least.
Oh and, I guess it`s natural that your boob size shrinks when you diet...but I like my chest. :x
Is there ANY way AT ALL to keep it?

Food:
Breakfast - 1/2 small bowl of spicy noodles
Lunch- Tuna Sandwitch with a pear and a salad (italian dressing)
Dinner- Some lean meat with lettuce broccoli and rice
Snack- Very little grapes
Liquids- 3 bottles of water

Here's what I had today:
Breakfast: Half a turkey sandwich on sour dough bread? (I don't know what kind of bread)
Lunch: nothing
Afterschool: tall light caramel frappacino (I've been craving it since last night lol)
Excercise: Walked 30mins to the hospital to visit my grandma
Snack: a mini peice of angel food cake
Dinner: 1cup of my mother's gingseng soup, 1/4 cup of kernel corn, 1/4 cup of ceci beans, 1 & 1/2 cup of steamed brocolli, 2 peice of small beets, some carrots, a small peice of potato
Fruits: a banana
Excercise for tonight: 200 crunches, 400-500 leg/thigh lifts for each leg (x2 = 1000)

breakfast: lowfat yogurt w/ 1 strawberry
lunch: subway's italian bmt with 1 macadamian cookie
dinner: homemade noodles w/ veggies and chicken =)
snacks: a handful of cheez nips, a few pieces of sugar free cookies.
liquids: water and soup from noodles.
exercise: jumprope, stretches (yoga style lol), hoolahoop, dancing for 10 minutes, leg lifts, squats, and lunges. =)

breakfast: small bowl of rice w/ kimchi
lunch: half a ceasar salad ( I took out all the cheese I could, I didn't like it anyway), but I ate all the chicken (YESSS, yummie) & left over rice w/ kimchi
dinner: small bowl of rice w/ fish and veggies
snacks: 2 tangerine, 1 bannana, half of a sweet potato
no exercise: no time

Breakfast - 2 butter and ham toasties, cup of water. Actimel drink, half an apple.
Snack - McCoy's crisps [omg, I know I know, me bad T___T]
Lunch - Rice with lots of veggies and fish. Little bit of pork meat. Soup.
Snack - A mandarin.
Dinner - Don't know?
Exercise - 30 minutes of badminton. 1 hour of walking with a friend after school because we went shopping
Comments - Today is not a bad day, but wish I was more active. I didn't feel like doing badminton but it was probably my mood that affected me, haha, just didn't feel like doing much anyways...

Okay...for anyone who would want to help me here is my current status. I'm 17 years old but I'm a shortie, my height is 4'8 to be exact and yes I love my height ^^. I weigh around 102lbs. I realized that after I stopped taking P.E classes, I started gaining alot of weight. I didn't realize that just by doing a simple 5 minute run/walk everyday helped to keep my weight down. I've looked this up some and found that for my height and age, 102lbs is not overweight but I'm short girl and it's not good to be short and a bit on the chub side.
Even though..hehe...my family says I'm cute but there's a difference in looking "cute" and feeling like I really am "cute". In other words...I would like to lose around 5lbs in this month...and it will most likely roll down into April. ^^ Anyways...I've always felt better when I was around 80-90lbs but being 102 makes me feel like a little round ball. No offense to anyone out there...it's just that I wouldn't mind it at all if I was 5'1 or 5'2 or actually anything above 5 feet ^^ but I'm 4'8 so I'd like to keep my weight in a comfortable range for me.
Well, there's my little spill for the day. hahaha...who knows, maybe I will lose that weight. Gotta be strong, gotta be determined...GET THAT PIECE OF CHOCOLATE PIE AWAY FROM ME! haha...just kidding..well, about the pie part but the whole weight thing is a must. ^^

dinner: mini corn dog + tator tots + salad (no dressing)
snack: an orange, green grapes, & Yoplait Light strawberry yogurt
exercise: 3 mile run, 30 minutes of continuous freestyle swimming

I'm kinda on the same page as you. I'm a sophie right now and by the beginnig of next year achieve my goal to loose 20 lbs. and get rid of my bulky leg muscles. (I also play tennis ^^) I definately think you can do it if you keep your mind to it. Plus I'll be right there with ya.

today was a bad day mentally. a boy in my class told me to go eat a twinkie, and i asked why i'd do that, and he said "obviously you haven't looked in the mirror lately." so i was crying for the next 2 hours in french class. i have never felt so far away from something in my life, and this shattered any confidence i had gained in the past month. i feel so ugly and worthless.
RECENT POUND LOSSAGE: 1/2 lb.
TOTAL POUND LOSSAGE: 10 lbs.
