breakfast: 3/4 cup of fruity pebbles and 2/4 cup milk
lunch: subway's italian bmt
dinner: 1 pepperoni and cheese lean pocket, and 1 cup of honey bunches of oats w/ fruity pebbles and 2/4 cup milk
snack: (what killed me) vanilla ice cream cone (the one from the trucks!) and lowfat yogurt.
liquid: water, milk, and homemade soup (some oily chicken and ginseng soup.. geez)
exercise: (also what killed me) reverse crunches and leg lifts. (for a very short time too =T)
today's goal would be to do 1000 jumps. !!!

Current stage:
height: 5
weight: 113
goal weight: 110 or less=D
breakfast: cereal/ orange
lunch: crackers and fruits
dinner: spaghetti with veggie meat and bits of cheese
liquids: water and arizona diet green tea=DD

everyone is really persistent with their diet/workout plan..good job to you guys
heres my story. ahaha ok....
for mee well last year like NO JOKE i weighed about 155lbs at the height of 5'3.i was 18 then
haha yea i was pretty big
so it hit me when my friend took a pic of me just sitting down on the computer..
and when i saw this photo of myself my face expression was like
so ever since mid April i started a diet plan!
back then my old eatting routines were eatting BIG meals..like 4-5 meals of fatty greasy unhealthy food.
i used to eat like 2 bowls of rice...and eat a lot of fried foods which was not good at all.
so my diet was CUTTING DOWN all those foods and started munching on celery sticks instead of cookies.
i ate 작곡밥(jahk gohk bahp..its brown rice but not rice? idk how to explain this
i ate a lot of korean healthy food like vegetables, 나물(nah moool) etc...
i also before i slept did 50-100 jumping jacks before i went to bed, and that helped alot!
and i drank LOTS of water, and also my skin started to clear up i had some acne but now its all gone.
so almost a year later i weigh 130lbs..which is 25lbs total....heh not bad right?
i continued to do jumping jacks and eat that brown rice with veggies..
and also added an 1hr walking routine. cos they say walking instead of running is more effective of losing weight?
im happy with my weight right now but i wanna stay fit and have pretty toned muscles =p tehe
so my goal weight is to be at least 120....yea so FIGHTING EVERYONE1
what i basically eat for a day:

lunch: salad with grilled chicken, LIGHT dressing, , and coupl ptrezels, bottle of water
dinner: meet(siize of a tape recorder), lots of green vegetables, bottle water

and p.s- DO NOT eat after 6. thats helps alot! =p

i don't really know what size per say at A&F, but i would generally like to be a size 6 or 8 at all stores. preferably a 6.
for some reason only AF pants look good on me. At other store like a 0 is like loose, and a 00 is kinda tight and it makes my butt look fat? Or sometimes a 1 is loose around the butt, but a 0 is tight around the thigh? I have the worse problems finding jeans. hehehe.

DAY TWENTY FIVE
Breakfast - Tuna sandwich.
School - Burger
Dinner - Rice with pumpkin, and squid. Soup. [not a big meal if you're wondering, was smaller than usual, I just felt full from the burger still.]
Exercise - Sit ups [don't know how many, didn't bother to count, would say about 30 at least], 10 lunges, 20 modified push ups, stretching.
Goals for Spring break - 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Go out walking everyday. Drink LOTS of water. Learn yoga?

I'm so proud of you guys!!
You guys...are my inspiration..
I hate living on the 2nd floor of an apartment.
I can't do jumping jacks or jump roping without the downstairs people telling me to stop
It would be weird exercising downstairs right in front of their house LOL
Parks are not an option to me these days either because it's raining! Ayy..
Do you guys know of any simple exercises/stretches that i can do in the house without disturbing the people downstairs that can work out my legs? Too much sitting around results in a big butt and thighs.

how long do you jump up and down? 30 seconds to 1 minute?
and does this help lose fat around the belly, or just tone the muscles? or both. XD
sounds like a good idea, i think i will start doing this.
oh no haha what i meant was
get off the couch and do 30 situps everytime you see a commercial hehe
i didn't mean jump like actual jumping XD haha
but i guess you could do jumproping too as part of your exercise
it's good for cardio + working on your legs

i'm in a weight training class so i work out every day for a good 45 minutes. its just the matter of whether i eat healthy or not
starting weight 125
idea weight: 115
my plan: reduce my portions to about half or so.. don't eat past six...drink a lot of water.
does anyone know how i can lose inches around my thighs? i'm pretty toned...but i wish my thighs were a big leaner. thanks

from the age of 12-15 i lost a total of 38 pounds! YES! but for the last
winter, i've gained a couple pounds again. *tears* MUST START AGAIN!
CURRENT STATUS
- 5'6''
- 120 pounds
- i was 114 last summer.
- goal: 113 (one pound lighter than before)
DAY QUATRO!
_breakfast: half a banana
_lunch: 2 small bags of combos (HS lunch is way too expensive!)
_dinner: pork with cabbage and rice
_snack: string cheese and mini-sausage bites.
FORM OF EXERCIZE.
1 mile every day! (nonstop!)
So far i have lost NOTHING due to my eating habits. ): MUST PRESS ON!

We've gotta hold on to what we've got, cause it doesn't make a difference if we make it or not.

Anyways, I have a few questions guys. Ever since I started my diet a week ago, my fat consumption has gone down while my carbs have gone up. I always hear people say that too much carbs is bad. Is that true? Should I limit my carbs? But the program I use to measure and record my daily calories only does it with carbs, fats, and protein, so I don't want to have too much protein or fat. Is it okay to have more of carbs then?
Also, everyone says don't eat after 6, but sometimes I don't have time to eat until after 6. It shouldn't be a problem if I hadn't had dinner yet right?

lunch: bagel w/ chedder cheese
dinner: a little rice... but w/ lots of chicken, pork & eggplant
snack: yogurt, orange
exercise: already did 1 hr of walking, burned 300 cal on elliptical.... will do sit ups next!

Breakfast - Bowl of cereal, jam on bread.
Snacks - Jaffa cake x3, nutrigrain bar, fairtrade juice drink.
Lunch - Rice with veggies and fish. Some meat. Soup.
Dinner - ?
Exercise - 1 hour of badminton, this time, I was sweating SO much...the feeling was good though
Comments - Weighed myself this morning after breakfast, still 51kg, but maybe I'm 50kg, lmao, I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning properly. XD The weather is really great today so I'm going to take a walk outside for an hour these few days I think.

breakfast: 1 cup frosted mini wheats w/ 3/4 cup fat free skim milk
lunch: lowfat bagel with roast beef cold cuts, frozen fruit cup
dinner: grilled swordfish, mashed potatoes, salad, dinner roll (-___- went out to eat)
snack: none
liquids: milk, water, diet coke, lite lemonade
exercise: none - my day off (had absolutely no time)
RECENT POUND LOSSAGE: 1 lb.
TOTAL POUND LOSSAGE: 13 lbs.
aww, only 1 more pound and i'll have lost 10 lbs in just march. i dunno if this will happen since tomorrow is the last day of march, but i will be sure to step up my exercise today & hope for the best when i jump on the scale tomorrow morning. OH YEAH! i went shopping yesterday and got some express jeans.. i couldn't wear express jeans before! i really have dropped 2 jean sizes.
i'll write today's log later tonight.
