like cereal is about 200-250 cals, and a normal dinner/lunch would be around 300-400 depending what you eat?
anyways this might be a pretty stupid question but what are jumping jacks?

Breakfast - None, there was no cereal OR bread left.
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Rice with mussels, this veggie and meat combination dish...soup.
Dinner - ?
Liquids - Tea, ribena, water..
Exercise - 2 and a half hours shopping/walking
Comments - Happy that I even walked that long, lol...definitely wouldn't matter so much if I eat a lot at lunch.
dodo - Jumping jacks is when you spread your legs wider than your shoulder width, and basically you jump, putting your legs together. So you do it like this: together - apart - together - apart. You sort of flap your arms while doing it, lmao. You might know it as "star jumps" since some people call it that.

Hmmm, the exercise part sounds really good. But it sounds like you're not eating much, and that's probably not wise. The less food you eat, the lower your metabolism. If you starve your body, then every piece of food you DO consume will be like super precious to your body and hence it'll be more likely to store it away as fat. Does that make sense? Basically, it's good to decrease calories and reduce your fat intake, but don't skip meals. Instead of consuming one small salad a day (which is probably only ~550 calories, if even), you should eat 4-5 small meals throughout the day. If you don't want full meals, at least have a healthy snack (ie apple or carrot sticks) as the other "meals" and center them around your salad for lunch. If you're working out as much as you plan to, you're going to need some energy to complete them. Hope that helps. I'm not an expert, so you can disregard this if you want, but that's just my two cents.

Liek you eat it Breakfast/lunch/dinner?
On the box, it says to eat:
Meal 1: Special K cereal with 2/3 cup of skim milk and fruit.
Meal 2: Special K protein Meal Bar OR another bowl of the Special K cereal.
Meal 3: Eat your third meal as you normally do.
Snacks: Any two Special K snacks.
It also says: LOSING UP TO 6LBS IN 2 WEEKS! So yeah!
I highly doubt it'll work because I'll go crazy during dinner but it's worth giving a try! The cereal is DELICIOUS!
like cereal is about 200-250 cals, and a normal dinner/lunch would be around 300-400 depending what you eat?
I'm guessing the Meal 3 is fill up all the rest of the daily calorie intake cause plain cereal is definitely too little.
-----------------------------------
Day 1: April 2, 2007.
I plan on never eating snacks its just straight up BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER.
Breakfast: Bowl of Special K Red Berries + apple.
Lunch: Another bowl of Special K Red Berries + Special K bar.
Dinner: Chicken noodle soup, strawberries, and a banana.
Exercises: 2 Laps around the track at school (equal to half a mile), 50 crunches, 50 reverse situps, 5 min-jump roping.
Current weight: 130.5 lbs.
Goal: AT LEAST; 120.0 lbs.

Breakfast - Cup of tea, 2 pieces of bread with peanut butter on top.
Lunch - Yumcha, but I didn't eat much, lost my appetite..
Dinner - Congee tonight.
Exercise - None yet, but workout tonight ^^
Comments - I don't feel in the mood of trying hard to lose weight today, my mood has been really pissy and I don't want to handle too much at the moment so I'm going to take this slowly.. sigh. I will try not let it affect me, but hey, at least I don't binge eat when I'm unhappy ^^ that's probably my better points compared to everyone else

So I'm on a diet. I named my diet PROJECT SEXY!
I have this thing where if I'm depressed I tend not to eat, but I've been really happy lately and it shows in the weight gain.
My motivation definitely is the physical aspects and being able to wear whatever. I love curves. I just want to tone up. I don't want to be too skinny.
