total loss: 7 lb in 2 months..
i guess it's not bad considering the fact that all i did was
cut my calories..no exercise whatsoever loL
i wanna be 110 by summer!!T_T BIKINI SEASON IS HERE
oh and i juss eat whatever i want when i want to..i juss don't eat it too much xP

Anywho, I've lost ~6 pounds in 2 weeks. I think I'm hitting a plateau, but then again I don't want to lose weight too quickly. I'm also starting strength training, so hopefully I can gain some muscle mass and lose my fat.
Yum, rice! I've been so deprived of it living on campus, but I think overall it's a good thing. I love rice, so I consume like 3 bowls normally. I probably won't eat as much of it anymore once I move back home for the summer. But yeah, if you eat it, eat small portions or eat the brown rice. My family made the conversion years ago, so everytime I eat white rice it's always a shock. =P

wow, that's pretty good... i have an issue where i lose a bit, gain it back after i stuff myself on a weekend, and then lose it after missing lunch again...and then gain it

everyone is really persistent with their diet/workout plan..good job to you guys
heres my story. ahaha ok....
for mee well last year like NO JOKE i weighed about 155lbs at the height of 5'3.i was 18 then
haha yea i was pretty big
so it hit me when my friend took a pic of me just sitting down on the computer..
and when i saw this photo of myself my face expression was like
so ever since mid April i started a diet plan!
back then my old eatting routines were eatting BIG meals..like 4-5 meals of fatty greasy unhealthy food.
i used to eat like 2 bowls of rice...and eat a lot of fried foods which was not good at all.
so my diet was CUTTING DOWN all those foods and started munching on celery sticks instead of cookies.
i ate 작곡밥(jahk gohk bahp..its brown rice but not rice? idk how to explain this
i ate a lot of korean healthy food like vegetables, 나물(nah moool) etc...
i also before i slept did 50-100 jumping jacks before i went to bed, and that helped alot!
and i drank LOTS of water, and also my skin started to clear up i had some acne but now its all gone.
so almost a year later i weigh 130lbs..which is 25lbs total....heh not bad right?
i continued to do jumping jacks and eat that brown rice with veggies..
and also added an 1hr walking routine. cos they say walking instead of running is more effective of losing weight?
im happy with my weight right now but i wanna stay fit and have pretty toned muscles =p tehe
so my goal weight is to be at least 120....yea so FIGHTING EVERYONE1
what i basically eat for a day:
breakfast: yogurt,, a toasted wheat bread, a bottle of water
lunch: salad with grilled chicken, LIGHT dressing, , and coupl ptrezels, bottle of water
dinner: meet(siize of a tape recorder), lots of green vegetables, bottle water
desert: the korean lil yogurt drinks =p and anoither bottle of water. (:
and p.s- DO NOT eat after 6. thats helps alot! =p
for the ones that dont believe me here are pics of me before and after
before- about 150-155lbs
after- 130

OMG O_____O You're really amazing! Now you really inspire me to lose weight too! So allyou did was change your eating habit and walk that's all?

breakfast: cereal w/ milk, green tea
snack: half a chocolate bar (if you crave chocolate... it's best to have it early)
lunch: a bowl of rice w/ side dish & 2 small slices of cake -___-
snack: a bowl of cooked veggie, tofu
dinner:congee & sweetened red dates on the side
exercise: decided to do more sit ups from now on... My legs have gotten a lot slender from all the leg exercise i've done. ^^

it's the end of lent so technically we can't eat anything if you're over 18 but good thing i'm not over 18 yet and i guess i'm just gonna drink tea and eat cereal those are my two exceptions....
exercise: jump rope and and i'll do running later or now whenever...
oh i'm going to the philippines tooo!!! i guess that's why i wanna lose some pounds hahah=D

iim SOOOO ashamed of myself. for two weeks ive been eating WAYYYYYYYYYY too much (i think i gained like 3 pounds)
SO. TODAY. i have decided to start dieting/exercising........for the millionth time. lol. im going to try to last at LEAST three weeks...cuz i always get shaky around that time. Buddies?! I need someone to tell me what i can and cant do
And...if I decide to go to prom. That's like...a month away. *sigh*

I want to join in too!
Ever since I was little I was always called fat and my family always told me
I was a fat kid and made fun of me for my weight. So this was my motivation
for starting a diet. I starting exercising in February and I was 137 lbs and in a
matter of 2 months I lost roughly about 7 lbs. Is that a good amount of wieght
loss for 2 months? Well, anyways I gained those 7 pounds back and then some.
I became 140 lbs.I was so dissapointed. I guess the problem was that I was
happy I lost weightand started eating alot and stopped exercising. A reallybad
choice. So now I'mstarting to exercise again and now I'm 131 lbs. I want to
lose about 25 lbs. Oh and I'm 5'2". Would 106 lbs be good for someone who
is 5'2"? I'm not sure so anyways... here is what I ate today.
DAY ONE
Breakfast: Didn't have breakfast.. I know it's bad not to have breakfast, but it was just today. I usually have breakfast.
Lunch: Subway foot long sandwich and a peanut butter cookie.....I had a big lunch
Dinner: I going out to eat......
Well I already went out exercising in the gym.
I was on the bicycle machine for about 25 min. and did lots of ab work.
I can't recall how many calories I lost, but I sweat alot~
My Plan:
I'm going to eat brown rice and lots of veggies like Kyung Ah and I'm going to do lots of ab exercise, 50-100 jump ropes and lots of walking.
I'm going to be doing this for about until august. That's 5 months. I hoping to lose 25 lbs or more. I'll be happy with 20 or even 15. I also want to get toned in my thigh,calf, and arm areas. I have a question to ask : When you exercise do you lose fat in all areas like your face or just areas that are more worked out than others?
I hope this works! And FIGHTING for all the other dieters in this thread!!

Well if you want to get toned then your should do crunches and try walking alot. Walking helps tone your legs and thighs. Oh and when you walk you should take long steps. Also for your eating habits eat more veggies and fruits. You don't have to cut down your portions too much just eat until your full. Once you think your full stop eating. Overeating is really bad for you. DRINK LOTS OF WATER and milk also helps. If you lose the will and motivation to exercise then pick out a dress you would like to wear for prom and think of that while your exercising. In my opinion this helps motivate me alot. Music can be a good motivator too. Pick out a good song, preferably a fast song and listen to it while exercising.

yea 106 is fine for a 5"2 girl. i think anywhere between 100~110 is fine.
Today was Day 6 for me. Apparently there has been a 2.6lb loss already. Hmm.. We shall see what the weight is tomorrow.
Has anyone heard of / tried the 22cal diet ramen? My friend told me that there is one in Japan, I really want to try it now, the ramen I eat is 93cals and I thought that was pretty low, but 22cals! wow lol

Day 1
Starting weight: 167 or so.... (I used to be like 145 but dang! Those Holiday's last year! [Thanksgiving + xmas....])(I don't even look 160+ either o__o)
Goal weight: at least like... 125-130
Breakfast/Lunch: Orange Juice, chicken stir fry with boc choy
Dinner: 2 Hard boiled Eggs and orange juice
Exercise (later in a couple of hours): Ock Juu Hyun's Yoga, Seventeen Magazines easy ab toning thingy XD
Yeah... Not much but... yeah... you get it...
I need a weightloss buddy... I need alot to motivate me...
