-Day 1-
Breakfast: ERM I slept over that
Lunch: Small bowl of rice with veggies. There is meat, but it was pork, and pork isn't very healthy so I just passed. >_>
Snacks:Cereal-around 250 calories =S
Dinner: Tuna bread
Drinks: Water only
Exercise: None...my starting day is today and sunday I've planned is my resting day! Tomorrow I'll start.

breakfast: cereal, yogurt
snack: tea, tea biscuit
lunch: 2 apples, a chocolate wafer, a bottle of water
dinner: brown rice w/ egg, tofu & fish
snack: 2 cups of green tea, soymilk & a bowl of papaya

exercise: planning to do jumping jacks and situps =]

Like I said. I was starting over so here it is.

Day 1

Breakfast: Special K Choco Cereal
Lunch: Special K Choco Cereal
Snack: I think I'll have an apple^^
Dinner: (Soon to make in a couple of hours) Salad with chicken breast and a light asian dressing.

Exercise: Ehhh... not today XD (Dont hate me! o__o)

i have tried the special k diet and it does work!:D
um.. i did work out but it was more like just hulahooping(korean one) for 30 minutes
in a matter of 2 weeks i lost about 10 pounds..
o yea i ate a lot of salad too!!

but it's been like 2 years now since i've done it so i've gained some of it back!!
i think i shall start again!!

Ugh, I went home for the weekend and lost track of what I ate and how many calories cuz I went to my cousin's wedding. x__x plus the rec was closed today for Easter. I haven't done any real cardio workouts since Wednesday, ack. I am dreading weighing myself tomorrow. But anyways, I'm proud of all of you who have been sticking to your plans! Good job everyone. =)

sadly i did practically no exercise during the easter long weekend, except for running to the subway station ( i was going to be late) and running to church ( i was going to be late). tomorrow i'm going to the mall with my friend...walking in mall = some exercise perhaps? hahaha

im starting tomorrw :] im new (;

im thinking about starting 2 weeks with the special K diet. is that diet successful and helpful or no?

i wanna lose 10 pounds before May is here @.@


i need some help... because everything is all yo-yo. hahah ^^;

i have a question... when are you supposed to weigh yourself? at the end of the day before you go to sleep or when you wake up? or just during the day?

DAY THIRTY FIVE(yesterday)

Breakfast - Congee, croissant
Lunch - Rice with fish and veggies, 2 pieces of duck
Dinner - Chilli con carne

Exercise - None.
Comments - Seem to forget these days that I'm actually on a diet, lol.


DAY THIRTY SIX (today)

Breakfast - Sandwich, cup of tea
Lunch - ?
Dinner - ?

Liquids - honey water, water

Exercise - None so far.
Comments - my throat hurts today, maybe shouldn't have snacked on anything at all, not even those biscuits.. sleep.gif gonna drink lots of water today. I've become lazy again, and forgot to check my weight again but I wouldn't think that i've lost or gained any weight... lol.



Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars?

i onli eat 2 meals a dae currently...becos i wake up real late..ard 11..so breakfast is lunch..brunch...and den i take dinner...i think i lost weight...i weighed 60kg..and nw im dwn to 56..hehe

don't weigh yourself right after you wake up.
not only are you weighing yourself on a completely empty atomach, but hours of sleeping also make you weigh less (something about the oxygen you're breathing out when you sleep; i learned it in bio but i forget the exact details). i would say during the day, maybe in between meals? i don't think there's one specific ideal time to weigh yourself but that sounds reasonable to me.

Weighing right after waking up (after using the toilet) is your real weight, or so I've heard. It's a bad idea to weigh after meals because you may add 1+ pounds after eating, & it's just the weight or the food.

Day 1

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg + plain coffee
Lunch: some rice, salad & 1 portion of chiken
Dinner: ~ 2 bowls of salad with bread crumbs + 1 tangerine

Exercise:
Billy Bootcamp-ABS (Taebo) + 100 squats + 25 biceps pushups & ~10 triceps pushups.

I've done well for the first day happy.gif I'm planning to exercise 3 times a week (not daily because this is the busy month of the semester, lots of projects & research papers). I'm really determined to drop 4 kilos before the end of April.

EDIT: I had some chocolate >.< I'm still counting today as day one because I've allowed myself to have chocolate & other candy twice a week.

Must start today again, this time I'm not giving up that easily. tongue2.gif

Day 1:
Breakfast: Carrot sticks and boiled egg.
Lunch: Small bowl of fried rice
Dinner: Tuna sandwhich/salad.
Snacks: Apple and handful of cereal
Liquid: water only
Excersise:
Treadmill for 40 minutes
Dance for 15
Crunches 30
Stairs 10
I must not eat after 7:30.

lunch:pepperoni pizza >.<
dinner:i'm pretty full so i'm trying not to eat dinner=]

liquids: lipton white tea
snacks: probably yogurt and skittles tropical >___<
for some reason i don't feel like eating >.<
exercise: jump rope, push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, [jogging?]

gosh...i gave in and had shrimp scampi with potatoes and stuffing and a side dish of broccoli and string beans yesterday at my aunts house...>_<;; hopefully i'll stay on track...and not eat so much...

oo count me in haha this thread encouraged me by how many people wants to lose weight just like me!!
we should all support each other. i lost 5lbs by just 30 mins of DDR everyday per week but gained back from laziness =[ so right now i'm trying to get on a diet again by:

1. control how I eat and WHEN i eat
2. exercise more (DDR and Yoga?)
3. cut off all junk food

My goal is to lose at least 15-20 lbs by june since that's when my graduation dance and graduation is. and i want to show my curves in my dress heh heh. i hope i make it!

Well I can't remember what I ate yesterday but today I ate:

Day four:


Breakfast:yogurt and a toasted wheat bread smile.gif(from kyung ah's diet)

Lunch: a bean burrito

Dinner: a crispy chicken sandwhich from wendy's sad.gif

Exercise: none (had no time)


Memo:
Gosh I need to have strong will...
Sheesh at this rate I'll be gaining weight sad.gif
