Breakfast: ERM I slept over that
Lunch: Small bowl of rice with veggies. There is meat, but it was pork, and pork isn't very healthy so I just passed. >_>
Snacks:Cereal-around 250 calories =S
Dinner: Tuna bread
Drinks: Water only
Exercise: None...my starting day is today and sunday I've planned is my resting day! Tomorrow I'll start.

snack: tea, tea biscuit
lunch: 2 apples, a chocolate wafer, a bottle of water
dinner: brown rice w/ egg, tofu & fish
snack: 2 cups of green tea, soymilk & a bowl of papaya
exercise: planning to do jumping jacks and situps =]

Snack: I think I'll have an apple^^
Dinner: (Soon to make in a couple of hours) Salad with chicken breast and a light asian dressing.
Exercise: Ehhh... not today XD (Dont hate me! o__o)

Has anyone tried it?
i have tried the special k diet and it does work!:D
um.. i did work out but it was more like just hulahooping(korean one) for 30 minutes
in a matter of 2 weeks i lost about 10 pounds..
o yea i ate a lot of salad too!!
but it's been like 2 years now since i've done it so i've gained some of it back!!
i think i shall start again!!

im thinking about starting 2 weeks with the special K diet. is that diet successful and helpful or no?
i wanna lose 10 pounds before May is here @.@
i need some help... because everything is all yo-yo. hahah ^^;
i have a question... when are you supposed to weigh yourself? at the end of the day before you go to sleep or when you wake up? or just during the day?

Lunch - Rice with fish and veggies, 2 pieces of duck
Dinner - Chilli con carne
Exercise - None.
Comments - Seem to forget these days that I'm actually on a diet, lol.
DAY THIRTY SIX (today)
Breakfast - Sandwich, cup of tea
Lunch - ?
Dinner - ?
Liquids - honey water, water
Exercise - None so far.
Comments - my throat hurts today, maybe shouldn't have snacked on anything at all, not even those biscuits..

don't weigh yourself right after you wake up.
not only are you weighing yourself on a completely empty atomach, but hours of sleeping also make you weigh less (something about the oxygen you're breathing out when you sleep; i learned it in bio but i forget the exact details). i would say during the day, maybe in between meals? i don't think there's one specific ideal time to weigh yourself but that sounds reasonable to me.

Day 1
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg + plain coffee
Lunch: some rice, salad & 1 portion of chiken
Dinner: ~ 2 bowls of salad with bread crumbs + 1 tangerine
Exercise: Billy Bootcamp-ABS (Taebo) + 100 squats + 25 biceps pushups & ~10 triceps pushups.
I've done well for the first day

EDIT: I had some chocolate >.< I'm still counting today as day one because I've allowed myself to have chocolate & other candy twice a week.

Must start today again, this time I'm not giving up that easily.
Day 1:
Breakfast: Carrot sticks and boiled egg.
Lunch: Small bowl of fried rice
Dinner: Tuna sandwhich/salad.
Snacks: Apple and handful of cereal
Liquid: water only
Excersise:
Treadmill for 40 minutes
Dance for 15
Crunches 30
Stairs 10
I must not eat after 7:30.

exercise: tennis and crunches and jump rope=]
today day 12
breakfast: yogurt
lunch:pepperoni pizza >.<
dinner:i'm pretty full so i'm trying not to eat dinner=]
liquids: lipton white tea
snacks: probably yogurt and skittles tropical >___<
for some reason i don't feel like eating >.<
exercise: jump rope, push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, [jogging?]

gosh...i gave in and had shrimp scampi with potatoes and stuffing and a side dish of broccoli and string beans yesterday at my aunts house...>_<;; hopefully i'll stay on track...and not eat so much...

we should all support each other. i lost 5lbs by just 30 mins of DDR everyday per week but gained back from laziness =[ so right now i'm trying to get on a diet again by:
1. control how I eat and WHEN i eat
2. exercise more (DDR and Yoga?)
3. cut off all junk food
My goal is to lose at least 15-20 lbs by june since that's when my graduation dance and graduation is. and i want to show my curves in my dress heh heh. i hope i make it!

I've been slacking now adays in my exercise
Well I can't remember what I ate yesterday but today I ate:
Day four:
Breakfast:yogurt and a toasted wheat bread
Lunch: a bean burrito
Dinner: a crispy chicken sandwhich from wendy's
Exercise: none (had no time)
Memo:Gosh I need to have strong will...
Sheesh at this rate I'll be gaining weight
Does anyone want to be my buddy?
