13 i remember eating a lot but i went and ran/ jogged for an hour or so
14 is today so:
breakfast: cereal with soymilk =P i don't like plain soymilk
lunch: i'll think about it maybe not
dinner: too full to think about dinner
exercise: jogging if the wind cools down but i'll probably just run in place
drinks: tea, yogurt
snacks: 2.5 bags of 100 cal bags

Day 2
Breakfast: cup of post select cereal and high-protein milk
Lunch: --
Snack: --
Dinner:
Other liquid: 1 bottle of water daily
Exercise: --
yep...thats me..exeercise will be tomorrow and no lunch today and tomorrow...^^
@ Baby K: yay! u joinde bellydance! its a GREAT class..u reallly move you waist alot!...it hurts te first couple of days but then youll get used to it^^

Wait wait...is THAT all you ate for the WHOLE day?!
If so, starving yourself isn't good.

Breakfast: A small bowl of cereal and milk
Lunch: a tuna sandwhich
Snacks: egg tart >_>;; and crackers, a small bite of cheese and ham sandwhich =_=
Dinner: I don't really know.
Exercise: (will do after I get off) 40 Minutes cardio, and the usual stuff after like situps, stairs, jumping jacks..etc.
Today I got off a few bus stops earlier and walked homeeee. =) haha

LOL no! i owuld die! X_X...no i just added what i ate in the morning and i edit later what i ate so no thats just in the morning... i eat dinner and all..
i need food to exercise LOL...

Day 4
Breakfast: --- (i woke up late AGAIN! XD)
Lunch: Vitamin, Special K cereal w/ soymilk, half a wheat bagel w/ cream cheese (I didn't like the wheat bagel... NASTY! And was the cream cheese thingy healthy too?)
exercise: 30 min walk on treadmill, 45 min ock juu hyun's yoga
dinner: (Gonna prepare after my yoga) Brown rice w/ chicken, broccoli, and tofu
Is all of that alright? Good healthy diet? o__o

And BabyK, I don't think cream cheese is that healthy...it's quite fattening, just as normal cheese is, so you should stick to the reduced fat kind, or eat in moderation. I used to work at Bruegger's Bagels so I used to love that stuff, but now I'm so put off by it. =_=
Vanessa1988: Sweet! I really wish I could make it, but I've got finals after that weekend. Life is so unfair. Did you get good seats?

Theres this girl who my auntie knew. She works in a pineapple factory or something and she's on a diet. So all she eats is pineapple and nothing else. You know how if you eat TOO MUCH pineapple, it's really bad for you. So yes, that was all she was eating. So like later on she started having stomach aches that wouldn't go away. Her mother always see her have her hand pressing on her stomach. She refuse to go to the hospital or see a doctor and says she's fine. But her mother forced her to go because she was worried. Then later the doctor told her that she has holes in her stomach from eating too much pineapples.
OUCH for her. You can also get holes in your stomach for starving yourself. So everyone, make sure you don't starve yourself or eat just only fruits because you also need different vitamins and minerals and proteins. You want to stay on a healthy diet and if you don't, it's not going to be good for your health in the future.
Yeah, so I just wanted to let everyone know that or just let that be a lesson to learn from

breakfast: one of those round cheese thingys. [woke up late for school -.-"]
lunch: 2 pieces of dinner roll and 2 of those small round cheese thingys.
small bowl of rice with this vegetable soup.
dinner: small pieces of melons and 2 clementines.
drinks: water and 2 glasses of milk.
i don't eat after 6:30
exercise: a lot of walking!! more than an hour~
dance for 1 hour with stretching.
is this a bad start? i feel like i ate too much. :/

DAY FIFTY-EIGHT
breakfast: ff
lunch: pb on ritz, 100 cal chex
dinner: strawbs, lf bread w/ rb, baked chips
snack: none
liquids: usual
exercise: 70-minute 4 mile cardio run
total calories burned ... 635 calories
DAY FIFTY-NINE
breakfast: corn pops, 2 slices lf wheat toast
lunch: pb on ritz, 100 cal chex, baby carrots
dinner: 1 cup oatmeal squares
snack: handful of reduced fat cheez-its
liquids: usual
exercise: 70-minute 4 mile cardio run
total calories burned ... 630 calories
as you can tell i am way too lazy right now to bold and italicize everything. hahhaa.

L: green tea w/ tapioca (only ate like 10-15 tapioca balls), a small bite of my friend's some kind of beef sandwich
S: made myself a tuna sandwich with 4 fat free crackers
E: 20 min eliptical, 500 situp/crunches
D: 1 cup/bowl of walnut soup, little bit of mushroom, chicken, fish, tofu
E: maybe 200 situps/crunches before I sleep
I'M ANGRY. I COULD OF WENT TO YOGA TODAY BUT MY GRNDMOTHER MADE ME STAY HOME CUS' SHE THOUGHT THE NURSE WAS GOING TO COME TODAY!! >=[

DAY THIRTY NINE
Breakfast - Peanut butter sandwich, cup of tea.
Liquid - Cup of water
Lunch - Rice with veggies and fish. Some beef and potatoes...Soup.
Snack - 2 chocolate pieces (small), an apple but didn't finish, too soft for my taste, cup of water x2
Dinner - ?
Exercise - Workout after a rest from lunch.

The last time I posted I was 10 pounds heavier. (around January)
I have cut out candies, chips, and snacking out of my regular meals.
I drink the occasional coca cola (which has probably made me stay the same weight recently).
Ive been walking part of the way to work, and sometimes I walk all the way to work. Next month, I plan to start walking all the way to work, for every day that I work.
According to coworkers, its about a mile. My capris that I wear to work are looser when I wear them, and so are my jeans.
The main things I really want to improve are my diet and my sleep schedule. I really think that it would improve my health, and help me in all areas of my life.

Yeah, I would think it's bad to lose that much in a week - is it actually possible?
Take it slow...losing 3-4 kilos should take 3 weeks at least...not a week..that's too fast. lol

Breakfast: cup of cherrios and milk
lunch: blueberry bagel w/ 25% fat free strawberry spread. and strawberyy milk ^^
dinner: black beans with rice....bottle of water
snack: banana
Other liquid: 1 bottle of water
Exercise: walk dog about 1 mile
bellydance- 1 hour
walked 1 hour in campus...
so tired rite now =_=
well ill add dinner later^^
wow this is really helping out a lot...i get to see waht i eat and i can control my appetite now^^

I have to do my exercise earlier today because I have something to do in the afternoon ^^;
