breakfast: soymilk, yogurt, 1 toast w/ ham, a banana, 1 pocky stick
lunch: brown rice w/ veggies, 2 cups of green tea, soymilk
dinner:brown rice w/ chicken, tofu & veggies, yogurt
snack: 2 cups of soymilk & a bowl of fruits
exercise: burned 600 cal on elliptical, 100 jumping jacks

breakfast @ 6:30AM: 1 bowl of rice with 1 egg, 1 glass of milk & 2 glasses of water
lunch @ 11:55PM: ice cream sandwich (the money goes to an animal orphanage!), 350mL V8.
snack: --
dinner: --
exercise: walking around the school for 20 minutes, walking outside 20 minutes, more later. =)

snack: fruit snack, small snack bag of beef jerky
lunch: brown rice w/ bacon o___o Yeah I'm bad. Sorry. water

B: danon light & fit yogurt, 1 1/4 cup of cherios w/ fat free milk
l: green tea with tapioca (ate only 10 tho), 5 or 6 ritz bitz crackers
S: 1 1/4 cup of cherios w/ fat free milk, quickly's jasmine green tea
E: 500 situps/crunches, 90 minutes yoga, stretch
D: 1 cup of soup

Breakfast: 2 bowls of cereal (lol...i love cereal) = 350
coffee = 50
lunch: 2 apples = 100
dinner: chicken salad = 350
total = 850
exercise: burn 500 yeah!!!
i'm posting it now so no more eating for me !!!
darn......i just ate!!!!
add another 300 ---> 1150
gosh!!!!
i'll sit up 100 times before bed then

ugh this happened before but i wasultra stressed so i just stopped it
anyways!

must get to ATLEAST 105 aigooooooooooooo by this summer or until next school year

Breakfast: danon l&f yogurt, 1 1/4 cup of cherios w/ milk (half fat free, half reduced fat), a slice of small wheat bread
Lunch: None. I had rehearsal so I didn't have time to buy lunch
Afterschool/Before yoga class: a small slice of wheat bread, 1 cup of cherios w/ fat free milk, my mother's shrimp wrapped in bean curd sheet, 8 premium fat free crackers with some peach mango salsa
Exercise: 90 mins yoga, about 100-125 situps/crunches during dance class
Dinner: diet coke (and probably an apple later)

DAY FORTY SIX
Breakfast: Cup of tea, Peanut butter sandwich
Snack around noon: Chocolate [because I felt freaking depressed, I don't regret having the chocolate though, since I think it worked ^^]
Lunch: Rice with fish and cucumber. Soup.
Dinner: I microwaved this Chicken Pasta Bake thing and URGH, it tastes horrible, the pasta does...so I only ate the chicken bits which was only 5 cubelets...
Exercise: Walked to and from school, walked between lessons and at breaks. Also had sports today, we played baseball but wasn't really much for calorie burning
Comments: I am so depressed today, I feel a bit sensitive to certain comments too and so I don't feel like I want to actually do much except for rest tonight. I just feel tired and maybe if I get energized, I'll feel slightly better.

I was in this thread before and I lost like 20lbs.. I need to loose like 20 more by mid summer (2lbs a week = 8lbs a month means 16 in two months etc) I just got my own treadmill and I work at a health company were there are actually coaches available to help me with eatign and exercise... I am so lazy though. So tomorrow I will start walking 3 miles to the Trolley and back everyday as well as walking to my job and I also walk a few miles at work (I am a file clerk so I am constantly on my feet) Hopefully by summer I could say I lost another 16lbs (happy if I loose 20 more for a total of 40lbs) My goal is to loose a total of 60lbs (but I wanna loose it the right way... so I am taking my time)
Today I will just write on my eating habits.
Everyone in here seems so encouraging ^___^!!!

Oatmeal (I eat this everyday, it really does fill you up with such a little amount... its' also really healthy for you)

bacon cheeseburger with fries, c-plus drink.
dinner: spicy noodles && turkey with cheese sandwich, coca cola drink (1/2 a can)
other: 350ml (water)
exercise:
- (20 minutes) walk
- (30) push-ups
- (65) sit-ups
- (65) crunches
- (3 minutes) stairs
- (20) leg-ups [left &&right] (?)
- (20) inner leg [left &&right] (?)

Breakfast: Panacakes and a Plum (ok don't count that)
Drink: Chai Milk Tea
Weight Lost:0kg
Weight loss goal: Loose 9 kilos
One big problem is that I drink lots of coffee (due to my VERY early morning starts) and that contains a lot of fat and sugar. Any solutions?

I wanna lose, no I must lose 10 lbs in a month
I am going on a trip and none of my dress fits anymore.....I gain 10 lbs since school started...darn!!!!
Day 3
breakfast: tofu soup, veggie stir fried, yogurt ....lol, i was hungry = 400
lunch: ch. salad = 300
dinner: ch. stir fried (only little bit) = 100
snack: apple, 2 coffee = 150
excercise: burn 300 cals
total = 950 !!
so far lost = 0 lbs
this is so hard
anybody have any tips for me.....help!!!
