im 5'2 and 3/4 lol.. around 107-108lbs.. but i just wanna feel alot healthier and tone my body you know? like just because i dont look that big doesn't mean i dont have alot of body fat...i have like a pear shaped body.. sort of.. everything i eat goes to my fricken legs.. anyone know any good leg/thigh/calf excercises? i wanna start running and everything but i'm afraid my legs will just get bigger..
help.
omgosh i'm exactly like you. it sucks cause my legs are kinda unpreportional to my upper body =[ i tried running, it slims down my thighs but bulks up my calves..so i say thats a nono for me

ahhh it doesnt seem much but im happy.
hopefully i loose more soon ^ ^
but its winter soon ... i think im gna gained weight =(

I'm not exactly looking to lose weight, but I dont want to eat ANY fatty foods, or sugar, and i'm trying to replace meat with vegetarian meats.
In two months i'm going to Japan, and I know i'll be eating lots of Japanese candy when I go, so i'm trying to save my stomach for it, and not ruin it to soon. Plus, I would like to look skinny when I go to Japan, so maybe I wont feel so out of place. xD
Today, i'm planning on eating:
Breakfast- 1 cup of Special K cereal with 1% organic milk.
Snack- Tea with one teaspoon of sugar
Lunch- A vegetarian patty without a bun
Snack- Yogurt & Chicken Spring Rolls [They are so low in calories =o]
Dinner- Miso Salad
I know it's little, but i'm only trying to eat less than 1,000 calories, because when I eat anymore than that, I look bloated constantly.

I always need motivation, because I binge frequently without thinking.

- weigh about either 140 or 145 pounds
- gain lean but noticeable cut muscles
current weight and height:
-5'7
-155 pounds
UPDATE::
i checked my scale today and i weigh
-153 pounds
so i lost 2 pounds..i feel happy but at the same time still waiting patiently ^^

schedule:: I go to the gym now 3 times a week since i want to get lean muscles, i should work out and let one day of a rest. Also, since i don't want to loose too much weight and replacing my fat to muscles, i decide to just day 1hour of cardio 3 or 4 times a week.
Monday:: Chest, Triceps and Abs....then 1hour Kickboxing Class
Wednesday:: Bicepts, Legs and Abs.....then 1 hour kickboxing Class
Thursday:: 1 hour of Club Boxing Class
Friday:: Shoulder and Back and Abs then 1 hour of kickboxing Class
i keep my workout short because i remember reading something that the sugar comes in after 30 minutes of workout. Now sure if the information is right so i eventually work out on my specific body parts of 30 minutes and 15 minutes of ab workout afterwards then 10 minutes in the Sauna.
Tuesdays, saturday and sunday are my rest day XD.

I really need to lose that 5 pounds after gaining them back .>.< I plan to play DDR that I just bought today for a hour everyday and jog/run ( HIIT) for 15-20 minutes every night after at night....

Hopefully the weather will clear up so I can start swimming as soon as possible.
I want to get to 110 pounds. So far I am at 116 pounds at 5'1. My goal is to have a FLAT stomach and maybe a little line of abs.

Today I ate:
-5 pieces of toast with butter
-2 crossaints
-2 bowls of cereal
-2 cups of tea
-1 yoplait yogurt
- half of cheese bread
-a bit of a spinach pastry
But, tomorrow i'm going to make sure that doesn't happen again for these two months.
It's really hard because my parents this morning, and lately, have been telling me I need to eat more. And it sucks, cause they just aren't used to me eating healthy foods, and eating small portions. TT_____TT;

how do you lose belly fat without doing sit ups.......im too lazy to do situps =______=.........i know hulahooping is realli gd for losin belly fat...bt i dnt have room to do it >.<

Heya!! anybody has good suggestions on healthy low calorie food which makes u full as well? salad and fruits really can't do that..

No, too much weight, yet so little time. You should of started earlier.
Healthy low calorie food? Try oatmeal. It's healthy and it fills me up. There are also many different flavours to choose from (peach, apple&cinnamon, etc.) .

YOU CAN'T SPOT REDUCE.
You gotta lose overall weight. LAZY and WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT? Not going to happen. Losing weight isn't easy. Gotta be motivated.

Don't go on any of those diets. THEY DON'T WORK! And even if you do drop some pounds from the diet, you're going to gain them all back(maybe even more) once you start eating regularly again.
Losing weight doesn't mean starving yourself. Starving yourself just means you're slowing down your metabolism. Then you'll burn off less calories from this.
3 pounds by sunday? Uh .. that's kind of unhealthy.
Losing weight consists of: EATING HEALTHY, EXERCISE & PATIENCE.
