day two week one
brekky - spring rolls [FRIED! aish]
lunch - jst a tub of mango yoghurt + 600ml water to make up for the spring rolls
dinner - small serving of PASTA [big no no, but i had no choice]
excersize - 20 situps this morning.. will do some hula hooping later =P

black coffee w/ 1 packet of sweet an low
5 ritz crackers
1 oz. of cheddar cheese
1 apple
lunch:
1 toast
1 boiled egg
dinner:
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 melon
2 cookies
1 yogurt
other liquid:
2 bottles of water daily
exercise:
30 mins. of bellydance
comments:
well if this any evidence...i went from a 28 to a 26 3/4 in 2 days! yesterday i was 27 1/3????
yea i care abot losing pant sizes rather than losing weight XP
but yea i feel lighter
(i dont have a scale otherwise i would say something)

D: a bowl of walnut soup, tofu, fish
E: field trip to marine headlands so did total of about 40 mins walking up & down mountains/hills,
25 min eliptical, about 700 crunches, about 500 leg lifts, stretches

i've realized it's the snacking the kills you, really. ie. doing homework at like 11pm and your tummy demands food so you go grab a bag of cookies or something - that's where all the calories come from! i've been going to bed earlier so i have no oppourtunity to snack (lol) and i have healthier snacks if i must like a cup of yogurt, a 100 calorie bag of crackers, an apple, etc.

biked 15 miles, ran 1 mile, did denise austin's strength & stretching bootcamp (30 minutes), and i'm gonna go do some calisthenics and light weight lifting now.
GOODBYE PLATEAU! although, thinking about it, it could be from that time of the month, with water retention and all. o_o i sure hope so. because i really don't see how one day i could be one weight and then magically gain 4 the next morning.. esp. since i eat right and exercise all the time. i REALLY HOPE it's a female thing. lmao.

DAY ??
Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal
Lunch: Rice with minced pork, green beans, fish, and some chicken. Soup.
Snack: Sour candy (wow, my first candy in so long T___T)
Dinner: Chicken congee I think...
Exercise - Walking a lot.
Comments: No motivation in losing weight but I have noticed that I have definitely gone healthier and I do appear skinnier at some part of my body

i've gained a few lbs of lean muscle too. now at 164 lbs @ ~9% body fat.
