breakfast: bowl noodles; breakfast burrito
lunch: bagel dog; a strawberry
dinner: rice with pork and tofu & string beans w/ ranch
liquids: milk, water

exercise:
stretching;
100 situps;
100 crunches;
50 single leg crunches;
20 inner leg lunges;
10 dynamic lunges;
10 squats;
20 wall sits;
one mile run;
20.5 min walk @ 4mph;

i had an interview && gosh i hope it went well hehe <3

DAY 13
[MAY 1/07]
START WEIGHT: 120 LBS
CURRENT WEIGHT: 120 LBS
GOAL: 113-115 LBS

LUNCH: CHICKEN BURGER WITH FRIES
DINNER: 3 SLICES OF PEPPERONI/CHEESE PIZZA
OTHER: COKE (1/2) / WATER (300ML)

EXERCISE:
(100) CRUNCHES
(35) PUSH-UPS
(50 MINUTES) WALK

havent done much excercise at ALL today cause of school T__T

day two week one
brekky - spring rolls [FRIED! aish]
lunch - jst a tub of mango yoghurt + 600ml water to make up for the spring rolls
dinner - small serving of PASTA [big no no, but i had no choice]
excersize - 20 situps this morning.. will do some hula hooping later =P

LAST DAY OF THE DIET!!! Woooo!

DAY 3
breakfast:
black coffee w/ 1 packet of sweet an low
5 ritz crackers
1 oz. of cheddar cheese
1 apple

lunch:
1 toast
1 boiled egg

dinner:
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 melon
2 cookies
1 yogurt

other liquid:
2 bottles of water daily

exercise:
30 mins. of bellydance

comments:
well if this any evidence...i went from a 28 to a 26 3/4 in 2 days! yesterday i was 27 1/3????
yea i care abot losing pant sizes rather than losing weight XP
but yea i feel lighter
(i dont have a scale otherwise i would say something)

B: danon l&f yogurt, healthy choice lasagna
L: half onion, poppy & sesame begal + half plain begal, strawberries
S: quicklys green tea, 5 fat free crackers w/ peach mango salsa
D: a bowl of walnut soup, tofu, fish
E: field trip to marine headlands so did total of about 40 mins walking up & down mountains/hills,
25 min eliptical, about 700 crunches, about 500 leg lifts, stretches

i've lost 5lb within the last 1-2 weeks without any exercise at all!! O_O it's a miracle.

i've realized it's the snacking the kills you, really. ie. doing homework at like 11pm and your tummy demands food so you go grab a bag of cookies or something - that's where all the calories come from! i've been going to bed earlier so i have no oppourtunity to snack (lol) and i have healthier snacks if i must like a cup of yogurt, a 100 calorie bag of crackers, an apple, etc.
smile. you don't know who's day you're making. :)

really stepped it up today.
biked 15 miles, ran 1 mile, did denise austin's strength & stretching bootcamp (30 minutes), and i'm gonna go do some calisthenics and light weight lifting now.
GOODBYE PLATEAU! although, thinking about it, it could be from that time of the month, with water retention and all. o_o i sure hope so. because i really don't see how one day i could be one weight and then magically gain 4 the next morning.. esp. since i eat right and exercise all the time. i REALLY HOPE it's a female thing. lmao.

sooo i've biked 20 miles today (OMG!! WOOO!! RECORD FOR ME!!!!!) and ran 2 miles. i don't think i am going to do calisthenics or light weight lifting today because i don't want to overdo it. anyway, i'm really proud of myself!!

Breakfast: breakfast burrito
Snack: Quaker Granola Bites in Peanut Butter
Lunch: 5 pieces of fried dumpling, no sauce
Snack: Famous Amos Cookies
Another lunch: Chicken Fries Combo w/ Lemonade (BADDDDD! sad.gif )
Dinner: Cup of rice with soup
Other: Water, Gatorade

Exercise: HipHop Abs, Fat Burning Cardio, 30 minutes

I only just remembered that I actually haven't replied in here for days mellow.gif I don't know what day I'm on now, and I can't be bothered checking back sleep.gif LOL

DAY ??

Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal
Lunch: Rice with minced pork, green beans, fish, and some chicken. Soup.
Snack: Sour candy (wow, my first candy in so long T___T)
Dinner: Chicken congee I think...

Exercise - Walking a lot.

Comments: No motivation in losing weight but I have noticed that I have definitely gone healthier and I do appear skinnier at some part of my body smile.gif

Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars?

+1hr of weightlifting at the gym last night <3

i've gained a few lbs of lean muscle too. now at 164 lbs @ ~9% body fat.
