OH BTW I heard it's not good to hula hoop with those weighted hula hoops because it damages your organs. Something lyke that, so it's better to hula hoop with a lightweight hula hoop. ^^;

Congee is like rice gruel. XD; Having braces I can't eat many hard things [and after a wire change too. ARGH], so my mom makes me congee~ And a fudgicle... is like those chocolate ice creams.. on a stick.. o__o;; haha.
... about the hula hoop. omg are you serious? Hahah well today when I went to hula hoop with that thing again it hurt so much I stopped. ^^;; I might stop altogether~
Day 2:
breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: McD's (god I felt so bad when my aunt was treating us all T_T)
Dinner: Not much, maybe some congee as well but McD's kept me full~ @__@;;
Excerise: 50 Crunchies
100 mountain climbers (... I think this is wrong, but I learned this in jr high, I can't quite explain.. XD;;)
20 sit ups
5 push ups (I feel so pathetic XD;)
Weight: 116 (OMG YAY!!!! 8D)
Day 3:
Breakfast: Ceasar salad with some cheese... 2 bowls. ^^
Lunch: ... congee. XD;; and more salad~
snack: 2 waffles with maple syrup
Dinner: congee & some ice cream XDD;;
Excerise: 100 crunchies
100 mountain climbers
1 min wall sit
Some stretches and leg lifts.
Weight: 117.8
... aww~ Well tomorrow at school I'll be more likely to be active. ^^;; Double gym. Argh.
