wow, i woke up this morning and i was 3lbs lighter ph34r.gif it's kind of freaky, because it seems it happened overnight.... but how could it had happen, when i pigged out so much yesterday? altogether,i've lost a total of 6lbs. ^^;

day 46
breakfast: a bowl of exotic fruits, soymilk
snack I: yogurt
snack II: apple
snack III: 10 multigrain rice thins (80 calories)
lunch: whole wheat english muffin, avocado
dinner: brown rice w/ chicken & zucchini, soup
snack IV: starfruit

exercise: 1 hr of walking, skipping

Okay, so I FINALLY cleaned my room today. I know that sounds TOTALLY unrelated but it makes me feel really fresh and clean, hopefully it helps me diet and exercise! Fresh start!

Day 5
Height: 5'10''
Start Weight: 145.5
Current Weight: 145.5
Goal Weight: 132

Breakfast: Lowfat blueberry muffin
Egg whites, tomato, broccoli, and mushroom omelet
Lunch: Some ramen (bad i know, but i didn't eat a lot, i got too full)
Snack: one and a half cookies
Snack: 2 handfuls of almonds and some dark chocolate
Dinner: I didn't really have any, so much snacking!
Snack: I cup of yogurt w/ some granola

Water intake: 1 liter (I'm getting better! Tomorrow's goal is 1.5!)

Exercise:
Jogged 1-2 miles (Only 15 minutes because I was in a rush to get back and watch heroes!)
45 crunches
45 sit ups
60 bicycles
45 squats
45 leg extensions
60 calf raises

I was very bad this week, but I'm back on track now...

Woke up at 11:30am

Breakfast: none
Lunch: Spring rolls, beef slices, ginger ale
Dinner: 3 slices of pizza, chicken wings, diet coke
Snack: none
Other: 250mL water
Exercise: none

Day 8

Height: 5'5
Start Weight: 138
Current Weight: 137

Woke up at 11:40am

Breakfast: none
Lunch: 2 chewy bars (i was on the run!)
Dinner: small bowl of rice with chicken
Snack: bubble tea
Other: 1L water
Exercise: Ran 1.5 miles, 50 squats

Day 9

Height: 5'5
Start Weight: 138
Current Weight: 137

Woke up at 1:15pm (what? I was out late!)

Breakfast: none
Lunch: small bowl of rice with bitter melon
Dinner: small bowl of rice with soy sauce
Snack: half of a fudge cookie, lots of frozen fruit
Other: 500mL water, cheddar rice cake, chewy bar
Exercise: ran .5 miles, 30 minute walk

snack II: whole wheat rice thins (100 calories)
lunch: yogurt, banana, whole wheat crackers (60 calories)
snack III: grapes, soymilk, m&m
dinner: large bowl of brown rice w/ zucchini & mushrooms
snack IV: a few grapes

exercise: 2 hrs of walking

Muhaha! I finally ate healthy today! Muahahaha!

Exercise:
Ran 1.5 miles
Walked : .5 miles
