Gah I dunno whats wrong with my diet these days..its all messed up.
Most of this is already deeply low than 1000 calories.
I exercise like crazy but my diet is so screwed up!
can someone give me an example of a practical meal for a diet?
yeah you eat rice?
what kind of question is that?
anyway....
a fist of rice and a little bit more and just add a fist of vegetable or a fist of protein or mix them up
so that will give you 30% carbs / 30% protein
and you want to minimize the fat like...
15% fat or less
