what kind of question is that?
anyway....
a fist of rice and a little bit more and just add a fist of vegetable or a fist of protein or mix them up


so that will give you 30% carbs / 30% protein
and you want to minimize the fat like...
15% fat or less

how the crap do i get rid of my stupid stomach, its really boring the crap outa me. im so insecure about sitting down and slouching cuz of my stomach pouch......

in the last week i've lost all 4 lbs of the lean muscle weight i've been working weeks for. back down to 161 lbs again. still going for 170 sad.gif

During the day: biscuits, bao zi with hot sauce, frozen grapes, peach
Evening: an orange, flavored water
Exercise: work.. not much

Yikes, haven't posted in awhile! I didn't weigh myself today but I'll record what I ate:

Day 23

Breakfast: Breakfast sandwhich
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Chinese Chicken Salad
Dinner: South Beach Diet pizza
Dessert: Yogurt with granola

Evening: mango smoothie, a big soft cinnamon pretzel

Yes i know what you mean for sure, but I do love food.
I am not literally extremely fat or anything.
But honestly, I eat for example: cheesecake [a really small slice]

As for PIZZA, four slices isn't a lot o_o
I can actually eat a lot of pizza.
I tried eating salads before and it didn't work o-o;
AND I am trying to reduce intake of SODAS, thanks for the opinion Bunnylicious smile.gif

I havent posted in 4-5ish days.
I am going to try to be more considerate of what I am eating >.<
Heres todays INFO.

DAY 35 [MAY 23/07]
START WEIGHT: 120LBS
CURRENT WEIGHT: 120LBS
LUNCH: CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP (120CALORIES)
DINNER: NOODLES / FILET-O-FISH SANDWICH W/ FRIES
OTHER: SPRITE / WATER / 2 APPLES

EXERCISE:
[50] SITUPS
[200] CRUNCHES
[50] PUSHUPS
[50] LEGUPS
[30 MINUTES] WALK

have been on diet since feb.
in the beginning im 52kg, n when i first started the weigh went away lyk crazy..
n den im lyk now.. 48kg.
BUT ITS BEEN THE SAME FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS NOW.
man its p*ssing the hell out of me ><"!!!!!!!
any suggestions LOL?

What exercises have you been doing? I think that doing something different will help.. I was watching a show and it was just talking about reaching a plateau.. do something new ^^

weight: 116-117 in the afternoon, with clothes/shoes
intake: candies, 1/3 banana, 3 strawberries, 2 hardboiled eggs, watermelon, veggies, macaroni in broth, fishball/fishcake, an entire steamed fish, more veggies, a small bowl of rice
exercise: crunch dvd workout, 80-95 min. elliptical, various strength training in the gym, walking

Day 21
Noon: leftover noodles, ritz crackers, half a ham sandwich (little ham and crazy amount of lettuce)
Afternoon: yogurt
Evening: apple
Night: orange juice, baby carrots and lettuce with dressing (very fatty dressing T.T), half a microwaved potato, ritz crackers with cheese, ham, green tea
Bad day :\...
I've only lost 3-4lbs so far.. frustrating -.-

sad.gif bah, i need to join.
i am 5'6/7, 125 lbs. want to lose 10, or just turn my fat into muscle at least cause i feel very flabby and i have this ball of stomach fat thing goin on. i also gained 5 lbs since the beginning of this year.
i'm way too lazy to count calories and figure out how many calories each thing i eat is. but i'm sure i eat fine, i just need to stop eating junk food, drink more water, and change my lunch at school.
i'm also going to cycle indoors as my main calorie-burner. anyone know if it will only work out my legs, or something like that?

I decided to do something about my horrible diet :x
I noticed that I haven't really been eating as healthy as I was o_o
So I will try starting tomorrow, at least when I'm at home.
AND when I'm out I will try to control my eating habits as well >.<

DAY 39 [MAY 27/07]
START WEIGHT: 120LBS
CURRENT WEIGHT: 120LBS
LUNCH: CLAM CHOWDER
DINNER: RICE WITH CURRY + CHICKEN + FISH
OTHER: CHOCOLATE MILK / WATER (500ML) / FUDGCILE

EXERCISE:
[15] SITUPS
[300] CRUNCHES
[50] PUSHUPS
[25] LEGUPS
