and im going to try the "half sit up" thingy! i heard its kinda effective..

I just went cycling today for about 1 and a half hour and rode at the average speed... just wanna know about how much calories I've probably burnt.
And one more question - will I really lose lots of weight fast if I cycle like say ... 2 days a week but for 2 hours each?

Breakfast: Butter and ham toastie, milkshake
Lunch: Half bowl of rice with fish and steamed egg.
Dinner: Small chicken steak
Other liquids: Water, tea.
Snacks: Ice lolly.
Exercise - None so far, it's too hard to fit that in when I'm on a homework crisis. D:

Today sucked..
Brunch: bagels with cream cheese, crackers with cream cheese, sha qi ma, cheese on toast, popsicles
i think it's the pre-period cravings -.-
Evening: apple, popsicle, green tea
Hitting the gym week.. hopefully.

That way if i think about eating fatty foods i could jus go online and talk to my friend (if she/he is on).
Since finals are coming also i have a feeling im gonna
so...if u need a wait loosing buddy no that Im here and currently looking for a friend. <333333

Breakfast - Slept in. No brekkie.
Lunch - Half bowl of rice with lots of fish and cucumber <33 2 pieces of duck.
Snack - Ice Lolly.
Dinner - ?
Exercise - None yet. Aish, still on homework crisis. I'm afraid everything won't be settled until end of this month.

in-between snack: red apple
Lunch: 2 slices of wheat bread with a piece of turkey breast, one piece of chicken, red apple, Fat free yogurt
Dinner: small bowl of white rice, kimchi, fried spam-like meat.
Was my meal ok? Like im really active but my diet was like weird.
Its kind of like distorted cuz i really dunno what to eat >.<
eek what shld I do?!

she also told me that back in august, i weighed [CENSORED] pounds. after weighing myself today, i've lost 39.5 pounds since august. O_____O she says she thinks the reason i lost about 13 pounds without even trying was because of the new antidepressant i was put on, which can cause some weight loss. the rest of the weight i've lost is strictly from exercising & eating healthy, which i've done since february!! YAY!!

I have been sick with the flu this past week so I didn't keep tabs on what I've been eating daily or my exercise intake. I definitely haven't done the 1hr a day I wanted to. Man, exercising on that stationary bike is a lot harder than I imagined.

Anyway here's my INFO:
DAY 46 [JUNE 3RD. 2007]
START WEIGHT: 120LBS
CURRENT WEIGHT: 119LBS
GOAL: 110-113LBS
Personal thoughts:
I felt like today I wasn't really inspired to eat healthy.
Maybe because the weather was gloomy or something, I'm not sure.
Anyways, I feel so bad about eating ice cream; each sandwich contained 90 calories :x
But than again, we all have our days when we kind of give in to small temptations.
I'll try harder I promise myself; I MUST lose weight and get toned >.<

so im gonna start a workout plan like the rest of you guys
Goal- 145-150 lbs with more muscle and less fat
Start weight- 140
Day 1 !!!
Breakfast- donuts(bad...)
Lunch- sushi
Dinner- Boost drink
Exercise
- biking for 15 min(out of cardio shape right now so im gonna try to step it up later)
- sets of side,front, and reverse crunches
