ok, i've cut down my daily calorie intake to approx. 1000 calories.

and i do 40min on the treadmill.

and i don't eat after 5pm.

i better get past my damn plateau without starving myself.

i want to see 40kg on the scale.

i want to see 40kg on the scale as well, but i don't starve myself that's too much of a torture. i run for 30mins a day and bike for about 20mins when i remember. i do 50 situps and crunches. i hope this works out started for about 2 days. but i have no motivation which i always end up giving up. losing weight and keeping it off is such a hard thing

start weight: 130
current weight: 130
Goal: 115-120


Day 3 (yesterday)
Breakfast: A very small sandwich, consisted of ham and pepper jack cheese two cups of water before and after meal
Lunch: Quizno sandwich. Water.
Dinner: More water and curry. and then more water. XD

Exercise: Nothing XDD. I went for a driving lesson came home at 9 and then spent the rest of the afternoon talking to a friend. XD

DAY SEVEN

Breakfast: Chicken Mayo Salad sandwich
Lunch: Half bowl of rice with spare rib and fish, some peas. Soup.
Dinner: Noodles

Liquids: Water, tea, ribena

Exercise - Played baseball but doubt i burnt much calories since it was mostly fielding. Walking.

Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars?
I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now...

anywaysss.. my exercising for today:
- 5 min warmup
- 10 min stretching
- 15 min sculpting
- 10 min women's sculpting
- 15 min low intensity cardio
- 10 min women's high intensity cardio
- 5 min cool down
(^ all of that on the biggest loser 2 dvd)
- ran 2 miles
- 15 minutes on elliptical
- 30 minutes of lifting weights

dannnnng i am going to be sore tomorrow x_____x but i LOVE ITT

my usual plan-dont eat anything after 6.

Current Weight: 228lbs
Age: 18
Height: 5'8
Ethnicity: Caucasian

Day 1
Morning: Bowl of Cereal, Ginger Snap cookies
Lunch: Ramen bowl
Dinner: Chinese food (Sesame Chicken, Egg Drop Soup, Egg Roll, 3 Yakiman Doo)
Evening Snack: Rice Crispy treat and a pear

uh ok so i've been watching my intake and exercising for a few days now.
THIS WILL BE MY FIRST TIME RECORDING

current weight: 125
goal: 115

day.. 3?
breakfast: butter croissant, coffee
lunch: butter croissant, water
afternoon: a serving of honeydew, water
dinner: half a bowl of rice, kimchi soup, a small portion of fish, vegetables, some pumpkin, a piece of chocolate

this is how i usually kind of eat, though. trying to cut on the snacking, ice cream, etc.
i need to make myself sandwiches or salads or something for lunch. bah.
i also realized that i might already have a weight loss plateau, sigh

exercise: 1.5 miles jogging, 1 mile walking, 20 mins pilates, some wall pushups and crunches

i'm 5'0, so my BMI at 40kg would be 17.2 .. which is ok.

my BMI used to be 14.1

anywaysss.

5kg to go.

today i did 1 hour on the treadmill.
plus 50 push-ups
plus 50 sit-ups

i don't think the push-ups + sit-ups did anything. but i can't do anymore or else i'd collape. seriously. lol.

whoa 40kg?!? are you insane O_O any BMI less than 18.5 is considered underweight...

update again --
height: 5'5~5'6
current: 125-128lb (it fluctuates constantly sleep.gif)
goal: 115lb
goal date: by july 16th-ish (day i'm going to china yeayuh!)

breakfast: small sweet bun, yogurt
lunch: lean cuisine, water
dinner: some rice, veggies, bit of meat?

30 mins cardio
45 mins treadmill
smile. you don't know who's day you're making. :)

17.2 is most definitely not okay, no matter what your BMI used to be. o_O according to the BMI, the lowest your weight should ever be is 94.5 lbs.

6/07/07

Breakfast - Chorizo
Snack - Carrots + ranch dressing
Lunch - Chicken and veggies
Dinner Spagetti

today: 06/08/07

Breakfast - Yogurt
Snack - string cheese
Lunch - Potato soup
Snack: string cheese
DInner ( haven't gotten there yet. but I am going to the fair tonight.... so expect it to be all bad food ie: funnel cake, smoked corn... BBQ foods ><!!! it only comes once a year so I have to indulge!!!)


[Exercise]

06/07/07 - Kick boxing for 60 minutes, then I went to the club from 10 - 2am -0-... I'm so sore today!


06/08/07 Normal routine... maybe kick up a notch depends how sore I am when I get there...

30 min - Treadmill
20 min - Bike
70 @20lbs - Ab Machine
160 situps
70 @ 15lbs Arm Machine
15 minute cool down.

I can't promise I will post on the weekends... but I have kickboxing at 8:30 am tomorrow woot!!!~

heh this is a good way to control yourself. I've been trying to lose some weight for a while but I just cut down on food before. But I only lost 1kg sweatingbullets.gif. A couple of days ago I started jogging in the morning, too wacko.gif I really want to turn it into a habit so hopefully this will help me ^^.

Current weight: 141 lbs (64 kg)
Goal weight: 124 lbs (56kg) - well, I'll be ok with 1-2 more as long as I'm toned... hopefully the jogging will help ph34r.gif
Height: 5'7 (174cm)

haha I had to convert all this since no one here is using the metric system ph34r.gif.

I'm not really on a day plan I'll just list what I ate and my exercise.

Breakfast: 2 toasts - 1 with cheese and 1 with chocolate... Chocolate is not smth I can give up on tears.gif
Lunch: none - didn't have time
Dinner: 0.5kg grapes and 1 toast with cheese

Lots of water ~ I finally learned to drink a lot of water and it feels great ^^

Exercise: 30 min jogging... but I was taking breaks mellow.gif. Hopefully in a couple of weeks, I'll be fit enough to run long distances without a break ^^;. But it's still smth xP. I only have to keep it up! ~
Oh, and lots of walking though I'm not sure if it makes a difference x).

todayy.. (or well yesterday o_o since it's past midnight) i did SOOO GOOD!

exerciseeee:
- 40 min cardio
- 25 min stretching
(^ denise austin boot camp DVD)
- 15 min elliptical
- 15 min stationary cycling
- 30 min weight lifting
- 2 mile run

i'm really starting to enjoy exercise. going to the Y everyday with my friend has really helped a lot i think. my weight has started to drop like it was before. i think working out in the morning, right after i've gotten up has helped a lot too. smile.gif not to mention drinking a gallon of water everyday. i'm proud of myself.

Dinner: Burger -___-

Exercise: 20 dead arm lifts on each arm, stretches & warm up for about 5-10 mins then dancing for about 20 minutes. biggrin.gif
