and i do 40min on the treadmill.
and i don't eat after 5pm.
i better get past my damn plateau without starving myself.
i want to see 40kg on the scale.

Goal: 115-120
Day 3 (yesterday)
Breakfast: A very small sandwich, consisted of ham and pepper jack cheese two cups of water before and after meal
Lunch: Quizno sandwich. Water.
Dinner: More water and curry. and then more water. XD
Exercise: Nothing XDD. I went for a driving lesson came home at 9 and then spent the rest of the afternoon talking to a friend. XD

Breakfast: Chicken Mayo Salad sandwich
Lunch: Half bowl of rice with spare rib and fish, some peas. Soup.
Dinner: Noodles
Liquids: Water, tea, ribena
Exercise - Played baseball but doubt i burnt much calories since it was mostly fielding. Walking.

anywaysss.. my exercising for today:
- 5 min warmup
- 10 min stretching
- 15 min sculpting
- 10 min women's sculpting
- 15 min low intensity cardio
- 10 min women's high intensity cardio
- 5 min cool down
(^ all of that on the biggest loser 2 dvd)
- ran 2 miles
- 15 minutes on elliptical
- 30 minutes of lifting weights
dannnnng i am going to be sore tomorrow x_____x but i LOVE ITT

my usual plan-dont eat anything after 6.
i know it'll work...but i love food too much! lol

goal: 115
day.. 3?
breakfast: butter croissant, coffee
lunch: butter croissant, water
afternoon: a serving of honeydew, water
dinner: half a bowl of rice, kimchi soup, a small portion of fish, vegetables, some pumpkin, a piece of chocolate
this is how i usually kind of eat, though. trying to cut on the snacking, ice cream, etc.
i need to make myself sandwiches or salads or something for lunch. bah.
i also realized that i might already have a weight loss plateau, sigh
exercise: 1.5 miles jogging, 1 mile walking, 20 mins pilates, some wall pushups and crunches

i'm 5'0, so my BMI at 40kg would be 17.2 .. which is ok.
my BMI used to be 14.1
anywaysss.
5kg to go.
today i did 1 hour on the treadmill.
plus 50 push-ups
plus 50 sit-ups
i don't think the push-ups + sit-ups did anything. but i can't do anymore or else i'd collape. seriously. lol.

17.2 is most definitely not okay, no matter what your BMI used to be. o_O according to the BMI, the lowest your weight should ever be is 94.5 lbs.

DInner ( haven't gotten there yet. but I am going to the fair tonight.... so expect it to be all bad food ie: funnel cake, smoked corn... BBQ foods ><!!! it only comes once a year so I have to indulge!!!)

06/07/07 - Kick boxing for 60 minutes, then I went to the club from 10 - 2am -0-... I'm so sore today!
06/08/07 Normal routine... maybe kick up a notch depends how sore I am when I get there...
30 min - Treadmill
20 min - Bike
70 @20lbs - Ab Machine
160 situps
70 @ 15lbs Arm Machine
15 minute cool down.
I can't promise I will post on the weekends... but I have kickboxing at 8:30 am tomorrow woot!!!~

Goal weight: 124 lbs (56kg) - well, I'll be ok with 1-2 more as long as I'm toned... hopefully the jogging will help
Height: 5'7 (174cm)
haha I had to convert all this since no one here is using the metric system
I'm not really on a day plan I'll just list what I ate and my exercise.
Breakfast: 2 toasts - 1 with cheese and 1 with chocolate... Chocolate is not smth I can give up on
Lunch: none - didn't have time
Dinner: 0.5kg grapes and 1 toast with cheese
Lots of water ~ I finally learned to drink a lot of water and it feels great ^^
Exercise: 30 min jogging... but I was taking breaks
Oh, and lots of walking though I'm not sure if it makes a difference x).

i'm really starting to enjoy exercise. going to the Y everyday with my friend has really helped a lot i think. my weight has started to drop like it was before. i think working out in the morning, right after i've gotten up has helped a lot too.

Dinner: A bit of pasta.
Exercise: Walking, stretching.
DAY NINE (today)
Breakfast: Egg and ham sandwich, tea
Lunch: Half bowl of rice with I-can't-remember-what
Dinner: Burger -___-
Exercise: 20 dead arm lifts on each arm, stretches & warm up for about 5-10 mins then dancing for about 20 minutes.
