As for the not having taken a day off to rest in 2.5 weeks, I'd recommend (at the very least) one day for rest and relaxation. There's such a thing as overtraining and it can actually be counter-productive to your goals. Also, by allowing your body to rest a bit, it'll allow you to push harder the next time you exercise. Just a little friendly tip.
