i decided to actually put into work instead of just sitting there wantin to be skinny =p
I lost 7lbs, i'm sooo happy haha!
took me a month and 17 days, maybe its not much but i'm doing it the healthy way
i'v been
- eating less in all 3 meals
- all the snacks i eat from now on are fruits
- drinking juice instead of soda since i hate water lol
- hip hop dance class everyday.... an hr half each day
- 50 sit ups at night
- allow myself to eat fast food once a week


i noticed sit ups really helps to tone ur stomach. when i jump i actually see the line now

Current Weight - 108lbs.

Goal : 100lbs

going to take swim lessons next month

ahhh schools over. i seriously have to start working out now. it's been so long since i've been in here. so i'm starting again. eek! have to kick some major fat! haha.

No more school for me, now I have time to workout again. biggrin.gif

I haven't ran in forever, so I just started a few days ago, I've been running every mourning.
At first my legs were extremely sore the first couple days, I can tell that my body isn't used to it like before. I started off with running two miles, and kept it up with today. My legs aren't as sore anymore, which I'm glad.
I don't know if I'm over working myself, because I do other workouts around night time as well.. and I switch up with yoga.


Ah, I'm hoping to lose a few inches! biggrin.gif

so i'd been pretty good til yesterday. yesterday i ended up going out with my friends and i had ... chicken burger + fries + wedges for dinner + brownie w/ ice cream for dessert.

but i'm still going on with my whole healthy plan. i haven't put on any weight from last night ... lol.

except i've put an end to counting calories. it was becoming obsessive, and i never stick to 1000 calories per day (ie. one day i have 1000, the next day i have 750 because i'm not hungry, the next day i have 1200, etc etc). so screw it.

i'll just keep eating healthy meals + healthy snacks + exercise.

Lunch: taro boba and salad
Dinner: five alive, sticky rice with chicken&potato&mushroom, fried noodles, FOUR oatmeal muffins... AHH DAMN IT MOM T_T

Day Seven:

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Ham sandwich, cucumber
Dinner: bit of chicken, cucumber

Snacks: few dry crackers

Drinks: water, coffee, Diet Coke

Exercise: lots of walking (yeah, today was lazy day).

My mum is trying to avoid eating anything bad in front of me (like cake or sweets), so its nice for her support. She does laugh at me though, when I see a bad food I want and make a D: face

I dont actually want bad food that much, though. Its what helped me to start dieting, Im sick of bad stuff.

Eat breakfast! It's not healthy not to!

And instead of eating less or something, try eating low glycemic food. (i.e. Greener bananas, yam, etc.) Here's a link to a list to find out which ones are the best. =) http://www.nutricoach.net/low_gi_foods.html

All you people out there, DON'T COUNT CALORIES! You could overdo it and hurt yourself. Eat when you're hungry, but stop when ou are /satisfied/, not /bloated/. And excercise, if you can. =D YMCA, maybe. Those exercise machines are so cool! Fascinatingly osessive. It's so fun fun working out on a fancy machine. O_O -sparkleeyes- Shiney....with cool buttons. But a scenic walk is always nice. =)

Now I feel lazy sitting at home the whole time. I think Ill go on a bike ride or something. xP

I admit I have been slacking off entirely.
I haven't recorded what I've eaten in the past days and I know it hasn't been the most healthy.
Also I have not been exercising at all unless you count standing and moving around @ work vicx.gif

And I admit I have been getting fat, my mom probably because I eat out too much.
I have to agree with her sadly haha, so time to cut down on it >.<

Haven't been in here for a while...but I'll do my AVERAGE diet of the 3 days I've been away.

DAY FIFTEEN, SIXTEEN, SEVENTEEN COMBINED

Breakfast - Sandwiches [Either Chicken or Tuna]
Lunch - Half bowl of rice with fish, veggies and some meat, Soup.
Dinner - Either noodles/pasta > Small bowl

Exercise - Went walking for 2 hours on the weekend...I also did Baseball the other day


DAY EIGHTEEN (today)

Breakfast - Chicken Mayo sandwich
Lunch - Half bowl of rice with fish, tofu and veggies. Soup.
Dinner - ?

Exercise - None yet, except for some walking.

Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars?
I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now...

omgomg. so today i went to the mall and decided to go into hollister.. i'm embarrassed to say that i've never been able to wear their jeans being a bigger size most of my life sleep.gif but today i went in and... I GOT 2 NEW PAIRS OF PANTS THAT FIT LIKE GLOVES. a cute pair of khakis for work, and some jeans, because i've always wanted hollister jeans. biggrin.gif also got some cute shirts for work from target.. i'm proud to say i didn't get any XLs. normally XLs were all i could wear, and they would still fit snug. now depending on what style of shirt, i wear a M or L. O.O!! i tried on one of my old XL shirts the other day because all of my other clothes were dirty (lmao) and it was soooo loose o_O it used to be one of my tighter shirts.

went to the gym today with my friend as usual. also got 2 new workout dvds in the mail, jari love's get ripped 1000, kickboxing for dummies. WOO.

RECENT POUND LOSSAGE:
3 lbs. blink.gif
TOTAL POUND LOSSAGE (since feb): 33 lbs.
OVERALL POUND LOSSAGE: 46 lbs.

yesterday i pigged out too. lol. biscuits, lollies, ice cream, etc etc. i ate so freaking much that by 3.30pm i couldn't eat anymore and wasn't hungry (hence didn't eat anything) til the next morning.

i weighed myself and i still haven't put back any of the weight i lost on.

it's 4.05pm now and i've been eating healthily ... no desire to eat junk food.

but agfawefyewagf i'm still 99lbs. it's going to take me another forever to lose 1kg.
