Thats unhealthy. Like others have said, if you continue to eat like that for a while, you will lose the weight but once you go back to eating normally its all going to come back ohmy.gif

prechuz_azn: Thank you for the advice. XDD I don't like bread so I decided to crush some cereal into my yogurt and eat an egg. I just got braces and I can't chew hard cereal. XD.

start weight: 130
current weight: 130
Goal weight: 110-120

Day 2- (yesterday)
Breakfast: two glasses of water right after I woke up. Then a little while later more water. LoL. I drink alot of water. Yogurt with little bits of cereal crushed into it, two glasses of skim milk, and then an egg fried with Pam. Then an orange.
Snack-A glass of skim milk. ( I really don't like milk but skim milk isn't as bad tasting as the regular kind)
Lunch-2/4 cup of rice fried with Pam and an egg in it. Then a yummy baked salmon fillet.
Dinner: Two really small burgers with mustard no ketchup. They were really small XD. Two cups of 2% milk.I was at a friends house and all they had was juice or soda or milk. So I picked the milk.

Exercise: I did the hula hoop thingy for 30 minutes almost 2 hours before lunch and then I went to the mall and walked and shopped for 3 hours. XDD Ha ha.

sigh.. so over .. 3 years.. i gained... 25 pounds.. sleep.gif that's bad huh? my friends can still fit into thier 7th grade pants..and yeah.. that's my dream..

yesterday i ate..

1 apple - 47
1 corndog - 368 ish?(< hotdog)
2 cups of sprite-_- - 134
a small bite of a burger ?
1/2 of one dumpling (i like taking random bites of things ^^) ?
and 1 peach - 57

total 620? ish..

excersize - scootered..3 blocks in the hot hot weather....

is that bad? its a lot less...

i've been gaining alot of weight recently.. T.T.. i need to start running again.

tips-if your gonna do a diet with a little eating.. wait like a YEAR before you decide.. actually.. you should never go back to normall.. cause you're gonna gain it all back! i've been there.............i know...

Breakfast: 1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios with 1 cup 1% milk, small piece of raisin bread
Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat bead with 1 tsp of peanut butter and raspberry jam, 1 raw peach, 1 chunk of raisin bread
Snack: 3 Ritz crackers, 8 Wheat thins, 3 small slices of mango, and 1 small chunk of Durian pastry thing
Dinner: white rice (size of fist), green leafy vegetables, piece of raisin bread, 1 chocolate chip cookie (sweets once in a while isn't bad right?), 1 cup of 1% milk


THE WORKOUT: 12 reps per set (3) [all done with 5-lb dumbbells]
-Shoulder press
-Bicep Curl
-Dumbbell flys on ball
-Lunges
-Shoulder Raises
-Tricep Kickbacks
-Single Arm Rows
-Front Dumbbell Raises

30 min. of fitness magazine Abs workouts---> x
Sleeker Thighs in 3 moves

1H DDR (standard/heavy mode)

day three
breakfast: yogurt with cereal, glass of milk
lunch: some spaghetti, vegetables, pasta salad
snack: granola bar
dinner: salad
EXCERCISE; swim practice: 1 and 1/2 hour. ran four laps, did 200 crunches, jumpingjacks

day four
breakfast: more yogurt with cereal, another glass of milk
lunch: salad, i made it myself biggrin.gif had a bunch of vegetables and some ham in it
snack: glass of milk
dinner: soon to come. lol
excercise: about to go to swim practice today.

ahhh tomrrows my birthday. i'll try not to splurge =)

so basically i just dont eat after 7. some days when i get home from swim practice kinda late i dont eat after 7:30
i feel so light when i go to sleep :]] wooottt!

Treadmill - ran 1 mile, walked 2.5 miles
Bicycle - 1 hour.. i guess? can't remember
Elliptical - 45 minutes

My face turned freakishly pink.. guess that's what happens when you laze off for 5 months -.-

Lunch: half a plain viet sub, non toasted bread, with only chicken and slices of carrots
Snack: natural valley granola bar
Dinner: an orange (wasnt hungry)

Exercise:
ran 1 mile
speed walked 2 miles
walked 2 miles
30 minutes of grocery shopping
run up and down stairs - 5 minutes
5 minutes of stretching

once again, any tips to help sore legs?

I mean you only have this ONE time in the year to actually splurge and have a good reason to ^^*

xsilentangel - I'm no specialist or a trainer but I think if your leg is sore than you need to rest it off. Soreness is your body's
way of saying, "I'm really tired; please give me time to recover." Soreness is common actually for me, I always got them after running in a track
meet because I went ALL OUT on the track when I ran the 1600m race. After track meets, we always have a break day to recover so don't worry
just rest it off. Focus on another part of your body...arms, shoulder, butt...yeah ;-) Hope you feel better.

i'm feeling really out of it today sleep.gif i couldn't bring myself to run anymore.. it's just one of those days i guess

RECENT POUND LOSSAGE: 1/2 lb.
TOTAL POUND LOSSAGE (since feb): 39 1/2 lbs.
OVERALL POUND LOSSAGE: 52 1/2 lbs.

hey, i'm officially no longer considered overweight. smile.gif my bmi is 24.9!

im currently working at a fastfood place so i eat..and when i get home its too late and im too tired to excercise..=/
any suggestions?

ahh i really want to do this, but it's so hard to get myself started with exercising! i stopped eating past 6:30 so that's a start, hopefully :]

^ on the treadmill if you run 4 mph for 15 min you burn about 160 calories, which is also one mile. so then probably around 4 miles?

Everyone who is in this, ADD OIL! Not literally but it's a chinese way of saying FIGHTING!I've been looking on this thread alot but never posted... so it's my first time posting here ^^I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT TOO! But only so i'll look healthy, right now, i've probably got 2 inches of excess fat surrounding my whole body.And just want to question... about hula hooping...Theres them springy ones that are quite heavy... are they better than normal round ones and the ones that has curves on the inside of the hoop that massages your body?I know the springy one you can do stretching aswell which is pretty good =)My target weight loss is to probably lose... 20-30 pounds! I am pretty much in the same situation as you x_xI work for family business ya know... typical takeaway and i work weekends, and when theres nothing to do i have my NDS to take me away from boredom, but when that bores me and theres hot chips out the fryer.... i just cant help but to take one... and then a dozen more x_x then i feel guilty afterwards.... eeeks....i just say eat healthy, though i know nothing of dieting. There was one time when i ate whatever i wanted during morning and afternoon and after 4 i couldnt be assed to eat anymore, during that time i did lose weight, but because i started eating a stupid times and ate more, i gained it back x_x and i think ive put porbably double the weight i lost. crap really

i was about to rest then i did this thing my friend told me to do.. you know the lying down with your legs up thing.. i thought it wouldnt work but it helped me legs. only the ankles are kinda sore now

DAY 4

it's early but i know my whole eating plan.

Breakfast: 1 cup of Cheerios with 1/4 a cup of skim milk (tastes like water lol), 1/2 cup of reduced fat nesquik
Lunch: 2 slices of 100% light whole wheat bread with 2 tsps of reduced fat chunky peanut butter, 9 reduced fat cheez its, 1/2 a nature balley crunchy granola bar (wow this meal hits the spot [=)
Dinner: an orange or banana, other half of granola bar

Exercise: ran 1 mile, walked 1 mile, 5 minutes of stretching, 2 minutes of jumproping, ran up and down stairs 5 times each, 200 jumping jacks, more random stuff lol
later going out to see fireworks!!

Total Pounds Lost: 2.5 (i was sick the previous week, guess i lost some then)

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY EVERYONE!

I have that same question about hula hooping too! I have a 3-pounder one I think that I've started to use for a couple days now, hula hooping for about 40 minutes straight a day. Is that too much and will it help me in any way?
