the book i'm reading has a lot of good tips and stuff, just started reading today. if you guys want, i can post some good tips i read about everyday :]
a lot of you guys are working on loosing weight but the book is telling me to work on the size of your waist instead. so i'm going to go with that when i post stuff.

immediately after, have a small snack that's rich in carbs to replenish your muscle-glycogen levels. about an hour or so later, have a meal with lean proteins as well as complex carbs.

I went back on my diet today and didn't go out for food or eat any junk but still I have to exercise again, trying to get up early to jog because it's too hot to do it later in the day.

Breakfast - Rice noodles with veggies and a sausage with egg.
Liquids - 2 cups of water, 1 cup of ribena
Snack - An apple
Lunch - Some rice, lots of cauliflower. Little bit of fish, soup.
Liquid - Salty herb drink
Dinner - Quiche, but I couldn't finish it
Omg, I feel so sick at the moment, I might just have a fever anytime soon T____T
Exercise canceled for today. Aish.

Breakfast: 1 cup of cheerios with 1/4 a cup of skim milk and a banana
Snack: a couple all natural tortilla chips, some reduced fat cheez its
Lunch: 2 slices of 100% light whole wheat bread with 2 tsp of reduced fat crunchy peanut butter, more tortilla chips >_>.. cheez its and cheerios with no milk, small mix of each
Dinner: dont know yet.. some boiled eggs?
gosh im so hungry today .. getting hungrier by the day aish.. (stupid period)
Exercise: ran for 10 minutes, walked for 30 minutes, 5 minutes of jumproping, will do more later

Meal 2: 1 durian cake thing, 1 whole mango,
Lunch: 2 slice of 100% whole wheat bread with 1 tsp of Smucker's Raspberry Jam and Richfood Creamy Peanut Butter, small bowl of lettuce & tomato salad with Light Italian Dressing
Meal 4/Post-workout: 6 Triscuit crackers spread lightly with peanut butter (to replenish muscle-glucose level ^^), 5 whole wheat crackers
Dinner: small bowl of rice, green leaf vegetable, beef
THE WORKOUT: Yoga Booty Ballet DVD, 1H DDR, 30 min walk to Target XD

anyways, I have been "dieting" for the past 2 weeks but my uncle's family came last week so that kinda messed things up. I lost 8lbs the first week..but I've gained back 3
my regimen:
smaller portions
eating more fruit
run 1 mile in the morning
run 3 miles in the afternoon/evening
minor pilates/yoga, squats, weight training (arms)
WATERWATERWATER
but uh..I think my excessive exercising is kinda backfiring on me..so I only run once a day now.

Brunch (pretty much lunch..lol):
-small portion of chinese veggie+fungus+tofu mix
-4 small pieces of lean bbq pork
-small portion of rice
-half cup of skim milk
-little bit of watermelon?? dun remember if i had some or not
Snack before workout?
peanutty grainy w/seeds gronala bar
Snack after workout?
Trailmix bar
Dinner
Chinese veggie+fungus+tofu mix with rice+small pieces of squash
...i got hungry after workout after dinner so i had another trail mix bar...lol omg did i too much today??
exercise:
Ran 1.6 miles on treadmill non stop (25 min)
pedalled 7 miles on exercise bike (30-35 min?)
did about 35 pushups..some random sit ups and crunches in between
after dinner played DDR for about an hour
..i'm really sore today..i dunno if i can run X___X

Day 5
Breakfast: Missugaloo(sp?)
lunch:Bimbimbop
Dinner: Some more bbq stuff, but healthy because my mom made it all lean and stuff.
exercise:hula hoop for 30 minutes and did some other exercises
Day 6
Breakfast: A hardies bacon and egg biscuit thing
lunch: A little less than half of a chipotle burrito.
Dinner: Yukejang ( Sp??) I ate alot T___T two glass of milk
exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill, and some other exercises.
I need to start eat less, I'm eating too much so I've decided to cut what I eat in half. And eating slower.
Day 7 (today)
Breakfast: Misuugaloo (sp?)
Snack: Some yogurt
lunch: Yukejang (sp??) Ate exactly half of what I eat for a meal. I wasn't sure fi I was hungry or full.
snack: A banana
DInner:kong guksu (sp?)
Exercise: Nothing I decided to rest today....lol..

anyways i'm gonna run a little outside when i get up. i like running outside in the morning, with the sunrise and everything. <333
and then i will be gone for 2 weeks at an art college portfolio prep thing in detroit.

Exercise - None yet, but will do soon.
I got up real early today, sleeping too much just got me feeling like a half dead person T___T I'm a lot better today from sickness, should be the last day of it. I vomited this morning, possibly due to not eating enough than I should. Hopefully I can do something about that today
I'm going to wake up early tomorrow to go out running. <33

Breakfast: small bowl of rice, "Happy Family" chinese take out ^^* (shrimp, mushrooms, broccoli, snow peas, beef, pork), small bowl of hot and sour soup,
chinese fried chips that go with the soup.
Lunch: Saladworks chicken ceasar wrap (shared half with my sis XD), Kettle Potato Chips, some gummy bears,
Snack: 4 whole wheat crackers
Dinner/ POOL PARTY: 3 barbecued chicken wings, 1 barbecued corn, couple of slices of watermelon and cantaloupe.
Since today is my rest day I think I'm going to do some light resistance/strength training because I haven't been doing a whole
lot of that lately =(.
I know it's my rest day but I will also be going swimming at a friend's house later haha
What else is there to do when it's 92 degrees outside in the afternoon XD
Notice how my portions get smaller and smaller throughout the day
THE WORKOUT: Swimming, 1H of ReALLY fast walking...seriously O_O
Sis and I were THAT bored so we decided to walk say 4 miles?
and while we were walking we had contests to see who reach the end of each block fastest.
It was fun but people kept on staring at us >.<

DAY 8
Breakfast: a cup of cheerios with 1/2 a cup of skim milk, a banana
Lunch: a bowl of macaroni with diced spam (didnt eat much spam)
Dinner: orange, banana
Exercise: tennis for 30 minutes tonight, 30 minute cardio workout with 5 lb dumbbells, 5 minutes of jumproping
well yesterday i was sooo hungry and now i feel not hungry at all.. and i feel so tired
