Whoa. o___o; I was wondering how tall you are? Because you're already light at 90lbs; I don't think there's any need for you to lose weight at all. (:

THE WORKOUT:
1H Ock Joo Hyun Diet & Yoga at Fiji video, 1H Jo Hye Ryun Taebo, 45 minutes walking to and from Target
Phew feels so good to work up a sweat >.<
Today I woke up around 6:40 a.m. and strangely
I didn't feel like walking that 1H 30 minutes routine because
it was so cloudy outside XD.
It didn't seem all that enjoyable if it's gloomy and cloudy
But who knows, maybe later it'll be better and I'll take another brisk walk.
Man, I like walking ^^

at least she knows what many don't know and that is you can't spot reduce.
Anyway, if you want to lose quicker than you should aim to do some form of strength training with light weights.
That way you will increase metabolism. The more muscle you have- I think the more your body will burn calories
[without you doing anything at all] therefore making your dietting quest a lot easier.
Because it's one thing to be all svelte whilst not having ANY muscle and just relying on body fat and
it's another to have low body fat and high range of muscle to develop a healthy athletic look.

I think that your body fat figure is normal.
High would be like in the 30%
You could check online for a healthy body
fat value. They should have a body fat
calculating thing online for free.

~xStarryx~ - Yeah! See, I knew you could do it and hehe I notice you got DDR like me.
It's so fun isn't it? Tell me what level your on ;-) and if you progress btw I never heard of "Dancing Stage"
is that a new game? What kind of songs you got? >.< Sry for the questions, I'm just really curious cuz I am
obsessed with DDR XD.
Rainie_Days - OMGoodness you ate at mid-afternoon on Mon. T_T that kills.
Where in the world did you get the energy to go to function O_O. BTw, I noticed you've been here for quite
some time. Have you progressed?
ah yee - Since we are girls (god, I hope you're a girl, if not sorry >.<) anyway girls should normally be a little over 20% of body fat.
But your actually lower than 20% which is okay. The 16 percent range in my opinion is actually REALLY good, you must be rather thin with
lean muscle ^^.
