No cookies or icescream, or anything fattening.
Probably because I didn't leave my house once today, so I had no cravings to eat out.
I had some rice with furikake seasoning and a quail egg for dinner.
It was so good, and satisfying, and didn't make me feel bloated.

Yes, very small dinner, but i'm trying to eat small dinners from now on. <3
Yummy. ^ ^
I'm going to go do some jump roping in a minute.

120 lbs.
My arms are HUGE.
I want to lose a couple pounds within 3 weeks.
But I can't seem to find the time outside of school&work to go run for a while.
The motivation is there on some days.
But other days it's not.
I went to the gym for a while, but it didn't work for me.
Let's just say I'm an emotional eater.
With friends who eat a lot but are skinny o.0.
SOME ONE PLEASE HELP.
<3
'Cause you know I change myself to impress whoever happens to be next to me But I'm sick of trying so hard.

Which shouldn't be much, but at weight it makes a difference.
So im going to record my weight loss by the weight I am at the end of the day.
I was 97 lbs. And I am 4' 11 3/4"
My goal isn't to lose weight, but to get toned and fit for the summer.
I aiming for a Britney before K-fed, body.
hehe.
Week 0 - 97
Week 1 - 94.2
Week 2 - 93.8
The Diet
Ive been working out moderately for the past couple of months with no result.
I decided to change my diet and see what happens.
I haven't changed much except drinking a lot more water,
And not eating pass 6-7 pm.
So my diet is pretty healthy. Except for Monday and Wednesday.
I have class from 4:30 - 6:50.
Because I don't have time to eat dinner, I usually eat a big lunch.
And have cereal and lots of water for dinner.
The Fitness
I don't have much time to workout during the weekdays.
So I end up working out for 45 mins about 2-3 days a week.
It just consists of a lot of different crunches focused on the abs.
I usually follow the fitness plan from Seventeen and Cosmogirl.
I also run in place while watching TV.
And I watch about 0-2 hours a day.

I've kept the weight off for about 5 years now. You need to incorporate excerise into your daily schedule. That's the only way I get it done. That way, if I don't go to the gym, it's as if I missed a day of school, or a day at work... Plus Moderation is key. You can pretty much eat whatever. There is no such thing as atkins or south beach diet with me. I can't restrict myself. I'd rather eat less and REALLY enjoy it.
Here's some motivation:

Before

After
The after pic is a few years old. Not much different with the exception of a more toned midsection and a bit more muscular arms and shoulders.

I know it's tough you gals. Stay strong! If I can do it you can too! I've lost a total of 60lbs. Took me 1.5 years.

I didn't really count calories fallen*angel.* I would've gone insane if I did. haha. But usually it came out to some where between 900-1000 calories a day. Basically 1 or 2 non-fat yogurt, banana, bowl of oatmeal, half a turkey and wheat sandwich, plate of salad and tofu, and an apple. That was pretty much my menu when I was hardcore. It terms of the lengh of my workout, I usually did cardio for about 45-60 minutes and 20 minutes of strength training. I also took a light aerobic class once a week as a requirement from school. Now, I take two cardio classes 45 min each and one 45 minute strength training class. If I'm feeling good, I'll run another 2 or 3 miles after that.
Yes, for me, my face tells all. I kind of have a bigger head than my body. haha. I absolutely hate it. Because sometimes I look a lot heavier than I really am. I seldom wish I were like those girls who have those small heads and faces. But then again, most of them have a harder time shaping their body. so I don't know...
Dancing is such a good workout. The person that said that it doesn't do much... you need to ACTUALLY dance. I'm not just talking about bobbing ur head. There's a reason why a lot of people would die for a "dancers body." O.K.
Dancing helped me SOOO much in losing a good chunk of my weight. Sometimes I didn't feel the need to go to the gym after a night of crazy dancing!
Seriously, you don't have to know how to dance girl. You don't have to dance like britney spears, just move your hips and let your body go...
