i gained lots of weight on vacation... not even kidding. always so much food at family gatherings... sigh. i was content with myself 2 weeks ago T_T but i need to start eating/exercising better anyway so oh well. ive been off sweets + junk for almost a week...!
current: 114 (chubby for my height u_u )
goal: 105
i started yesterday (DAY 1)
breakfast: milk (2 %)
lunch: bowl of rice w/ something.. i forgot. + bowl of asparagus soup
dinner: bowl of rice w/ something + bittermelon soup
exercise: 1 hour on treadmill
DAY 2
breakfast: milk
lunch: bowl of rice w/ egg thing + bittermelon soup
dinner: bowl of rice w/ 4 pieces of pork & mini chicken wings
dessert: fat free yogurt
exercise: a mile on treadmill
i wanna eat before 6 but i cant cuz my mom gets home at 5 and we eat at like 6.. =/
i need to start running outside. treadmill is so boring but im hecka lazy to go out

Lunch: 1 Einstein bagel with shmear (cream cheese), 1 bottle of Orange Pineapple juice drink.
Dinner: 1 Chicken Pesto Sandwich, Hummus with tomatoes, pita bread, celery, baby carrots and cucumbers.

Exercise: Uhm... 1 hour of walking on campus.

it'll make a difference! Of course it depends on how much you're willing to exercise, and it will help even more if you implement diet.
I want to lose 10 more lbs by the time school starts, and I think I can do it! I've been losing at a pace of 5 lbs every three weeks, so I think I'll make my goal.
I exercise 5-6 times a week, for 30-50min on treadmill/elliptical.

me too! i wanna lose ATLEAST 10 more before school! EESH the pressues on!!! i dont know if im exercising enough but my motivation is SO high!!

In fact, I'm reading this book Body for Life by personal trainer Bill Phillips. He stresses that you should have a free day where "you must eat the foods you've craved the previous six days and must not exercise".
I hope that was helpful
I'm on month 2 and hopefully losing another 10lbs

Breakfast: nothing, too pissed off to eat T_T
Snack: Chinese bao, with cream inside, wiped out the cream though
Lunch: 10 wonton (are these fattening O_O).. with soup.
Dinner: -- not yet
Exercise: none yet, but later on: 20 minute cardio, 5 minutes stretching

i went running the other day and only did a mile.. i thought i was going to die lmao
and then just now i tried doing one of my really intense exercise dvds and only did 15 minutes lmao
i didn't gain any weight from camp, might have even lost a few inches, but still D:
i need to get back into my routine.. i'm freaking out thinking i'm going to stop everything altogether and gain my weight back
but, i do have some good news!
one of the reasons i wanted to lose weight was because i absolutely hated having my picture taken before
well, i've looked through all the pictures i took and the pictures my new camp friends took of me
and i really don't look that bad in them o.o
i even had 2 guys tell me i was "so cute, adorable" and even "sexy" LMAO
it's a hard process, realizing you don't look the way you used to.
ohh yeah, i discovered the other day that i can wear skinny jeans without looking distorted. YESSSS!!!!!

my original goal was 1 pound each week, but its going really slowly.. AND if I don't exercise for like, 3 days, I gain a WHOLE POUND back!!!! This is soo discouraging to me.

I have a question, do all of you guys wake up at around 8-10AM to eat breakfast? What about those who sleep till noon or later (like me?) Do I just call my first meal at 2PM my "breakfast"???
Breakfast/Lunch (I wake up really late): french baguette with butter, 1/2 turkey smokhouse sandwich, 1/2 fuji apple chicken salad @ panera, 1/3 of my caramel frappucino (tall) I needed the caffeine to keep me awake to study hehe and so I spoiled myself a little
Dinner: medium bowl of pho with 1/2 taro smoothie with pearls
Gym: cardio workout (heart rate 145-165+) 50 minutes= 500 calories burned
Tomorrow I'm going to start turbo kick boxing classes + pilates can't wait

dinner: noodles = 800 (ate too much -__- ) should be 400

wanting a buddy LOL. That never really worked out though, and now I'm getting
really worried about my weight and my health. Seriously, it's so hard for me to
get my ass going since I have NO idea where to start, and I'm so embarrassed
about posting my info up on a public board T_T
I just wanted to ask if anyone is willing to help me out with a regime of dieting
and exercising.. basically like a trainer of some sort =[ I just really hate
looking at myself nowadays because of how big I'm getting x_x
I'm sorry this sounds like I'm whining, but I am really desperate for help =[
I will provide all the information I can (through PM) about my dieting and my
schedule since I really want to lose weight/inches before NEXT summer =[
I've just been kind of thinking it's pointless to do it since school is going to
start in about in a month, but now I'm just focusing on getting healthy by
next summer. So please, anyone that is willing to help me, I really want
to become a better person, inside and out
where to start!
So I'm asking for a person that can dedicate some of their time on me and
someone that I can get in contact with easily to help me out? I've had
people help me before, but they eventually just stopped replying due to
their own lives.. but anyways, thanks for reading you guys. Hopefully I
get some sort of help T__T

I stepped on the scale today although I said to myself I wouldn't since my period will make me weigh more. I am actually happy that I weigh less than I did last week, meaning when my period is over, I should weigh a few pounds lighter than i do now. I would be on track to losing 1.5/week!! woot
Breakfast: strawberry cereal + milk
Lunch: 3/4 of a oats sandwich with chicken, avocado, onions & cheddar cheese, shaken iced green tea lemonade unsweetened at starbux (grande)
Dinner: bowl of rice with fish and spinach
Snack: jasmine milk tea with mango star jelly at quickly, 1/2 brownie, nectarine
Gym: 1 hour of turbo kick boxing (super fun stuff!) really motives me to go to the gym and take this class!!! And it definitely makes me work up a sweat. Time goes by so quickly when I was kick boxing. It looks really cool too hehe

about it a lot and i just don't want to be like this.
I hate this feeling of guilt and shame when I eat some junk food.
I don't think its my weight that's a problem its just my
self-appreciation.
I think at 5'4 and 106 lbs, I have nothing to worry about.
So thus, I bid farewell to you all- I hope you guys have a successful
journey and accomplish your goals =D
