i have been snacking on junk foods (e.g chocolates, biscuits) in the office when i have hunger pangs..now i've made the switch to oatmeals.. since my hot water dispenser is nearby.. now i eat more in terms of quantity.. (the oats that is)
is it still a good switch? or i phrase my question in another way. is oatmeal fattening?

T_____T Gahhhhh I'm so frustrated I'm not losing ANY weight!! I haven't lost a single pound at all since the being of summer! I've been exercising almost everyday for 30 minutes or more! And not a single pound gained or lost! Nor do i look any differen't I look the same except I got a haircut!
My sister on the other hand is losing weight like mad and she doesn't exercise, and eats the exact same way she still is, except she doesn't drink pop and eats crackers instead of chips cuz my mom doesn't buy that stuff anymore. And she lost almost 10 pounds and went down 2 pant sizes! I'm totally jealous T_________T while I work out and eat less she's the one losing weight!
starting tomorrow I'm only going to eat yogurt for lunch.

thats an excellent trade! do you eat unprocessed oat? or are they processed? the processed (flavored) oats that come in the lil baggies have some added sugar. its still better, in terms of health not taste

And then what? canned chicken soup for dinner? Hot dog for lunch? The heck o_O. Not only is that not healthy
you aren't meeting your calorie needs. Therefore your body will just grab on every calorie you eat and so your metabolism
will slowly disintegrate. I suggest eating 6-8 meals.
Example:
8:00 - Breakfast (300 cal)
10:00 - small snack (100 cal)
12:00 - Lunch (300 cal)
2:00 - small snack (100 cal)
4:00 - small snack (100 cal)
6:00 - Dinner (300 cal)
Get my drift?
Good snack choices: crackers, fruits, vegetables ( carrots and dip anyone?)
And yes ditch the soda and chips
Hope I helped...by the way I;'m 5'4 and 106 lbs.
I know what I'm talking about

I was just wondering, when do you weigh yourselves?
Like, morning when you get up, or just before you shower/sleep, or just whenever...?
Does it make a difference? I know sometimes when I weigh myself in the morning, I weigh a little less than at night, but that would make sense right since every thing in the stomach supposed to have gone?~
I, myself, weigh myself at night cause I think that's when I'm heaviest... strip off naked, just before my night time shower, then weigh myself.
Anyway that was just a question that's been pondering.
Today
breakfast - Cheerio's [as always] with little milk =D it was more like dry cereal
lunch - chicken sandwich
dinner - probably half a watermelon o_o so FULL i thought i was gonna die
snacks - 2 of them nut bars, er... chewing gum? and an alpro soya chocolate milk =X
i think i probably ate too much watermelon, apart from that it was all good =)
SW - 140
CW - 133/132
GW - Undecided, probably lose 15-20 more lbs at LEAST
total lost - 7-8lbs
OOO this is great, the 2lbs i gained the past few days has gone!!!~ ^^~
i still feel/look fat though =(
Toy Poo's, Grey Kitties <3'
Fashion, Shoes, Handbags <3'

i know i'll weigh in 1-2 lbs heavier throughout the day, but i like doing it in the morning because it's consistent.
how long should you wait after exercising to eat?
i workout in the mornings, and have a pre-workout snack (either something with carbs like a granola bar, or a banana) and eat breakfast like an hour afterwards. i've heard that you shouldn't eat until two hours after a workout, though... and then i've heard that it's best to eat right after you workout. and i've ALSO heard it's not good to have complex carbs after a workout (that would be bad news, i eat cereal for breakfast). so what's true and what's not? anyone know...?

school is approaching, and i have 1 month to lose 5- 10 pounds.
HELP ME!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think today's diet was good, but im not sure if i can lose 5-10 pounds by the 28th.
Breakfast- half a bowl of rice mixed with kimchi and gochujang.
snack- apple
midday run- ran 1-2 miles at 4.0 incline.
lunch-none. drank a bucket of water (kidding. but i did drink alot.)
dinner- half a bowl of rice w/ one steamed crab, and a bit of squid, tofu, and fish.. yummm.
after dinner- drank more water...
night excersize- 1~2 miles at 4.0 incline.
during the day, i had to clean the whole house for like an hour.
im thinking of cuttin down on rice, (to only half a bowl a day) and increasing my excersize to 5~6 miles a day.
so... at this state, how much can i lose in a month??
