Day 24:
pasta all day, 3 times today (blah, nothing else to eat since my mom is such a lazy cook and she'd cook heaps of the SAME food that will last for days. ugh dry.gif)
Gym: turbo kick boxing, arm workout, back workout, abs workout


Day 25:
Forgot what I ate


Day 26:
small bowl of pasta
some dry squid
half of a spicy tomato sauce spaghetti with shared avocado egg rolls appetizer
and i threw it all up blahhhhhh first time drinking so heavily


Day 27:
slice of hawaiian pizzy, a portion of pasta, a few bites of lasagna

Kotaro: Yes it is completely healthy to lose 11 pounds in 4 weeks. I've lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks. My plan was to lose 2.5 lbs a week, this way it's also highly unlikely you'll gain it back.

L: 1 slice whole wheat bread with cheese, another peach.
D: Nothing probably.

ewww. I'm 5'2" and like, 120 lbs. T_T I've gained soo much weight this past year.

dam! how can u guys run for 3+ miles a day???? >____<...

...Day 31 ..i think..

Start weight: 101 lbs
Goal weight: 95 lbs
Current weight: 96 lbs!!! ^____^~

wh000t i'm so close to my goal !! XD

Morning: dim sum...goddam i kno lol TT___TT
lunch: uhhh dim sum filled me up
after workout snack: half of a french bread bun thing
dinner: dunno yet...something healthy...probably rice + veggies

After noon workout: worked out for bout 2 hours...1 hour of ddr on trick/maniac mode...1 mile power walking on treadmill, 1 mile running on treadmill....60-70 sit ups, 20-25 push ups, some random stretching and squatting in between rofl..

You're not eating nearly enough! You won't get optimal results when you're body is starved of nutrition. People who lose weight should eat 5-6 meals throughout the day. Smaller portions, healthier meals is key.

Day Two

breakfast: One Banana with some peanut butter
lunch: Santa Fe Grill Chicken Salad with two Ranch packets
dinner: some rice, 3 pieces ( approx. 2inch pieces) of asian sausages
misc: 3 chocolate chip cookies (chips ahoy)
half a soda can
water 20 oz.
milk 16 oz.

activities: (from last night) 30 sit-ups
25 girl push ups
30 squats

Today: a lot of stretching
ran/jogged for 10 minutes on a rocky terrain

.......i know i need to watch what i drink and eat more...i tried so hard to resist the soda but i couldn't TT__TT shame on me...and i know i need to exercise a bit more...

alright, well summer's startin' to draw towards an end and i think i've put in a decent amount of sweat and hours. just wanted to show my progress over the last 2 or 3 months or whatever. i have a terrible diet (fast food a few times a week ph34r.gif sweatingbullets.gif), but i put in a lot of butt-bustin' at the gym. comments n' criticisms welcome. mods, if inappropriate, please remove or inform me and i can remove them.)

My goal of weight loss : 10 pounds!


Day 1
B: rice krispy!
L: chicken quesidilla with coca cola
D: nothing
Snacks: 3 slices of plain lemon, a few pieces of marshmellow

Today, i walked around the mall for about 3 hours...100 crunches, 25 jumping jacks, 30 minutes of hullahoop w/o the hullahoop ^___^;, 5 girl pushups, and streched for 10 minutes

yesterday i ran for about 7 minutes ^_______^; i need to get healthier.

Day 3 – Sunday July 5th, 2007
breakfast: 3 mini spring rolls, 1 bowl of congee with preserved vegetables
lunch: small New York fries & small diet pepsi
Dinner: 10 dumplings + more (buffet @ aunt’s house)
exercise: walking 3 hours
Water: 2L

Day 4 – Monday July 6th, 2007

breakfast: 1 bowl of congee, 1 egg & preserved vegetables
lunch: 1 bowl of congee, preserved vegetables & leftover teriyaki chicken with vegetables
Snack: 3 pieces of baguette with brie cheese
Dinner: 1 bowl of rice with stir-fried pork and spicy tofu
Exercise: 20 minutes on elliptical machine (burned 230calories)
Water: 2L
i need to get myself a scale ╥^╥

hi i have a question!...i asked it before but no one answered it T___T...i'm wondering how much exercise do u need to do to gain 1 lb of muscle??? ...bcuz..i'm not sure if the weight i'm gaining is muscle weight or fat weight...i play ddr, run on the treadmill, n bicycle everyday ..n i havent been eating bad foods..

+_+ now i'm gonna spend a month on a super duper diet before college sleep.gif;;

Your weight changes throughout the day so don't freak smile.gif It can change up to 5 pounds...but usually just 1 or 2.

Dinner: rice with tomatoes and bunch of vegetables with chicken, cheese quesadilla

Day 29:
Breakfast: ddukboki
Lunch: stick thai sweet rice with ice cream and a thai crepe
Dinner: cheese quesadilla

some personal reasons have been keeping me from the gym but i'm gonna have to start my workout again tomorrow.

Lunch @ 1:30PM: jamacian chicken patty (300calories), 150mL water, 1/2 box of cubed watermelon
Snack@ 4:00PM: 3 pieces of baguette with brie cheese
Snack @ 5:30PM: Quaker Corn Tortilla Chips (60calories)
Dinner: 1 bowl of fried rice, 1 bowl of cucumber tomato soup, small plates of spare ribs and tofu
Exercise: turbo jam 20 minute workout + turbo jam learn & burn, 20 sit-ups
Water: 1.5L
