pretty much i didn't gain a pound at camp last month.. and i ate like CRAP! i had tons of pizza on 2 different occasions, donuts for breakfast one day, OLIVE GARDEN, and chinese food. i still ran, but the last week of camp i didn't run at all because i had gotten to know everybody and wanted to spend my 1 hour of free time having fun instead of being on a treadmill. lol. whatev.
since i've gotten home i haven't been exercising as much. my friend and i try to go running about 3 miles every other day and that's going well. but i definitely haven't been exercising like i was before.. and i haven't been counting my calories to a T (still loosely). but guess what.... i haven't gained anything at all.
i know the secret.
it is.... NEVER EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL! only eat until you are not hungry anymore!
since i've been doing this, i've discovered i can eat anything i want. o__o so i don't need to be crazy obsessive about calories like i used to be (it was becoming a realllly bad obsession). just thought i would share with those that don't know~ XD

Lol there you are, yeah I noticed I haven't seen you for a while and actually started wondering where you were since you're like the biggest inspiration in this thread o.o but your eating motto is pretty much correct
Tomorrow, 11 August, I'll start my dieting for sure. I'll start with running in the early morning. Yay. xD
I don't know why but quite a lot of people commented that I'm gone a bit skinny round the face, or overall...maybe because they haven't seen me for a pretty long while but eh, I'm still the same weight o.O

Eating something spicy kicks up your metabolism by about 25%
-random-
and if you want to get rid of the spiciness just eat bread or drink milk.
Bread works better though.
