starting weight: 101 lbs
Goal Weight: 90 lbs ...yes this is a healthy weight for me dun worry im a midget lol
Current weight: 95 lbs
Breakfast: fried rice <---cooked healthily by my mom, some cantoloupe n strawberries
lunch..kind of: two gogurts, one nutrition bar
dinner: ..not yet
exercise: not yet...
only 3 more weeks!! AJA! lol

Breakfast: 2 slice of wheat bread
1 fried egg
some ketchup
2 slice of thin ham
1 cheese
Lunch: Curly fries =X
Caesar Salad >.<
Dinner: 1 chicken wing
a few pieces of ham
Some rice
2 slices of Watermelon
Exercise: TJ ab jam
20 min TJ workout
and lots of walking o.0

Breakfast:
-Salmon Roe, boiled
-1 dollop of purple rice
Snack:
-Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch:
-Half a sandwich: Turkey, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomatoe, Swiss, on 9-grain
Dinner:
-Half a sandwich: *same as above*
-Cup of Split-pea soup
mmm anyone have exercise tips for people who are temporarily handicapped? I pulled a muscle and I can't walk at the moment... but I was hoping for some exercise that doesn't require walking or anything too strenuous on my legs. XD
It probably doesn't help that I've lost weight only cause I've been sick. --;;

food: sushi, coffee, orange juice,fried shrimp, soup w/rice, chicken tenders, mussels
exercise: 1 mile run, some biking, arms/legs/ab workout

Day 6
Breakfast: scone and coffee
Lunch: This really gross grilled meat/barbecue, fries, rice, vegetable soup, milk, and tea. I couldn't even finish it because the meat was so greasy and tough. x:
Dinner: Two eggs (scrambled with turkey breast and scallions) and avocado (with soy sauce)
In between: fruit and water
Exercise: yoga and ab exercises
Day 7
Brunch: chicken teriyaki and a salad. Ice cream got the best of me (Peppermint!)
Tea/Snack: Lady Grey tea and a butterfly biscuit! [:
Dinner: two tiny pieces of fudge (><), broccoli & mushrooms, watermelon, barley grass drink
In between: water and fruit
Exercise: ab exercises and yoga
I know it seems like I don't eat that much, but it's because most days I get up, it's noon, and then it's too late to eat lunch.
Ahh~~ I really need to start running!

Breakfast @ 9:30AM: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast (250 calories) & 2 tbsp of peanut butter (180 calories) & 300mL of water
Lunch: dried squid (80 calories) & 1 strawberry yogurt (80 calories) & 150mL of water
Snack:
Dinner:
Exercise: 10 minutes hula hoop & skipping (meh, im sick)
Water: 450mL
total calorie intake: 590 calories

l: Grill Cheese Sandwich with small size tator tots...Diet Sprite...
d: smaller portion of rice with boiled pork mixed with slender bamboo
in between: 2 peppermints...green apple slush, LOTS of H2O
activities: 20 min. workout---> toning abs, arms, and legs...
Day 9
b: none
l: Jr. Cheeseburger with jalepenos and bacon
d: small bowl of rice with spicy pork with cabbage (boiled Hmong style)
in between: one banana covered with peanut butter, one juicy pear, another banana with a cup of milk and LOTS of H2O...
activities: 20 min. jogging, stretched, and does 4.5 hrs of carhopping count?...we do a lot of fast walking to take out orders....
....so far i'm doing good...i notice that the fat on my stomach is decreasing cuz whenever i sit down i notice they don't bulge out as much as they use to...yay!!

today i think i over did the cereal bwahaha~
god dammit, cheerio's so addicting for me... thats all i look forward too before i sleep..
waking up in the morning and eating cheerio's
anyway...

organic peanut butter on 2 slices of brown wheat/seeded bread [never again, eating peanut butter... it's so fatty

i gained back 1 - 2lbs!
i KNEW IT! i'll be pigging out on sushi tomorrow aswell

Dinner: Rice with kimchi soup, a little bit of chinese chicken and beef
I need a lot more greens...
Anyone have suggestion on the greens?
1 can of V8 = 1 serving of vegetable

Actually you shouldn't be fooled by ice cream (or anything) which says 'Low Fat'
More often than not, they compensate fat with lots and lots of sugar!!
Don't worry about eating one ice cream! It's okay!!
You're only human! Treat yourself once in a while. Don't cut out sweets and stuff forever!! Where's the fun in that?

Breakfast @ 10:25AM: 1 piece of mango cake & 300mL of water
Lunch @ 1:19: vanilla yogurt (180 calories) & watermelon
Snack @ 3: 9 dumplings fried in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil & 2 tbsp of soy sauce & tofu & 300mL of water
Dinner @ 6:30: 8 dumplings, 4 shortribs.
Exercise: hula hoop – 94 times, 50 sit-ups, 20 leg lifts, elliptical 10 minutes (lost 122 calories)
Water: 300mL
after is started turbo jam for not even two weeks, the muscle on my arm is building REALLY quickly. When i lift my arm, even when i dont flex, you can feel the muscle. how can i prevent this: S

Yes, your body retains water during your period and will gain 2-5 pounds. Usually you will lose this water weight by the end of your period.
