133lbs

this morning
130/131lbs

i want to be 130-128lbs within the next few days...

ok...so now its been officially two weeks for me since i started...yay!!!

sw: 131 lbs
cw: 126 lbs
gw: 116-118

day 14 :

b: none...went to work early
l: southwest burrito, H2O
d: stirfry beef with rice small portion of course...and some chowmein...<----i know not good for me but it was so good...
in between: don't remember

activities: 20 minutes jogging...and 7.5 hrs of walking and standing...


Question: ok...so here is a question...is it too slow of me to be losing like 5-ish pounds in two weeks...considering your weight fluctuates throughout the day?

today i ate junk [again] u_u
stupid takeaway!

what i had -
cheerio's with 2% milk
slice of brown bread
one cup of soy chocolate milk
handful and a half of lychee's
2 cereal bars
2 slices of brown bread with butter
fried chicken with lots of ketchup ¬_¬
fruit yogurt
and... to top it off. a double chocolate chip muffin o_o

holy crap, i ate alot today >.<!
gonna walk it all off tomorrow!

sw - 140
cw - 131/132 [night time...hopefully 130 in morning]
gw - 125 for the moment.

target - reach 128 by tues/weds.

excercise: 50 minutes of walking
b: a small piece of chocolate cake with strawberry sauce
l: nahng-myun
excercise: 30 minutes of running/walking
d: 2 mahndoos, mug of cereal and milk, some shell fish things

current stats:

Did you measure in the morning? If so, 5 lbs. in 2 weeks sounds great. Every person is different, but healthy weight loss is a slow process for your body to get used too. You don't want rapid weight gain or rapid weight loss. That's a lot of change for your body to deal with.

I usually fluctuate about 3 lbs. a day. I use the morning to indicate my "current" weight because it's before anything is in your system, and after everything is digested.

Day 31:
Today was a very unsuccessful day again. I think I've hit the "ultimate struggle" mark. A bump in the road, I'm having trouble dealing with. I think it's because my appetite is coming back after being sick.
B: Woke up extremely late.
L: Woke up EXTREMELY late.
D: Yukejang.. not sure what that is in english
-1 scoop of rice
-1 scoop of pork (haha scoop..)
-2 dumplings
-1 baby croissant
Snack: Maybe later, I'll go get a yogurt

I digested a lot of carbs, but it's too late to expell the energy. x_x; I'm going to have a sleepless night tonight. If you want to lose weight, sleeping in does NOT help T_T;. *hits self repeatedly* grrr...

Would anyone suggest Slim Fast as a healthy option for a whole meal?

i'm 5"2 and 123 pounds...
my goal is around 100-110 =p

i have to lose weight before my grad photos + prom @@
i've already started already this summer... lost 7 pounds so far...in 1.5months.. =__= yeah...not very much progress...
it's been really hard for me since i barely exercised in the past and i hate fruits and vegetables... T___T
but yupp @@ the only exercise i get is ddr + exercise/yoga videos ^^
i'm gonna try my best! xD

not gonna starve myself though...gonna stuff myself with water + fruits @@ and keep myself occupied with korean dramas so i don't think about food XD

b: rice with egg and 2 mahndoos
l: rice and kimcheejjigae
excercise: 25 mintues of hardcore running, then i had to go home cuz it started pouring rain happy.gif
d: a small cup of cereal and milk
snacks: some gummy bears, a little peanut butter and rice -__-

today was such a junk day. tears.gif

i did well today, until my mom brought home so spaghetti ¬_¬

tomorrow was gonna go sushi but thats cancelled and i'm glad!~

morning weight was 130... as hoped for ^__^

sw 140lbs
cw 132lbs [night weight]
gw 125 under

target - reach 128 by tomorrow/wednesday....x_x

played a bit of wii boxing x_x
and some wii tennis + bowling
did some spring hula hooping~ not much haha~

hello, guys i've been trying to lose weight since, last month but nothing really motivate me
hopefully you guys can keep my motivation up and inspire me to not give up..

an introduction about my status right now..

height; 5'0
cw; 108
gw; 100
after that we'll see if i look any different.

i'm officially starting my healthy diet today..
so, posting everyday will give me hopes and motivation ;]
technically tomorrow would be my first day of my diet though

well, this is my plan
giving up sodas any junk food (doesn't matter)
less eating out (if i do at least pick something healthy)
and if you guys have any tips to not get temped
will you mind sharing?

^hey good luck with ur diet!! One thing I do to stop my cravings is to chew a piece of gum..! uhmm try the trident tropical twist flavor brand it tastes real good n it's sugarless =D

exercise:none

DAY 27
food:spaghetti, cereal, a banana, corn
exercise: ran 1 mile, walk 1/2 mile, workout my arms&legs&abs

@-@ im not sure if i lost any weight at all

Breakfast= 1 bun + chinese bun
snack = strawberry + kiwi + orange fruit salad
Lunch = celery + carrots + fish sticks + chicken nuggets
snack = oreos
dinner = chinese fried noodles + tofu soup
exercise = 1/2 hr ddr


aha @@ not a good start

Day 2:
Breakfast = kimchi + rice + pork
Lunch = kimchi + rice + fish
exercise =15 min ddr ...maybe more tonight...

hmm think i did ok today cept, i wasnt really hungry yet i still ate?~

warm water to start off the day =)
cheerio's with soy milk

chicken salad with coleslaw <-that was so filling x_x

i had one apple and sultana cereal bar?~ was wierd =S
and then had another cereal bar dipped in milk chocolate ^__^

drank some green tea

after the salad, i was too full to eat anything else x_x gah.. and i remember there was one time when my friends said i could eat for england ¬_¬

i've been walking... only a bit tho =D and then dancing~
might do some hula hooping tonight

excercise: 30 minutes of super power walking, toning arms (it was raining outside so i had to do it on the treadmill T_T)
b: fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt
l: rice, steak, chicken, some veggies, kimcheejjigae, seafood (whew, a lot! xD)
excercise: 50 minutes walking/running outside
d: mug of cereal and milk
snacks: one grape, a couple of gummy bears

current stats:
sw: 133
cw: 128 (whew! haha)
tw: 125
