DAY 1 XD

Breakfast: Dole Fruit Cup 90 calories
Orange Juice 150 calories

Walked half an hour to work, jogged half the time.

Snack: Chocolate Cookie[the baker told me to eat or else he wouldn't pay me.....sleep.gif]


Walked home from work[30 minutes]

Lunch: green beans and rice
water

snack: vitamin water- 200 calories


dinner- kimchi and a egg sandwhich


not THAT bad I suppose....

snack: a couple of pieces of chex mix
dinner: half a hot dog with chili and onions
excercise: 35 minutes of runnningg

OH POO.

i tried dieting & once again, failed miserably.
last night i went to a freaking buffet for god sakes T_T
it was so so YUMMY.

today,i tried to reduce my eating but i derno...

breakfast: rice w/ kongnamul guk (soy bean soup?) & sausages
lunch: same thing -0-
dinner: i KNOW we'll eat meat. great. ):

snacks: three chocolate pieces T_T & kancho
drinks: waterrr all day

it doesnt look TOO TOO bad, but i feel terrible
must diet tomorrow!

i kinda, let myself indulge in junk a bit today...
woops o_o

so i guess today was errr, my 'rest' day. though i think ive got too many of those?!~

today -
cheerio's in light soy milk
cereal bar with milk chocolate layer
crisps! probably another 300kcals worth u_u
2 bites of chocolate and vanilla cheesecake haha
a bite of a chinese sausage lmao
some steamed veg
another ice lollyyy hehehehe~

this morning i weight 129/130lbs ¬___¬

night time
sw 140lbs
cw 130lbs
gw 120lbs by college and another 10 lbs during college. and then hopefully im done!

today was mostly a bad day for me until the end. i was in a pretty crappy mood. and when im ticked off=i binge =__=
excercise: 50 minutes of powerwalking
b: peach fruit on the bottom yogurt!
snack: 19 pretzel things from chex mix
l: a tiny amount of ramen and hot dog with chili and onions
snack: a whole bag of nacho flavored chex mix T_T
d: a slice of stuffed crust cheese piza
snack: water, one walnut, a cup of tropical v8

11 more days till school starts... >=) my senior dress fits better now xD my belly just bulges out...a bit less? but still big lol
HALF WAY! xD took the whole summer but it was well worth it
haha my driver's licence says 130

breakfast= mushroom soup + 2 slices of bread
lunch = pizza + chips + water
dinner = ramen + rice + pork
snacks = cheerios + cake
@@ ate too much today...but i shall supersaiyan exercise it off >=P

Okay. I think I'll post in here every day to motivate me because I find myself losing my motivation a lot. xD I started weeks ago and lost like 8 pounds but then my relatives came over for two week and during those two weeks....well let's just say my diet went out of whack and I gained back 5 lbs! Well, it's been a week and a half....or was it two weeks(?) since I've gone back to my diet and I lost three pounds so far.

Height: 5'2"
Current weight: 120
Goal: 110-115 or even less? =OO Haha.

Day 1 (I guess):
- Windsor Pilates 1hr
-Cereal
-Fruit
-Sip of black tea
-Fattening burrito sandwich...xD
-Top ramen with Muenster cheese (this cheese is soooo good.)
-Handful of white chocolate/chocolate chips
-Buffalo wings flavored chips

Yea...my diet was destroyed today when I went to my cousins' house. xD But oh how I enjoyed the burrito sandwich, and everything listed below that. Hahah. Normally I don't eat like that. I feel so fat compared to you guys. tears.gif

hey yall~ ^0^ i think this is where i post for 'weight loss' stuff right~? hahah- i wasn't sure... but anyways, i recently lost some weight and i just wanted to share my routine and diet info with yall, just in case it might help smile.gif

here's a before/after picture:



first picture: october 2006
- 160 lbs.
- measurements: 36C - 32 - 40
*i was stupid to go out all night and drink (then eat afterwards) all the time laugh.gif boy did i learn from that~

second picture: yesterday, august 25, 2007
- 130 lbs.
- measurements: 34C - 26 - 35


i didn't realize that i gained weight until the end of 2006, due to having fun all the time and paying too much attention to school and not to myself. i used to be 135ish before, but shot up to 160'ish 0_o i was surprised, a 30+ lb. gain is a LOT and is so hard to lose, especially when i used to HATE to workout and diet laugh.gif but i had to do it, i didn't wanna continue gaining and i wanted to get back to what i used to be. i joined the gym at the beginning of this year and went 3-4 times a week and i started watching what i eat too. i also stopped going out to drink, beer and liquor really does have a LOT of calories after i researched on it. here's more elaborate info on my experience:

workout routine:
- went to the gym 3-4x a week
- did 30-45 minutes of cardio (elliptical, treadmill, bike)
- did 20-30 minutes of weight training (one day, i'd concentrate only on legs. the next day, i'd concentrate only on arms. the next day, i'd concentrate only on stomach. then the cycle would just repeat)
- burnt off at least 500 calories each time i went to the gym
- after every 2 months, i added on more to each, just to give my workout a little bit of a 'push'
*right now, i do one hour of cardio, 30 minutes of weight training, and 10-15 minutes of pilates, and i do this 3-4x a week still smile.gif my body actually feels 'weird' if i don't workout now hahah~

eating plan:
- i did somethin really hard... i counted calories. laugh.gif i made sure i ate between 500-800 calories and burnt some off at the gym. and word from a professional trainer, it's not bad to burn off everything you eat. it's actually very good to do so ^0^
- i mostly ate a lot of lean cuisine stuff, or salad with italian dressing and no croutons or bacon bits. for meat, i ate a LOT of salmon and chicken. i also ate a lot of broccoli, carrots, and celery (all steamed)
- for snacks, i ate those 100-calorie snacks, or the special-K bars. the BEST thing to snack on are rice cakes; it may sound kinda gross, but there are actually some good flavors out there tongue.gif
- i DID treat myself to one "normal human" meal once every 2 weeks though laugh.gif hey, i have to live life sometime~!
*right now, i still eat like this even after i lost weight. i think i'm just used to it now- but i'll admit, i do throw in candy every once in a while laugh.gif

words from a professional trainer i worked with:
- it is NOT NOT NOT good to starve yourself, it will NOT run your metabolism. some may starve themselves and lose weight, but the weight will come back REALLY fast (i speak from experience)
- if you wanna lose fat, do more cardio than weight training
- if you wanna tone up after losing a good amount of fat, start doing more weight training to strengthen your muscles
- do not put a ridiculous weight goal for your body. i told the trainer i wanted to be 110'ish at first and he told me i was crazy. i'm 5'6 1/2, and normal GOOD weight is between 120-130. plus, what woman wants to lose boobs or butt? tongue.gif

sooo yeah, i got back to my normal ok size. i'm still aiming for 125'ish and i wanna be toned up all the way, and the last 5 lbs. are always so hard to lose hahah~ but i'm going at it~! i feel MUCH more better about myself, and my body also feels better health-wise. i used to hate running, and now, i can actually do it laugh.gif i used to think i could NEVER shrink down my 'thunder thighs', but i actually did, and i'm so happy about it too. ^0^

so i hope my post motivates those who wanna lose some weight or tone up. if my lazy butt who LOVE sweets and fattening food could do it, you can too biggrin.gif

^ wooh. u do alot of workout! ohmy.gif i usually just run 5 mile mostly every day. and i eat a meal and wait for 4-5 hrs and start eating again. smile.gif that's how i lose weight. i also do 200 sit up, 20 push up ,stretch my legs and then just run. smile.gif

Hi
i'm new here and i just got back from vacation and i was shock to find out i had gained 15 lbs! mad.gif

current height: 5'3
current weight: 122lbs

goal: 110-105 lbs

I'm going to start my diet and exercise tomorrow. My exercise will probably be all cardio and light for now since I havent worked out for like 2 years. Can anyone give me some advice on some exercise moves or machines to use? My thighs have gotten big and my butt (which is good) lol but I definitely want to lose some fat around my thighs first.

Lunch - Vegetable soup with whole wheat bread

Exersize:
2 miles jogging on treadmill
