310 calories? Do you seriously think that will last you through the day? I don't want to sound mean or "pro" in losing weight but you should eat healthily and exercise at the same time. I hope you don't eat like this everyday, it's not nice, it's pretty much like skipping meals =/ I'm saying this because I don't want you to put yourself at risk...and when you eat normally again, I'll guarantee that you'll put back on all that weight again
-----
Day 1 (yesterday)
Breakfast - Toast, Cup of tea
Lunch/Snack - Cheese Salad sandwich
Lunch - Little bit of rice with soy sauce chicken, and some tofu.
Small dinner - Sweetcorn =) [I'm really in love with that actually now, lol] And well, I had some tuna mayo with bread.
Liquids: Bottle of water, Lucozade, some more water.
Comments: Sort of a good start, I know I'm lacking a bit in the vegetable sort of area, but I think I'm not too bad anywhere else except for the breakfast part of it.
Day 2 (today)
Breakfast - 1 small bowl of Cereal, few sips of warm water (too hot to drink, and it was time for me to go to school as well)
Lunch/Snack - Small chicken mayo baguette [has cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce in it too]
Lunch - Fried rice with added chicken pieces, sweetcorn, vegetables
Dinner - ?
Liquids - Lucozade, water, ribena
Comments: I'm actually not craving for any junk food. Maybe one of the reasons is that the prices have gone up again, and another reason is they obviously don't fill me up =_= but yay! Lol, hm, I'll be tuning in to some exercise later tonight for sure =D
Exercise: To be edited later.

i've been doing so for about two to three weeks now..for 10-30 each day depending on my energy level.
its sorta like skipping and running...but you dont need anything to do this with except for a staircase which you can find anywhere.
the thing with skipping is that if you miss the jump the rope hits your foot/leg and it hurts a lot. at least for me since im bad at skipping.
and running outside..means you have to go OUTSIDE!...
so just stay at home and run up and down the stairs..its easy!
you'll notice the results in your calves, thighs and glutts.

And I have some tips, for nice, long, lean legs.
Always remember to stretch before and after you exercise. Or even before going to bed, when I mean stretch I really mean stretch, like a split.
I'm a ballerina, and many think that ballet would give them bulky muscles, they are wrong. It's the technique which they are using is wrong.
And one more note, always remember to keep your knees straight when stretching if you do not want to get big thighs. Stretching may be good but when it is done wrongly, you can never imagine what would happen.

Is there a healthy way for gaining weight? I'm shedding a few pounds nowadays and I barely have an appetite for anything like I use to.
eat lots of carbs, fruits, vegetables, and tofu.
make a potato salad, fruit salad, salad, herb pasta, etc. Tofu is great to get protein without the bulkiness and fats that meat has.
Also, exercising and building slight muscle will help you gain a couple pounds. (don't forget to moisturize your legs/butt to prevent stretch marks)

It seems like running is the best thing I can do to lose fat all over my body. But, what if I can't go out to run? Does it count to just jog in place or use a stepper? (This is a stepper.)
My mom doesn't like me going out alone. =.= And not just that, but I just feel a tad bit...Uncomfortable with running out. Sometimes I see classmates and it'd just be awkward. XP
I'm hoping my waist gets smaller and my body gets a bit curvier...Will using a hula hoop help? I was thinking of using one of those hula hoops with the bumps on them, but my friend said it'll crush my intestines. Is this true? X.x
Um, was my question answered? I'm not sure...
