I have to lose at least 30lbs by June!!!
This is a wonderful thread
Ideal weight loss: 30 lbs
Goal per week: 3 lbs
I ate so much today ;_;
Breakfast- Rice and Chicken
Lunch- NengMyun (cold noodles)
Dinner- Rice with Curry
Im going to try and eat only half of what I ate today.. and exercise for an hour.
then During the weekdays Im going to eat only fruits for dinner and just soup for lunch with a normal breakfast and exercise for an hour
Hopefully I can lose at least 2 lbs!! >-<

17 more days left for me to lose the pounds. Is it possible?
I am looking at about losing 5 lbs within these 17days (more to go during summer itself).
Any good advise? Any suggestions are appreciated!
Even though you're on a diet, the calorie count of less than 1000 for a day is very very little, are you sure you can survive by that?
I try to keep it at about 1000 each day. Since 3500cal = 1 lb, i figure i should eat 500cal less each day and since I am really short and small , the calorie intake needed to maintain my weight isn't much. At least from what i have calculated...though the sites don't seem to be too accurate.

I was on this drive, I exercised crazy every day and I lost 5 lbs in 1-2 weeks
then the time of month came along and I started having craving and all I wanted to do was sleep, so I think I gained everything back =S

Tip number one:
Get a nice tonned stomach with cardiovascular exercise!
Sport: Swimming/cycling
Duration: 45 mins
Frequency: 4 times/week

my goal is to lose 1 pound every wk......i fink tht sounds fine....lose all this body fat and tone ma stomach area....im going to eat salads every day for lunch, and eat fruit for brekkie instead of a biscuit, do aerobic exercises for 30-45mins a day and drink loads of waterrr......ooo yeh do hula hooping bt i need to get those korean ones bt they dont sell them here in uk >.< still ima gonna lose all this weight which has been sitting around! AJA AJA!!

Basically.
You talk about what you've eaten that day.
And if you binge, you have someone to complain too. xD
But yeah, you give tips and advice.
And you tell them your plans and goals.
That about sums it up. ^ ^

friday: 1 1/2 hours of yoga
breakfast: oatmeal and fruit
lunch: HOMEMADE foods. sandwich, healthy stuff...meh
dinner: small portions.

My week plan is
Monday: Jump Roping for 30 minutes and Yoga
Tuesday: run for an hour w/ diet buddy
Wednesay: "
Thursday: 100 jumping jacks and jump roping for 30 minutes
Friday: 1 hour of yoga
Breakfast: White bread with Milk
Lunch: Fruits with water/tea OR Pretzel with water
Dinner: Nonfat Peach yogurt with Slice of white bread OR Rice with only Kim and Kimchi..
Im going to go out and buy wheat bread T_T and replace that with white bread haha
I hope I can lose 3 lbs this weekkkkk

dinner: same as lunch
snacks: fruit, yogurt. this week i'm going to start eating dry fruit and nuts for snack too^^

125 jumping jacks
300 crunches
Walk the dog daily
NO SWEETS/junk food/ice scream/cookies/pastries/etc.
Breakfast- 1 cup special K cereal & Tea
Snack- 1 Quaker rice cracker
Lunch- One onigiri [which is half a serving of rice], 1/2 cup edamae
Dinner- Tofu noodles & Kimchee
