1) Get an estimate of how many calories I burned a day. I used the calculator at http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
2) Make sure my caloric intake per day is less than the calories I burned per day. I usually aimed for a 500 calorie deficit by eating less calories or exercising.
500 calories per day translates to 1 lb per week (3500 calories = 1lb).
3) Incorporate exercise into lifestyle. Exercise is needed to keep the weight off.

ok i ate like a pig. i went up to 49kg then i dieted down to 47kg. from tomorrow i'm going to start exercising...
i'd give anything to get my 15 BMI back. 20 BMI+ is fat as.
well 17 BMI being ideal but if i had to choose between 15 and 20 ...

okay well i've been fat my whole life (not saying it as an excuse or anything)
but i always snack while i study and well...that's a lot of fat
and i've tried a lot but im known for failed diets that last for like a day
and it would really be nice to have a diet buddy ^^ hehe (<--pm me if you want to be diet buddy please cause all my friends are like sticks -__-)
lately my mom has been nagging me like crazy to lose weight (she's even tried to put me on a eat eggs and apples only diet)
and this guys smacked my stomach (i hate when ppl do that especially since im overweight) and he was like
does your friend (he kind of likes her) have a lot of fat too?
-__- and so now i have to lose weight like everywhere in the thighs and in the arms and the belly
so starting today im gonna go down to 110 lbs (i weigh 147-142 it changes a lot)
it would be nice if you guys wouldnt mind pming me tips so that i dont have to go throught these 268 pages of tips ^^
i noticed a lot when i diet at first i lose like 3 pounds easily and after that its really hard
but im gonna try to lose 1-1.5 pound per week
i did then bmr/bmi calculation thing and i found out
i have to eat 500 calories less then i do on average
and then i have to excercise so im gonna try to burn at least 200 calories per day
so i'll have 700 calories less
do u think that's to difficult?
and i should just eat 300 calories less and burn 200 calories per day?
because the problem is that i have hot lunch at school and my friends go out to eat everyweekend

I really want to lose 13lbs. ):
but i'm such a carb & sweets person.
starting weight: 118lbs
goal weight: 105lbs
current weight: 118lbs
today has been rice, noodles, bread & pb, popscicles. ack. ):
i'll try better for tomorrow.
I want to lose 13lbs by christmas. (:
any tips, suggestions are greatly appreciated!

start weight: 48kg (105 lbs)
goal weight: 40 kg (88 lbs)
i'm aiming for 45kg in 4 weeks. quite healthy. not even a 1kg/week. last time i lost 4kg in 3 weeks, so it's doable for me.
then it's going to be a majorrr battle trying to lose the last 5kg.

Targeted Weight: 110lbs (50kg)
Erm, that is 5kg. I think its pretty easy if im gonna have SELF CONTROL! cos i DONT have any since the start of this month!! I AM GAINING WHILE MY FRIEND IS LOOSING! CANT STAND IT!! I want to loose it in ONE WEEK! I've lost 10kg in ONE month before! Believe me!! I CAN DO IT!! FROM TMR ONWARDS.
Breakfast: Bread (7am)
Recess - Break: Yakult, Fruits (Mixed Fruits & Pineapple)
Lunch: Mixed Fruits Or Salad
Dinner: Soup!
OKAY IM HEALTHY! AND I SHALL WALK WALK WALK WALK WALK!!
I HATE MYSELF AT TIMES!

Breakfast: Water.
Lunch: Pasta, Bread, Apple.
After School Snack: Pineapple.
Dinner: Rice with beef. (small portion)
Excercise:
45 min cardio work-out
10 min running.

current weight: 47kg.
7kg to go.
but in 2kg installments to make it more bearable.

but my diet started 1 month and 18 days already and i lost 8 pounds...healthy way haha
I will continue...i have 14 pounds to go ( that will make me 110pounds)
but these day i have too much hw that i cant even work out anymore T-T

Lunch: Indonesian noodles + soup
Dinner: Honey Chicken, rice and mongolian beef
Exercise: 5 minutes of skipping, 30 mins tkd dancing >___>;;;
Day 2:

Current Weight: 109
Goal Weight: 100
Breakfast: 2 eggs, chicken sausage and breadroll
Lunch: Apple
Dinner: not yet
Exercise: 15 minutes on treadmill

i'm still sitting at 126lbs!
i've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week, and i can see a difference in my legs and butt...really toned now. i've been using the stairmaster and cross trainer, but i wanna be 120lbs!
i've been adding a lot of veggies & water to my daily intake.... and making sure i eat every 2-3 hrs. i admit i eat healthy, but at the end of the day, i can't help but snack on chocolate. -.- my cousin's wedding is coming up real soon and i wanna look good! LOL

but im starting to somehow binge eat sooooooooo much its making me laugh through my stuffed mouth.
and i really want to--for ONCE in my life-- be skinny enough for senior week so that i can wear a swim suit without feeling majorly self conscious....
so i will restart this!
this girl i know lost SO MUCH WEIGHT....i guess i want to be as skinny as her, but i dont want to look like she does--like a zombie/dead @__@

Im 5'7 and 120lbs
I want to be 5'7 hehe *although I wouldnt mind being taller* and 110lbs
DAY 1
What I ate lets seeeeee
breakfast: and apple and a carrot
Lunch: a bowl of salad no dressing and a donught =D hehe
Snack: half a pack of 100% natural fruit gummies theres only about 200 cal in one pack though its really small >.>
Dinner: stew with some yam and 1/2 a slice of pizza
as for excercise i have to clean up my whole house if that counts
50 reps of ab workout and dance
30 mins of walking
