Get a nice tonned stomach with cardiovascular exercise!
Sport: Swimming/cycling
Duration: 45 mins
Frequency: 4 times/week

ehh i tried doing that but when i get back from school, i'm too tired to move and hw piles up! gahhh.
i wanna lose at least 5 lbs!!! T_T

My intial figure is 42 , I can say That I got around 28lbs to go to reach my target ^^
Just eating less and excercise more I might post piccys up when I've actually lost all my weight

I haven't been able to train with my team lately. Been sick for a week.. and it seems like it's going to continue for another week. ahhhhh!
But! By the end of the summer I at least want to lose 20 pounds. Once I get better.. I will start training!

when trying to lose weight by dieting, does it mean all sweets and junk food are FORBIDDEN? or is it alright to have them in small portions every other day?

I'm trying to lose weight before I got to Korea for the first time in 7-8 years. My relatives basically don't know what I look like because the last time they saw me, I wasn't even 11.
Need to make a good impression.

basically I only ate like one meal a day, and 4 times a week i'd go to the gym and do a 2-minute warmup walk and then run at least four miles. so basically that would total up to a maximum of 5-7 small meals a week and at least 16 miles a week, which only requires like 2 hours at the gym?
i used to weigh 154 pounds, in less than a month i slimmed down to 125. i intend on doing it again to lose maybe another 5, but then not as extreme since i really don't need to lose any more weight. 154 pounds might not seem like too much but hey i'm a short guy i'm only 5'3 >o<
remember, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! and if you do lose weight, a healthy appetite is eating constant small meals throughout the day not just eating 3 large meals (breakfast lunch and dinner).
however, this routine does mess up your metabolism really badly, and you'll feel tired while doing it, but then afterwards you'll recover within a few weeks.

everything in moderation. say you had a friend's birthday cake for lunch, cut back on the rice for dinner or exercise for 20 minutes.
how did everyone do today diet wise? i've cut back on the rice and eating a lot more veggies. be proud of me--i went for an apple instead of cheeze-its!

i don't eat dinner anymore, since i can't get home before 6...
i can't resist sweets, had a huge white chocolate cookie today =[
