at the age of 15 and the height of 5'4 1/2 how much are eu suppose to weight?

theres no "exact" weight that you should weight..

but if u want to be leaning towards the skinny side, i would say around 105 - 115?

:] OKAYYYY~
-O- MY SCHOOL is like heck tough in p.e.
you have no idea..............



monday- we either run the pacers, the mile, or 2 miles.. it rotates around class.. in each period there are four different classes.... and you rotate the thing
tuesday- whatever the unit is
wednesday- 800 meter
thursday- whatever the unit is
friday - make up if you did not do the fitness ( which are monday & wednesday) or watever your teacher makes you guys do....


and before we run every fitness.. all four classes gather out on the basketball court and we run around full 8 basketball court so its like a bigggg huge square.. -o-; for like around 5 minutes.. and then
we go back and sit if we are not sitting down at the time we should be we have to run another 5 minutes then
we sit down and every fitness day at school
we do

120 jumping jacks... (no matter what)
push ups ..- max that my period went to was 60.. -o- we died.. everyone was dying... all on the floor.. (if we arent loud countin)
v sits- 80. (max) if we dont count loud
crunches - 80 (max, if we dont count loud)

side lunges about 10 on each side... then
stretches
then foward lunges... about 10 or 20 .. on each leg

and etc etc.


-0-;; but even if i excersie this much.. at school I DONT LOOSE ANYTHING..

there is no day that we do not ever do this in schooll...


and all i do is gain weight. even if i do run and etc. etc.

-o- i am slow. so shh
but

i'm 5'4 1/2 and im 140 -o- GAWD!`

i run the 800 meter in - 4:02
the mile in- 8: 45 - 9:02...

-o-; IM DOING BAD? right..
is there any other.. workout i should do?

its probably because i eat alot afterwards.. at home right?
-O-; i do sometimes excersie.. at home. -o-;;

i do sports basketball, volleyball,..
next year i am going to
play tennis..

i herard tennis.. you loose alot of weight..


I WANT TO LOOSE ABOUT 30 POUNDS.. ANY SUGGESTIon?

I started working out recently.
It's only been 3 weeks and who knows if or when I'm going to stop midway. But so far, I've been running every other day, and going to the gym (cardio and weights) 2-3 times per week. I'm almost 5'6'' and 113lbs. I don't necessarily want to lose weight. I just want to tone my body, which probably means I'll gain weight... right?

hheheheh, now that u mentioned it, it does sounds like i'm really on a scary diet. I was just wondering because my grandfather told me that fruits carry quite an amount of sugar in it and i just assume if i eat a lot of it then those sugar will add up and will cause me to gain a lot of wait. And when i say i eat a lot, i do mean it. I just bought 2+ Ibs of grapes a day of ago and finished it in like two days.

You're REALLY skinny already. But I understand that you'd want to tone up.

You'll gain a little weight, but remember that muscle weighs MORE than fat. That's why I try not to rely on my weight too much. If you don't want to bulk up too much and just stay lean, I suggest you try resistance work. Pilates, Yoga, light weight lifting with a lot of repetitions instead of heavy weights and few repetitions.
It's good to have some muscles though. You burn more calories just resting and your metabolism speeds up.

Im really happy that my weight has been consistant.
Im actually starting to results, a flatter stomach, the begining of "ab" definition, and a more toned back.

Today
BREAKFAST: Toast and Strawberry CreamCheese
LUNCH: I don't usually skip, but today I didn't have any time
DINNER: Two scoops of rice, Beef and Brocolli left overs, and Kimchi

Did pilates for 35 mins.
And ran in place for 20 mins.

I've noticed that running has built up my legs, especially my calves. And it's bothering me. I'm guessing pilates and such will help to make it appear more leaner, instead of bulky. smile.gif

I've been putting in some decent gym time and my diet's been decent. I still haven't gained any of the weight I wanted to, but I guess I'm still makin' progress. Currently 5'10" @ 160 lbs @ less than 8% body fat. These were posted in the Critique My Appearance thread:

& i plan on losing likee 20 more?!
