ive been going to bally vitness like 3times a week since april
but i see no difference. blehhhhhhh!

My friend & I pigged out on 4 bags of chips, Goldfish (the snack that smiles back :P), Teddy Grahams, and a coffee crumb cake.

this is gonna be a home from now on... i need to lose weight... im not consider obese, but i feel that. b/c my school friends are all SUPER SKINNY and tiny... one girl, she is the same height as me (5"3), but she weights 85lbs!! and she still says she needs to lose weight.... so all 4 of my friends who 3 of them weight less than 100 and one thats 5"5 that weights 110 (which is still little) ALWAYS during lunch or gym, saying they are fat... and you see them talk about those oil pills. makes u sh!t out oil u eat.. and looking into magazine for those dieting pills... i feel so depress. b/c seriously compare to them i feel obese... i mean we are all really close, but it gets on my nerves. yea so i decided, NOT just to fit in, (last year in hs anyways) but for my own good, so i can be healthier and i want to wear more shorts and skirts =)

um... 15lb pounds by July... that is reasonable... (im very lazy... i probably won't reach it)

^^ Woah, that's how much weight I need to lose as well! Seriously though, I need to lose all my weight by July.

As for exercise, I used to run alot during March and April, but then right after that, I'd start binging, and it was just awful. I gained more weight because of that. Now, I'm on a strict diet. All I do is eat a big breakfast, and then a small lunch and dinner . Snacks in between like fruits and veggies. I've cut JUNK FOOD out of my life. Also red meat.

So far, it's going pretty well, except I get tempted alot. Especially in school. My only problem is my legs. They are really huge, and I'm not one of those people are overexaggerating. I've had people come up to me telling me how my lower body is unproportionate to my upper. It's not a good thing to hear.

And my butt is wide and big. Maybe it's genetics, I'm not sure. But I would really like tips and suggestions because this problem has been bothering me a long time.

What I do for exercise now is play basketball and dance to K-pop. LOL

me too me too! okay, I gotta be honest though.. I lost weight EXTREMELY FAST and EXTREMELY EASILY. meaning, by just not eating junk food I can lose weight. But it's really difficult for me, because our pantry is loaded with goodies biggrin.gif and I loveeeee junk food. aghhh!!! I can lose about 4 lbs in 1 week. and its not water weight or whatever. because then otherwise I would lose 6 lbs.

anyhow, does someone want to help me cut the junk food? sad.gif I weigh about 120 right now :x

Ooooo, I do! I'll help you! I weigh 120 too! And I have to agree, my pantry is loaded with junk food as well. Like choco pies, cookies, chips, and all that good stuff! And alot of sugary juices too! That's why it's so hard. It's difficult to just drink water these days. It's not as refreshing as drinking a cold glass of soda on a hot summer day.

LOL ME TOO^^

i ALWAYS blame my parents lol... i picked up both my parents' bad traits... my dad's short legs and my mom's big hips... meanwhile my younger sister, she has my mom's long legs and she is skinny.

everything above my tummy is fine... if i want out for dinner and i sat the whole time... ppl will think im skinny... but that moment i go to the washroom or stand up... i am fat =.=; its very sad...

i'm huge!..really i hate skinny girls who think they are fat..but don't we all do...but the thing is i'm really big but i want to be soo thin it's scary..?..will not to that point..LOL..lets just say half my size would be great..i need a buddy..!!T_T...

i want to see before and after pictures to get me going!!..anyone have them?

yup .. i'll be in too .. always thought that i didn't need any dieting cos i'm tall 5'9 .. but i realise my bum is getting bigger after i left school .. no exercises = cellulite ..

hey guys, i signed up on ALLURE.COM for a six weeks diet.
every day, you write down what you ate and how much you excersized.
they also give you tips of the week, and how your workout plan shoule be.

well if anyone is interested...i just started this diet thing a few days ago and if you have the stomach for it i would recommend it...

well before and after every meal i drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and it really works...cause i can't cut back on the things i eat and i tried the apple cider vinegar and i've been losing weight ^^


that is if you guys have the stomach for it - -;; the first 2 days was a little eck but after that i don't really mind it...its acually become kinda of a habit >,<

and vinegar is really good for you so it doen't harm health or anything ^^

I used to take apple cider vinegar and I think it helped me to lose weight before. I've recently started drinking a little each day again...or I put drops on my salad. I'm upset that I let myself gain the freshmen 15 this year but I'm on summer break right now. I'm determined to work it off this summer. I wish I could it work it off before may 17th because I'm going to the Philippines for vacation..oh well.

It helps to dilute the vinegar with a little water when you drink it, so it doesn't burn your throat. Oh, how it burns.

does that really work??? or does anyone know the science behind that ..why it works .. I need to lose weight for the summer ... at least 15 lbs. I cannot give up food, so I will have to excercise sweatingbullets.gif I heard fast walking is better than running for burning FAT .. what are some good fat burning exercises?

I just bought a 3 year membership at 24hrfitness yesterday for $700. I'm going to make my @ss go everyday so it will be worth it. Flat abs and buns of steel here I come !! LOL

i started replacing 2 of my meals w/ cereal [like raisin bran, shredded wheat]
about 2 weeks ago and i feel less bloated ^^
omg i started running today cuz i tone fast so i wanna at least look
somewhat not fat when i go to korea ... and i only ran like 2 miles
and was DEAD tired ... gonna aim for 2.5 tomorrow =p

oh and question about the vinegar thing .. do u juss take it
and go about ur day regularly? what does it do to ur body
that helps u lose weight?
