in where i live i can buy a magazine called health i think. 0-o...
AND it gave me few pages showing what to do ..
like firmer butt, toner abs, thighs and extra. ;]
it says like get your beach body by july 1 :]
so yeah its really good magazine i prefer it go buy one at a market near you :]
it tells you a good yummy helthy food that you can make <3 and tells stories and etc.

errrr..i want to lost like 10 lbs!! i'm 4'11 & i'm 102 lbs (it's really badddddd) so i got to do a lot of exercises this summer...i really wish i could get my legs to be smaller this summer...like really badly. i'll have to go swimming every weekend, do a million sit-ups, running 2+ miles each day. HOPEFULLY i can do this..i need to buy myself an ipod so i can listen to music while i run

got a tummy? crunches are good, sit ups arent. i mean even as you are studying sit w/ good posture and use ur abs and like suck in ur tummy (so it feels like you have ur belly button to ur spine). <-- that should be a good start until you get out of school.
why arent situps good? o_o i thoguth they were basically the same thing...

i recommend the "burpie" .. not b/c it worked for me or anything, well, i do feel my body hurting after doing just 10 sets of those ><;; but because on one episode of MTV's "MADE" there was this really curvy all over the place girl who wanted to lose weight, and her trainer made her do that..
-btw; notice it's only "step 2" .. my friend ripped out the other pgs

--> it is recommended that you do crunches over situps because there is a differnece between the two. both are supposed to work out ur abs, but situps have a higher possibility of straining your neck as u are suppposed to sit right up to your knees.. crunches use your abs to raise your upper body to a certain extent (man i noticed that wasnt a really good explaination)
ok, if you had ur arms crossed over ur shoulders when ur doing ab exercisesand knees bent..For situps u start w/ ur bk on the ground, use ur muslces to pull urself up and ur arms touch ur knees (practially) and return to start position.. that is one situp.... for crunches (if same start position, on ground, kness bent, arms crossed over chest) u use ur abs to u crunch ur muscles... um, like u life about half way.. not all the way(up to knees)
i'm sory really bad explaining sth physical... i guess anyone can help w/ a clarification that is better than mine?

yuck yuck yuck.
okay. i NEED to stop binging. Seriously. Yestderday, i had a spoonful of cereal, then 5 cups of applejacks, 3 slices of potato bread with a CRAPLOAD of Nutella= like a 1000 calories, and some shrimp/broccoli, and then some milk with more cereal, a rice cracker, and lets just say... yeah. i am fat. i NEED to stop!!!
I do excercie, or by now, id be a freakin balloon. i run 50-60 minutes on treadmill and do abs for about 40 minutes.
But my problem= binging.
when i binge, i can consume more than 2000 calories in one sitting. that is just disgusting.
MY goal is to lose 10- 15 pounds before july.
You guys can be harsh in what you say cuz i just need someone or people to yell at me to stop binging. >_<

Don't be too hard on yourself. If you exercise that much for almost 2 hours a day, I would consider your calorie intake is normal.
And it sounds like you're eating healthy food, so don't worry too much, just make sure you don't eat a whole lot of food that contains fat

anyways...i'm interested in doing this too...i want to lose 20 pounds from here until somewhere a little bit after summer officially starts. um...let's see...i want to lose all this weight because since i'm 5 feet tall [FINALLY! T3T!] i look kind of bad with squat, humongo thighs, huge butt, waistline increasing, etc. etc. the whole deal. which kind of makes me resemble those hot dog sort of dogs. you know, the whole short, fat legs thing.
basic problems: dad, sister, mom, + relatives go "jane omg youre getting so chubby!" but my sister goes "EW YOURE SO FAT, TREETRUNK LEGS." yes how nice this encouraging family is
basically, thats another problem. even if i somehow convince my mom to let me go on a diet on healthy food, she'll give me a lot of food for dinner
ah. in gym, we're now required to run around the track on sunny days or inside the gym on rainy days. the teachers add 30 seconds each time we have gym and increase the length too. basically im pretty slow but theres a bunch of people that are behind me when i run and die. right now we're up to 1/2 a mile which we have to do in less than four minutes. so basically i get exercise whether i like it or not, every other day.
*sigh* I REALLY NEED A BUDDY XDDD''.

but yes i want to lose weight because in july im going down to colordao again like every year and i dont want my sister and her sister in law go damn cindy you got FAT!!! i feel really bad when they say that but i know i am so yup
lets so im 5'5 or 5'5 one of those and im like around 160>< i want to be about 130 so about 30 pounds to go

My health teacher said that if you say this to yourself over and over again
"I weigh 40kg" over and over and you actually believe that and you want
it so badly. Your brain will automatically help you achieve that goal. Like if
you want something say that thing over over again to yurself and it will
come true.
