okay so right now, im 5'2-3
im 106lbs.
And this is gonna be my diet schedule for the rest of the summer.
Not really a schedule, just a to do list.
Eat breakfast ( stay away from greasy foods )
Then for snacks I eat fruits or crackers.
Then I eat a small lunch, watch the calories.
Then I do 40 minutes of yoga at the yoga place.
Walk the dog around 3 times.
Eat dinner BEFORE 6:00 PM. NOLATER. and only till I am full.
Then I stretch.
If I am hungry then I eat fruits to maitain sugarss.

Are you trying to lose weight ? How much ? Or just want to tone up ?
Your plan sounds good to me.. Although I think you can afford to eat after 6pm. Maybe not after 8-9pm for healthy habits. If you follow witih all that exercise everyday then I'm sure you'll get results although the hard part is sticking to it lol. I struggle too.
