^ this is when he sang elton john's your song. it was really beautiful.

the quality isn't good since it's just my camera phone.
when he first came out he spoke mandarin but then he asked us what language we wanted him to speak in and english got the loudest cheers so he said he would speak english but he forgot a lot of the times and would just speak mandarin but half way through he'd remember that he said he'd speak english so he'd switch over.
at the end of the show the mohegan sun guy came out and gave the people on stage (including lee hom) red envelopes and lee hom was so nice and gave his red envelope to some girl in the front.

hahaha I noticed that from the clips I found. He would translate what he just said in Mandarin into English. oh Lee Hom...
Thanks for sharing!

LEEHOM SINGS NEW THEME SONG FOR "FEI CHANG YOU XI"
"FEI CHANG YOU XI" has already gone through halfway in its contest and the theme song will soon be released. The show once considered the three music kings ZHOU JIE LUN (Jay Chou), TAO ZHE (David Tao), or WANG LI HONG (Leehom) to sing the theme song, but ultimately they chose Leehom. Leehom's music with the blend of Chinese opera and modern music has been confirmed to be the most successful out of the three and Leehom will be composing the new theme song.
Taiwan's three music kings, Jay Chou, David Tao, and Leehom, all had incorporated ancient Chinese instruments into their previous albums. Therefore the show is considering to choose either of the three to help them compose a theme song.
Finally, they decided that they will choose Leehom out of the three. They decided that the usage of Chinese opera and instruments in Leehom's music is more professional and experienced, considering that Leehom has worked with opera singer LI YAN and has traveled to Western China to scout tribal music for his album. In Leehom's latest album "GAI SHI YING XIONG" (Heroes of Earth), the heavy Peking Opera and Kunqu tactics incorporated in hit songs like "HUA TIAN CUO" and "ZAI MEI BIAN" has won the hearts and ears of many young adults around Asia.
