I've been meaning to see this movie for ages. I'll try and remember it the next time I'm in blockbuster.

i love this movie. i think the way it depicts the chinese community is so accurate which is part of what makes it so funny. not to mention that joan chen's character is exactly like my mom.

I always saw previews for this on AZN Television but haven't got around to watching it.. I will eventually!

i saw the preview on azn channel..it looks very interesting..maybe when i have time ill watch it

i saw it.. and despite my initial hesitations because somehow.. chinese lesbians just somehow didnt seem 'right'.. not to oppose gay/lesb ppl, just it took a while to understand it..

movie's okay.. i like the ending at the wedding scene.. haha,

I wanted to see this movie too, they showed it a couple of times at my college. I don't like Joan Chen, but I think both of the lead actresses are pretty.

haha, funny how I find this thread just as I'm in the process of downloading it! Well my friend recommended it to me but she said there are some pretty steamy scenes in there, so don't watch it with your parents if you get embarrassed by these things.

Yea, there are a few "steamy" scenes. But they're more about the comfort and love shared between two women rather than raw sex. But no, definitely don't watch it with the 'rents.

i saw the trailer for the movie at imdb..looks interesting..hope to watch it soon! nice to see michelle krusiec in a non-stereotypical role..i read an interview with her and she complained that she can't get any other scripts other than masseuse or hooker..this is a good role for her
