I haven't seen the inside of a TSX nor A4. What are your inputs on those two?

both the Audi a4 2.0 T and 3.2 are nice
if you're into modifying cars the 2.0 T is turbo charged so you can easily upgrade the turbo and gain anywhere from 40-70 hp
the 3.2 comes with a v6 and if i'm not mistaken 250 hp
the TSX interior is pretty nice for standard, the audi you're gonna have to by some packages for it to be real nice
i'd go with the Audi a4

Anyway i thought Audi was famous for their high quality innovative interior? no? I drive audi and only sad in tsx. I like the tsx but thats cause my audi is 5 years old. lol But in the new audi the navigation makes the tsx look very sleek besides that i prefer audi becasue quattro rocks.

well i'm personally not a fan of the TSX, it's a larger and heavier body with the engine of a RSX, so it's not that fast

mm.. the tsx has more torque than the rsx...
the tsx is a k24 2.4 liter i believe, whereas the rsx is 2.0 liter k20a2 or k20z1
correct me if i'm wrong =P

Yep...K24A2 is the TSX Engine. RSX uses K20A3, K20A2, K20Z1

Most likely the TSX right? Though I'm pretty bummed out about the TSX not having IPOD capability.
When is the TSX going to get redesigned?
And thanks for the input guys.

you find this funny yet the nearly all my information on the a4 was correct except it's with 255hp not 250
soo much haterade yet no response for why my reply was so funny
and my mistake about the tsx engine,
here's a little link that should get you off my nuts krn
oh kind of sucks when you think you're high above someone, but then slapped right back down..
upgraded version of rsx engine what?
rsx type s quicker who?
slower because of it's weight huh?
but like you sad before, let's not try and ruin other peoples threads

I'm not into modding cars or anything. I don't need anything that's uber fast either. Just a need decent car that'll look ok on a 19 year old.

A way to hook up an iPod to the 2006 TSXs is through an AUX port. It sucks though cuz you can't control it and choose songs through the head unit =( But at least it still connects and plays through the car. That's okae though cuz I usually just make a playlist and put it on random anyway. There is an alternative, something like Dension ICE link or something to integrate ipod into the TSX.
I believe the TSX is going to be redesigned in 2008, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

It just gets funnier and funnier.
Did you even read the responses on that thread you Googled up?
...I've heard that the TSX engine is actually an upgraded version of the RSX Type-S engine with more torque.I'm pretty sure the TSX engine is a stroked version of the RSX-S engine. Someone correct me if they don't have the same head.
...But right now I'm seeing that the RSX Type-S peaks its 200hp at 7400 rpm while the TSX peaks at 6800, why is that?...Also, the RSX Type-S redlines at 7900 while the TSX redlines at 7100 what's the difference? It's a strength of materials issue. The longer stroke in the TSX forces higher piston velocities at a given RPM. This means higher forces trying to break the wrist pins and connecting rods. So the redline has to be lowered to compensate and stay safe. Power peak follows.
...Does that mean the TSX engine is weaker, since the RSX Type-S engine has even broader range of rpm than the TSX.Both put out 200 peak HP. They're both equally "strong" if you want to put it like that. And if you want to factor in torque, the TSX makes more, so it would be "stronger".
...Lastly, the RSX Type-S is a 2.0L with 200hp, that's 100 hp per liter, while the TSX is 2.4L with 200hp, that's only 83.3 hp per liter, nearly 20hp less than the RSX Type-S engine, doesnt this mean that the RSX Type-S engine is a lot stronger?...Don't confuse absolute strength with a strenth per amount of size. A HP per liter measurement compares power output with the amount of volume the pistons sweep through (displacement). In HP per liter (sometimes it's called "specific output"), the RSX-S engine is substantially better than the TSX engine (it makes the same power with less displacement). And the S2000 engine is king of the world (for production cars) at 120 HP/Liter.
And I never said anything about the K20 being better than the K24 or vice versa, I was laughing at another one of your bs/incorrect posts.
And I'm laughing more now because you're so obsessed over being "higher" than me.
So maybe this forum is coming around again to being entertaining
Oh yeah, and chipping the 2.0T would be a better bang-for-the-buck mod than replacing the turbo altogether.
