lol hi again! My laptop has this awful purple colour for Explorer and I want to change it! I tried looking at Toolbar Options but there was nothing on that. It makes reading the black text kinda hard, it's not a major problem or anything, I just don't like the colour. Can someone tell me how to get to a nice blue? Or some other colour. Thanks in advance!

I'll assume that this is a "theme" or an "appearance" setting.
Right-click on your desktop background and select "Properties"
Then click on the appearance tab or themes (something along those lines- I'm not on an XP computer right now)
That should point you in the right direction and from there, you can customize it to however you want-
