your really lucky. theres soo many places where you can buy phones in canada. like in montreal, toronto and quebec. they all have up to date phones, or lastest phones unlike the states... just go to one of those city and look around i guess... but seriously all the cell phone website i saw that sell cell phones are located in canada.

^ Are you kidding? Our cell phone technology sucks so much, it's even more far behind than what's sold in the States sleep.gif Phones sold online are a lot different than what's sold in stores.
You could browse Telus, Bell Mobility, and Rogers/Fido online stores to get an idea of what's for sale now.

yea... our cell phone providers have really crappy phones. but at least there's simpro in toronto/vancouver and all those fido booths around with the newest imports. of course you're gonna have to pay a large premium.. even more than buying online if you're going without contract.. but at least those fido booths/simpro provide contract/agreements.

simpro is own by fido and i heard their plans and services are horrible...there are some smaller stores or ppl that sell new phones for a much lower price but you have to be careful cause most of them have no warrantly and definitely no refund...

so since ur not going for a phone under network provider, im assuming u want those phones that cost more than 100. simpro, unipage, cellular baby, and pepper wireless offer u "better" phones. those are all fido distributors.

and yea, it would be easier if u told us exactly where ur from.

I'm in Canada and my cell phone is through Rogers. if you go to there homepage they have their newest phones listed that you can order online! ^^ Or if you have a Superior Wireless where you live, they offer good phones too! But Rogers prices are reasonable and they have good plans! You might be as lucky as I was and got my camera/video/picture phone for free! Just look around your town, but I would suggest looking at the Rogers homepage!

Yeah, I have to agree...Canada's phone models are soooo out of date...they still cell phones that came out 1 or even 2 years ago. sleep.gif

I guess Roger's is the best place, but their service is extremely bad. Bell, Telus all have boring and ugly phones...
