but i admitted to drinking.
yah i was scared sh~tless...

but on the citation it says IM WHITE.
i am clearly ASIAN

is there anyway I can argue this in court?

The worst that will probably happen is that your driver's license (if you have one) will be revoked for a year... Given that you accept the charges... If you've already admitted to the charges, why plead Not Guilty?

You put yourself in a bad position. Consult a lawyer... Campus Police are overzealous in arresting anyway.

Go to http://www.expertlaw.com -- Argue it in court, to try to have it dropped. I am guessing you are over 18, so all misdemeanors are not sealed or dropped. If you were 17, it'd be fine, but if you go to court (if it ever happens) for any crime or misdemeanor, it's recorded on your permanent record, searchable by all employers.

Go get the lawyer now. Say that you passed the sobriety test, and the cops confused you. If the cops can't show up to court, it gets dropped automatically.
