today my internet connection was acting up...for some reason it would not connect....i thought i did something wrong but when i unplugged the router/modem and plugged it back in it worked fine....but i realized i lose my connection everytime when i start opening azurues. Anyways i had a gut feeling it was my downloading/uploading ive been doing this month. So i googled for a while and read that some people got their Internet Connection disabled for a period of time because of too much uploading. Is this true? does Comcast have a upload limit per month?

Heh I download like crazy but monitor my uploads, so I'm fine

And if unplugging the router/modem solved the problem, it's not Comcast's fault. A lot of routers are known to "spazz out" like that. They just randomly lose connectivity.

i still dont know if its a router problem or if im getting suspended. All i know is if i start to upload a couple of files the connection dies. sometimes it dies while downloading alot of files too. If i just surf the web it stays alive. If i am indeed suspended does anyone know how long til i am unsuspended? or do i need to call and ask myself? pretty weird because people said that when they get suspended they get a call or email but i didnt get one.

I highly doubt you are suspended, unless you are sharing files mad crazy. 600GB is alot ya know!
But has this happened before? Try power cycling your modem. If the problem persists, call comcast.
