TUNA MELTS

Ingredients:
note: I didn't write down the amount of each because it varies with different tastes.

-your favorite cheese [one slice per person]
-English muffins [one muffin per person]
-one can of tuna [good for two people]
-pepper
-mayonaise

Directions:

1- Drain the tuna and mix in a bowl along with mayonaise. There should be just enough mayonaise to hold the tuna together [in other words, no need to cake the mayonaise on].
2- Add a dash of pepper and thouroughly mix into the tuna/mayonaise.
3- Place the tuna evenly across the English muffin. Put the muffins on a pan heated to medium high.
4- After 1-2 minutes, place a slice of cheese on top of each muffin.
5- When the cheese has melted somewhat, turn off the heat. Allow a few minutes for the tuna melts to somewhat cool off.
6- Sit back and enjoy!

Tunamelts are the best!

Try it with buttered bread instead of english muffins and with a little bit of thousand island dressing under the cheese. It's awesome =]
